合成氨工艺参数优化技术开发及应用   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
以氨净值为响应值,影响响应值的17个过程参数为变量,经逐步回归选入触媒温度左3,触媒温度左4,循环CH_4%,H/N,NH_3%(进口)5个过程参数建立预测方程,并根据该方程对响应值的拟合结果和误差分布对样本进行分类。在此基础上,采取图形显示技术和统计分析的方法对分类样本集的过程参数进行比对分析,由此获取优类信息制订优化的工艺参数方案,经仿真验证后用于指导合成氨装置的生产试验。试验结果与试验前的对照期比较,氨净值均值由13.86提高到14.54,吨氨气耗减少15.9887m~3,吨氨电耗减少15.8kWh,节能效益十分明显  相似文献

Uppaal timed automata are transformed into testable timed transition systems (TTTSs) using a test view. Fault hypotheses and a test generation algorithm for TTTSs are defined. -Bergamotenoic acid, a compound previously shown to stimulate oviposition inH. zea, was converted into a set of bicyclic analogs and tested with a set of acyclic side chain analogs to ascertain the molecular structure that maximizes insect behavioral response. While changes in the bicyclic ring elicited no variation in response, alteration in the side chain structure of-bergamotenoic acid resulted in significant changes in moth preference. Free rotation about the C-C bond proximal to the carboxylic acid group appears to be an important structural factor, since saturation of the side chain double bond significantly increased activity. The carboxylic acid group seems to be required for strong oviposition stimulation, since analogs lacking the carboxylic acid group exhibited no significant oviposition activity. Oviposition preference ofH. zea was also influenced by the length of the hydrocarbon chain to which the carboxylic acid is attached. While hexanoic acid was found inactive, the ovipositional preference for the heptanoic and octanoic acids was greatest for the one 8-carbon tested. This and other work suggest that carboxylic acids of specific chain lengths influence the oviposition behavior of bothHelicoverpa andHeliothis species and may be associated with host-plant selection. The potential use of this information in designing integrated pest management strategies for control ofH. zea is discussed.  相似文献

为更好地对河流水电开发后的鱼类进行保护,探讨中型山区河流水电站下游的鱼类生态需水量计算.参照大型河流鱼类水力生境参数标准,根据中型山区河流的特点,得到中型山区河流鱼类水力生境参数的参考标准.选取有代表性的四川中型山区河流杂谷脑河进行鱼类生境原型观测,原型观测结果证实了该参考标准能够满足杂谷脑河鱼类对生境的实际需求.基于所得到的参考标准,应用生态水力学法对杂谷脑河红叶二级、理县以及甘堡3座电站减水河段的鱼类生态需水量进行计算分析,得到3座电站的生态需水量推荐值.通过分析可知,所得到的生态需水量推荐值占年均天然流量以及设计引用流量的比例都不高,在3座电站的运行实践中,具有可操作性.  相似文献

This article proposes a compact algorithm for optimisation in noisy environments. This algorithm has a compact structure and employs differential evolution search logic. Since it is a compact algorithm, it does not store a population of solutions but a probabilistic representation of the population. This kind of algorithmic structure can be implemented in those real-world problems characterized by memory limitations. The degree of randomization contained in the compact structure allows a robust behaviour in the presence of noise. In addition the proposed algorithm employs the noise analysis survivor selection scheme. This scheme performs an analysis of the noise and automatically performs a re-sampling of the solutions in order to ensure both reliable pairwise comparisons and a minimal cost in terms of fitness evaluations. The noise analysis component can be reliably used in noise environments affected by Gaussian noise which allow an a priori analysis of the noise features. This situation is typical of problems where the fitness is computed by means of measurement devices. An extensive comparative analysis including four different noise levels has been included. Numerical results show that the proposed algorithm displays a very good performance since it regularly succeeds at handling diverse fitness landscapes characterized by diverse noise amplitudes.  相似文献

The long term monitoring of aquatic ecosystems based on chemical analysis is expensive resulting in a lack of time series data for management purposes thus necessitating the need for new cost effective methodologies. This study developed a fish‐based index of biotic integrity (FIBI) for monitoring environmental conditions in riverine ecosystems within the Lake Victoria Basin, Kenya. The fish fauna in the basin is poorly studied, less diverse and ecologically specialized than the temperate fauna that provided the origins of the Index of Biotic Integrity. Fish samples were collected by electrofishing from 24 sites during baseflow periods in February, March and July 2004. Validation data were collected from 7 sites with varying levels of degradation. Fish samples were identified, counted and grouped into different trophic groups, relative tolerance to pollution, habitat guild and whether exotic or native to riverine environment. Thirty‐three candidate metrics were evaluated for responsiveness to habitat quality and twelve were selected for inclusion in the final index. The index classified 6 of the 7 validation sites according to their levels of degradation. As a bioassessment tool, the index was useful in laying the basis for long‐term monitoring of rivers in the Lake Victoria drainage basin. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

针对ESO参数不易整定的问题,研究了扩张状态观测器(ESO)参数优化的李雅普诺夫函数法.首先建立关于误差的线性定常状态方程和误差指标函数J,在误差指标函数J中综合考虑了跟踪误差的权重和系统的稳定性以及实际运行时的饱和值限制等因素.仿真结果表明,此方法具有概念清晰,实用简便,计算量小的优点.所提ESO参数整定方法是有效的.  相似文献

本文探讨了TiO2碳热还原法合成Ti(C,N)粉末过程中合成温度,保温时间,N2气流量,C/Ti比值等工艺参数的变化对粉末性状的影响,实验表明,N比C更易于Ti结合,改变工艺对数可调整Ti(C1-xNx)的x值。在1400~1700℃间可获得x值的0.6~0.85的Ti(C1-xNx)粉末。  相似文献
