A weight loss technique was used to determine the corrosion inhibition efficiency of synthesized alkyl mono-and dibenzoate triethanolammonium bromide derivatives (TEAMB, TEADB) in an acidic medium (2 N HCl) at different doses (50, 100, and 200 ppm). The results showed that monoderivatives had a higher corrosion inhibition efficiency than diderivatives. The results were correlated with several factors, including the alkyl chain length of the hydrophobic chains, interfacial tension (IT), critical micelle concentration (CMC), and adsorption free energy of these inhibitors. Increasing the geometric length of the alkyl chains in the synthesized inhibitors had an increasing effect on their corrosion inhibition efficiency, whereas decreasing the CMC and IT had an increasing effect on their tendency toward corrosion inhibition. The number of hydrophobic chains attached to the inhibitor molecules had a vital influence on their efficiency as corrosion inhibitors.  相似文献

纤维(FRP)与混凝土的粘结性能是外贴纤维增强聚合物加固钢筋混凝土结构技术的关键问题。采用修正梁模型,对9个外贴FRP条带加固混凝土受弯构件的粘结性能进行了试验研究。分析了FRP应变、局部粘结剪应力发展规律以及沿粘结长度在各级荷载下的分布规律。考察了混凝土强度和FRP粘结长度对粘结强度等粘结性能的影响。验证了FRP有效粘结长度,探讨了有效粘结长度的影响因素,计算得到了局部粘结剪应力滑移关系曲线。通过对试验结果的统计回归分析,提出了局部粘结剪应力滑移本构关系模型以及有效粘结长度计算公式,分析结果与试验结果都吻合较好,可供实际加固改造工程应用及完善相应规范的编制参考。  相似文献

The performance of 0.5% Ru/Al2O3 for the deep oxidation of trichloroethene (1000–2500 ppmV, WHSV = 55 h−1) in air was studied in this work. Experiments were carried out both at dry and wet (20,000 ppmV of H2O) conditions. Catalytic performance was studied in terms of activity and selectivity for the different reaction products (CO2, HCl, Cl2, C2Cl4, CCl4 and CHCl3). Both the activity and the selectivity for total combustion are higher than other catalysts suggested in the literature for this process (especially Pd and Pt).The main organic by-products are CCl4 and CHCl3, whereas in all the other catalysts tested in the literature, tetrachloroethene is the main organic by-product. This fact suggests that the mechanism of the combustion reaction, involving a double-bond scission, is essentially specific for this catalyst.Kinetic data was fit to a pseudo-first order kinetic expression, providing fairly good fit.  相似文献

Emulsion polymer isocyanate ( ), polyvinyl acetate ( ) and resorcinol-formaldehyde ( ) adhesives were used to produce single lap shear specimens using resinous and non-resinous apitong (Dipterocarpus spp.) timbers. Tests showed that joints made with highly resinous apitong were about 40% weaker than similar joints made with non-resinous apitong. The resinous apitong was treated with different solvents to yield five different extractives which were characterized by infra-red analysis. Apitong extractives were then added to and adhesives and joints made with buna (Fagus crenata), a timber known to be low in extractives and easy to bond. Joints prepared using extractive-containing adhesives were generally weaker than those made with the unmodified adhesives. RF adhesives containing extractives cured more slowly than unmodified . It is thought that the acidic nature of the extractives changes the pH of the system sufficiently to affect the curing mechanism  相似文献

The effects of corrosive environments on adhesive bonds to electro-galvanized, zinc/aluminum alloy coated, coated electro-galvanized, and cold-rolled steels have been investigated. Bonds prepared using a rubber-modified dicyandiamide-cured epoxy adhesive, an epoxy-modified poly(vinyl chloride)-based adhesive, an acrylic-modified poly(vinyl chloride)-based adhesive a one-part urethane adhesive, and a two-component epoxy-modified acrylic adhesive were exposed under no-load conditions to constant high humidity or cyclic corrosion exposure for 50 days or 50 cycles (10 weeks) respectively.

Over the course of this study, exposure to constant high humidity had little effect on lap shear strength for any of the systems studied. Bond failures were initially cohesive, and with few exceptions remained so.

Bond strength retention under the cyclic corrosion exposure conditions employed was strongly dependent on adhesive composition and on substrate type. On galvanized substrates, lap shear strengths for the poly(vinyl chloride)-based adhesives were reduced by 90-100% during the course of the corrosion exposure, and a change in the mode of bond failure (from cohesive to interfacial) was observed. On the coated electro-galvanized steel substrate, the poly(vinyl chloride)-based adhesives showed about 50% retention in lap shear strength and a cohesive failure throughout most of the corrosion test. The dicyandiamide-cured epoxy adhesive used in this study generally showed the best lap shear strength retention to zinc-coated substrates; bonds to cold-rolled steel were severely degraded by corrosion exposure. The performance of the acrylic and urethane adhesives were intermediate to the dicyandiamide-cured epoxy and poly(vinyl chloride)-based adhesives in strength retention.  相似文献

以柞蚕落绵为原料制备丝肽,并对其进行红外及紫外光谱分析.采用该丝肽整理棉织物,然后用艾蒿、苏木、红茶3种天然染料对整理前后的棉织物进行染色,探讨丝肽整理对棉织物天然染料染色性能的影响.结果表明:经丝肽整理后,棉织物采用3种天然染料染色的K/S值均有不同程度的提高,摩擦牢度和皂洗牢度略有下降,其中红茶Cu2+媒染样品的K/S值提高最显著,为整理前的2.24倍,其皂洗和摩擦牢度均达到3级以上.棉织物经丝肽整理后,断裂强力稍有下降,白度基本保持不变,柔软度有所改善.  相似文献

AgPb2B2V3O12 (B = Mg, Zn) ceramics with low sintering temperature were synthesized via the conventional solid-state reaction route. Rietveld refinements of the X-ray diffraction patterns confirm cubic symmetry with space group . The number of observed vibrational modes and those predicted by group theoretical calculations also confirm the space group. At the optimum sintering temperature of 750°C/4 hours, AgPb2Mg2V3O12 has a relative permittivity of 23.3 ± 0.2, unloaded quality factor () of 26 900 ± 500 GHz (), and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency of 19.3 ± 1 ppm/°C, while AgPb2Zn2V3O12 has the corresponding values of 26.4 ± 0.2, 28 400 ± 500 GHz () and –18.4 ± 1 ppm/°C at 590°C/4 hours. Microwave dielectric properties of a few reported garnets and Pb2AgB2V3O12 (B = Mg, Zn) ceramics were correlated with their intrinsic characteristics such as the Raman shifts as well as width of A1g Raman bands. Higher quality factor was obtained for lower full width at half-maxima (FWHMs) values of A1g modes. The increase in B-site bond valence contributes to high and low |τf| with the substitution of Zn2+ by Mg2+. Furthermore, the high ionic polarizability and unit cell volume with Zn2+substitution contribute to increased relative permittivity.  相似文献
