研究复合角和排列方式综合作用对平板气膜冷却效果的影响。采用数值模拟的方法,保持射流圆孔尺寸、间距及倾斜角不变,分别对四种孔阵的平板气膜冷却进行了流动和传热的分析。利用Realizable k-ε湍流模型,标准壁面函数边界处理和SIMPLE算法,分析速度、涡量、冷却效率,对比冷却孔复合角和排列方式综合作用对平板气膜冷却效果的影响。结果显示:复合角和叉排同时存在时可改善平板展向上的冷却效果,而在平板流向上对冷却效果的影响不明显。结合吹风比得出较优的孔排方式。 相似文献

This study focuses on the development of an efficient delivery modes designed for chondroitin sulfate (CS) for application in cartilage tissue engineering. Novel three-dimensional (3-D) scaffold fabricated from natural polymers such as chitosan and gelatin blended with chondroitin sulfate (CGC) were synthesized using cryogelation technology. Other methods to deliver CS were also tried, which included incorporation into microparticles for sustained release and embedding the CS loaded microparticles in CG (chitosan-gelatin) cryogel scaffold. Novel CGC scaffolds were characterized by rheology, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and mechanical assay. Scaffolds exhibited compression modulus of 50 KPa confirming the utility of these scaffolds for cartilage tissue engineering. Primary goat chondrocytes were used for the in vitro testing of all the delivery modes. So this study shows that CS microparticles when given freely with matrix (chitosan–gelatin) or embedded into scaffold has potential to enhance chondrocyte proliferation together with improved matrix production than in control without microspheres. 相似文献

storage catalyst showed serious deactivation under thermal exposure at high temperatures. To elucidate the thermal deterioration of the NO
x
storage catalyst, four types of model catalyst, Pt/Al2O3, Ba/Al2O3, Pt–Ba/Al2O3, and a physical mixture of Pt/Al2O3 + Ba/Al2O3 were prepared and their physicochemical properties such as BET, NO TPD, TGA/DSC, XRD, and XPS were evaluated while the thermal aging temperature was increased from 550 to 1050°C. The fresh Pt–Ba/Al2O3 showed a sorption capacity of 3.35 wt%/g-cat. but the aged one revealed a reduced capacity of 2.28 wt%/g-cat. corresponding to 68% of the fresh one. It was found that this reduced sorption capacity was directly related to the deterioration of the NO
x
storage catalyst by thermal aging. The Ba on Ba/Al2O3 and Pt–Ba/Al2O3 catalysts began to interact with alumina to form Ba–Al solid alloy above 600°C and then transformed into stable BaAl2O4 having a spinel structure. However, no phase transition was observed in the Pt/Al2O3 catalyst having no barium component, even after aging at 1050°C. 相似文献

L-Canavanine is a nonprotein amino acid contained in jack bean [Canavalia ensiformis (L.) DC] and shows a plant inhibitory effect. The inhibitory effect was determined by an immersion test and a microdrop test that employed rice seedlings. L-Canavanine inhibited elongation of the second leaf sheath of rice seedlings more than other natural bioactive substances, such as salicylic acid and cinnamic acid. The modified microdrop test revealed that the mode of action of L-canavanine had no relation to gibberellin synthesis. In the microdrop test, the inhibitory effect of L-canavanine was decreased by simultaneous addition of L-arginine, an analog of L-canavanine. Free amino acid analysis of rice shoots clearly showed that L-canavanine induced an unusual accumulation of L-arginine. However, accumulation of L-arginine did not cause the inhibitory effect on plant growth. These results suggest that the mechanism of inhibition of L-canavanine is closely related to the inhibition of arginine metabolism. 相似文献

The physic nut shrub, Jatropha curcas (Euphorbiaceae), has been considered as a “miracle tree”, particularly as a source of alternate fuel. Various extracts of the plant have been reported to have insecticidal/acaricidal or molluscicidal/anthelminthic activities on vectors of medical or veterinary interest or on agricultural or non-agricultural pests. Among those extracts, the phorbol ester fraction from seed oil has been reported as a promising candidate for use as a plant-derived protectant of a variety of crops, from a range of pre-harvest and post-harvest insect pests. However, such extracts have not been widely used, despite the “boom” in the development of the crop in the tropics during recent years, and societal concerns about overuse of systemic chemical pesticides. There are many potential explanations to such a lack of use of Jatropha insecticidal extracts. On the one hand, the application of extracts potentially harmful to human health on stored food grain, might not be relevant. The problem of decomposition of phorbol esters and other compounds toxic to crop pests in the field needing further evaluation before such extracts can be widely used, may also be a partial explanation. High variability of phorbol ester content and hence of insecticidal activity among physic nut cultivars/ecotypes may be another. Phytotoxicity to crops may be further limitation. Apparent obstacles to a wider application of such extracts are the costs and problems involved with registration and legal approval. On the other hand, more studies should be conducted on molluscicidal activity on slugs and land snails which are major pests of crops, particularly in conservation agriculture systems. Further evaluation of toxicity to natural enemies of insect pests and studies on other beneficial insects such as pollinators are also needed. 相似文献
