湿塑性水泥土增强研究

从水泥在水泥-水-粘土系统中水化的特点出发，阐述了湿塑性水泥土的强度形成过程，主要是依赖于水泥石的强度骨架与粘土之间的结构连接。通过实验，研究了几种外加剂对湿塑性水泥土的增强作用及其增强机理，结果表明，外加剂能改善水泥土的水化介质环境和结构粘接，可改善水泥土的稠度和强度。     

High performance wood composites from highly filled polybenzoxazine

Highly filled systems prepared by compression molding of Hevea brasiliensis woodflour filled polybenzoxazine composites with high mechanical properties and reduced water uptake has been developed. The effects of percent filler content and particle size of woodflour on the obtained composite's properties were examined. The low melt viscosity of BA‐a type polybenzoxazine allows substantial amount of woodflour to be easily incorporated into the composites. The results showed that mechanical properties from dynamic mechanical analysis and flexural test at filler content below the optimum filler packing show approximately linear relationship with filler loading. The outstanding compatibility between the woodflour and the polybenzoxazine matrix is evidently seen from the large improvement in the composite's T_g and char yield. Scanning electron micrographs of the composite also reveals substantially strong interface between the woodflour filler and the polybenzoxazine matrix. Water absorption of the composites is greatly reduced with increasing the amount of polybenzoxazine due to the inherent low water absorption of the matrix. The polybenzoxazine is; therefore, a highly attractive candidate as high performance lignocellulosic binder or adhesive and other related applications. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 聚乙烯复合阻燃体系的研究及应用进展

综述了近年来国内外阻燃聚乙烯（PE）用有协同作用的复合阻燃体系：（1）卤-锑体系；（2）磷-氮体系；（3）金属氧化物体系；（4）膨胀型体系；（5）其他类等5类复合阻燃体系的研究和应用情况。     

DCS在酸相法氯化聚乙烯生产中的应用

把DCS应用于酸法生产CPE中，描述了DCS的硬件配制，生产中的控制要点及自控方案，在工业化生产中取得了良好效果。     

Gas hold-up in highly viscous pseudoplastic non-newtonian solutions in three phase sparged reactors

Gas hold-up structure was studied in a three phase sparged reactor of 200 mm diameter. Air and aqueous solutions of carboxymethyl cellulose were used as gas and liquid phases. Spherical glass beads formed the solid phase. The superficial gas velocity, rheological properties, particle size and solid loading were varied over a wide range and their effects on gas hold-up structure were studied. A correlation for the estimation of the gas hold-up as a function of superficial gas velocity, apparent liquid viscosity, particle settling velocity and solid loading was established.     

R2O3对SnO-ZnO-P2O5无铅玻璃性能的影响

以SnO-ZnO-P2O5(SZP)系统作为低温玻璃材料的研究对象,结合其形成区域,研究了R2O3(Al2O3、B2O3)对SZP玻璃化学稳定性、膨胀系数、转变温度和软化温度等性能的影响。     

［Bmim］BF4-H2O-Na2CO3离子液体双水相体系液液相平衡数据的测定与关联

用浊点法测定了四氟硼酸1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑—水—碳酸钠体系在常压30℃下的溶解度曲线及密度曲线，并用经验方程进行了关联。用浊点—密度法测定了该体系的液液相平衡数据，绘制了相应的相图。结果表明：双水相体系一相以离子液体和水为主，碳酸钠的含量很少，另一相以碳酸钠和水为主，离子液体的含量很少。该体系既可作为萃取分离体系，也可作为从水溶液中分离回收离子液体的初步体系。用Othmer-Tobias+Bancroft经验方程对相平衡数据进行关联，最大相对误差为94.99%， 最大平均相对误差为15.69%，关联结果不理想。提出用Othmer-Tobias经验方程+溶解度方程对其进行关联，最大相对误差为4.52%，最大平均相对误差为2.77%，关联精度较高，该方法可适用于有一组分含量较低的体系的液液相平衡的关联计算。     

大机组油路的清洗

我国各大化肥装置的大机组油路或多或少存在着油路不净、流通不畅而严重威胁装置安全运行的事例。本文着重介绍了合成氨装置大机组公用油系统油路的清洗方法、步骤及效果等问题,以供借鉴。     

输送自动化系统的应用

分析了我国目前固体原料和成品包装输送系统的控制现状和PLC控制输送系统，通过介绍一大型粮库采用的PLC顺序控制直接与操作计算机局域网相连的输送方式，阐述了现代高度自动化输送系统的构成、特点和功能目标，指出使用现代计算机技术和信息技术是输送系统自动化的方向。     

基于物元分析法的水资源管理现代化评价

为科学合理地评价区域水资源管理现代化水平,从水资源保障、用水效率、水资源保护、水资源公共管理能力、水资源支撑能力5个方面构建评价指标体系,将模糊层次分析法(FAHP)和熵权法耦合,确定评价指标综合权重,基于物元理论建立水资源管理现代化评价模型。以南京市高淳区为例进行评价,结果表明,南京市高淳区水资源现代化管理水平处于初等现代化阶段,与实际情况相符,验证了所构建评价模型的可行性和有效性。
