Energy poverty and perceptions of solar power in marginalized communities: Survey evidence from Uttar Pradesh,India

The decreased cost of solar electricity generation has given a boost to rural energy markets, but most off-grid businesses remain small. A larger customer base is a precondition for business expansion and access to finance. This article reports findings from a large survey focused on energy access in unelectrified habitations in the Barabanki district of Uttar Pradesh, India. While most villagers are dissatisfied with their kerosene lighting and the median monthly expense for this fuel is 100 rupees (USD ∼ 1.66), the data analysis also indicates that there is little trust in local companies and a large number of villagers prefer government leadership in electricity supply. These findings suggest that solar entrepreneurs must do more to demonstrate the quality of their products and services to villagers to expand their customer base.     

农村低压电网接线及保护方式探讨

为保证居民人身、财产安全,保障电网安全可靠运行,根据电力相关法律和规定,在TT接线方式配电变压器低压侧出线处必须加装总剩余电流保护器,对每一用户也要加装末级剩余电流保护器。根据《农村低压电力技术规程》规定:农村低压电网宜采用TT系统,城镇电力用户宜采用TN-C系统。针对农村低压电网普遍采用TT系统以及TT系统必须安装漏电保护器这2个问题开展实例研究,探索农村低压电网接线及保护最佳方式。     

农村无线宽带覆盖方式探讨

在国家“宽带中国”的战略要求下,针对有线宽带难以到达的分散农村区域,通过理论分析和试点验证论述了WLAN和GSM-Hi两种无线宽带模式的覆盖效果,并结合多地试点推行情况,对两种农村无线宽带模式从技术、业务和效益进行了评估和对比,最后给出了农村无线宽带建设建议。     

以土地综合整治助推新型城镇化发展--谈上海市土地整治工作的定位与战略思考

在十八届三中全会“新型城镇化”建设要求下,上海以生态文明建设提升“全球城市”国际竞争力、以城乡统筹内涵增长模式破解土地资源瓶颈、以建立农村地区“造血机制”引导全民共享的新型城镇化建设,顺应上海城市转型之势,提出土地整治工作定位转变的战略思路,以郊野单元规划为载体,开展郊野地区规划土地网格化精细管理,探索一条符合上海实际、具有上海特色、以土地综合整治助力土地节约集约利用和城乡一体化的转型发展之路。     

浅谈农村公路养护管理

农村公路指的是国道及省道以外的公路,包含了县道、乡道和村道,具有整体工程量大、点多、面广、单个项目小的特点。为了实现让给农民兄弟走上"沥青路和水泥路",我国交通部党组于2003年提出了"修好农村路,服务城镇化"的交通发展战略目标。     

农村小型公建项目地源热泵空调系统运行能效及室内热环境实测分析

本文对成都地区一应用水平埋管土壤源热泵的农村小型公共建筑的空调系统运行能效及室内热环境进行现场测试,并采用热舒适适应性评价指标评价热环境,判断空调系统是否节能运行,最后对农村推广该技术提出了建议。     

Evolution of the Metaponto District,Southern Italy: From Land Reform to New Sustainable Scenarios

In this paper we have represented the economic, environmental and territorial transformation of Metaponto district (southern Italy) generated by the land reform since 1950. The coastal area, once inhospitable and unproductive, through land reform has become a point of development for the entire Basilicata Region. The intensive model of economic development applied to agriculture and tourism today represents the main critical points of high environmental impact. In particular, the great human pressure exerted by economic activities has led to an insufficient capacity of water purification systems in the area and such criticism is amplified in the summer mainly for seaside tourism. In this study we have measured the environmental load exerted on the territory and we have estimated the human pressure on the district in the year 2030 and made proposals for amendments to current patterns of development in the agricultural and tourist sectors.     

整治·控制·试验：广东省村庄规划回顾与思考

村庄规划和建设是我国实现“新型城镇化”的重要任务之一。本文回顾了广东省村庄规划和建设的历程,将其大致归纳为整治型、控制型和试验型三种类型,总结了各个类型的村庄规划编制的背景、内容、经验与问题,提出村庄规划编制应着眼于全域规划、关注产业、强调实施和公众参与四个规划理念,重点在完善村庄规划的内容体系、加快制定覆盖全域的村庄用地分类标准两个方面提高村庄规划编制的技术水平。     

公共健康与城乡规划——健康影响评估及城乡规划健康影响评估工具探讨

近期空气污染、水质变坏、禽流感和流行病等引起人们对公共健康问题的普遍关注.城乡规划与公共健康紧密联系,规划师应积极开展公共健康与城乡规划的跨学科研究,为提升公共健康水平做出贡献.健康影响评估为规划师将健康问题纳入到城乡规划过程和日常工作提供了潜在框架和工具.首先对健康影响评估的发展、方法和程序进行阐述,然后对城乡规划中健康影响评估发展及工具(包括健康发展测度工具和“为健康设计”健康影响评估工具)进行剖析,最后针对我国现状指出应积极发展适合城乡规划的健康影响评估工具,并就关键问题和挑战进行简要分析.     

新型组合工艺在农村生活污水处理示范工程中的应用

介绍了新型组合工艺处理农村生活污水的关键技术及相关参数。运行结果表明,新型组合工艺处理农村生活污水运行稳定,效果良好,出水水质可达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准。
