双缝光幕靶的靶距精确测量方法和装置

为了解决小靶距双缝光幕靶靶距精确测量问题,提出了一种利用螺纹测长原理及光电转换方式相结合的测距新方案.文中详细介绍了双缝光幕靶及靶距测量装置的结构以及测量靶距的方法.随后对双缝光幕靶靶距进行了测试并进行了测速精度分析.结果表明双缝光幕靶的相对测速精度达到0.1%,该测量精度满足测速要求.     

Set up of a Screen-Printing Procedure for the Production of a β Alumina-Based Gas Sensor*

A gas sensor based on a -alumina thick film was recently developed on a laboratory scale. This sensor can be successfully used for selective detection of CO and NO_x, resulting from an appropriate choice of the working temperature of the sensing element. This paper deals with the approach of the industrial transfer of the sensor prototype, mainly concerning the scale-up of the screen-printing procedure from a hand-operated apparatus to an industrial production machine. Many parameters were already investigated during the laboratory development, namely the ink composition in terms of organic/inorganic component ratio, the type and amount of the liquid dispersant and rheological agent, the composition and softening temperature of the binder, the -alumina/binder weight ratio. During the industrial transfer, some other parameters must be considered, such as the particle size distribution of the ceramic components of the ink, the influence of the mesh number of the screen fabric on the surface texture of the -alumina film, the viscosity performances of the ink as a function of the applied shear rate and ageing. A common commercial metallic paste was also used as reference for optimizing the characteristics of the -alumina based ink.     

DEM simulation of particle flow on a single deck banana screen

A mathematical study of particle flow on a banana screen deck using the discrete element method (DEM) was presented in this paper. The motion characteristics and penetrating mechanisms of particles on the screen deck were studied. Effects of geometric parameters of screen deck on banana screening process were also investigated. The results show that when the values of inclination of discharge and increment of screen deck inclination are 10° and 5° respectively, the banana screening process get a good screening performance in the simulation. The relationship between screen deck length and screening efficiency was further confirmed. The conclusion that the screening efficiency will not significantly increase when the deck length L ? 430 mm (L/B ? 3.5) was obtained, which can provide theoretical basis for the optimization of banana screen.

ESP8266的无线光色电测试系统设计

海藻糖合成酶产生菌筛选、鉴定及其产酶特性

以麦芽糖为唯一碳源高盐培养基,经高温培养,从温泉水样及其附近土壤中筛选得到一株菌株T2,经过生物合成途径初步验证,该菌株产海藻糖合酶,能够通过海藻糖合成酶（TreS）途径将麦芽糖转化为海藻糖。菌株T2为革兰氏阳性菌,杆状,有芽孢,经过生物学鉴定,将其初步鉴定为芽孢杆菌属（Bacillus sp.）。对其产海藻糖合酶的酶学性质进行了研究：酶反应最适作用温度为60 ℃,在60 ℃条件下保温100 min仍能保持酶活性80.7%;最适作用pH值为7.0,在pH 6.0～7.5范围内稳定。采用正交试验对其发酵培养基配方进行了优化研究,确定了最佳的培养基组成为牛肉膏3.0 g/L,麦芽糖20.0 g/L,蛋白胨7.5 g/L,无机盐（K2HPO4＋NaH2PO4＋MgSO4·7H2O）3.0 g/L。在此条件下,菌株T2产海藻糖合酶酶活力达到310.6 U/L。

多投影显示墙是缓解对超高分辨率显示屏幕不断增长的需求与单台显示设备分辨率有限性之间矛盾的有效手段,但目前还缺乏规范化的模式和方法以支持高精度、高可靠性的画面校正.提出一种颜色校正方案以解决上述问题.首先介绍多投影显示墙画面校正中存在的主要问题和现有的解决方法;在此基础上,给出了多投影显示墙的画面校正流程和几何校正方法;然后讨论了多投影显示墙画面校正结果的评价标准,提出了投影仪的广义颜色模型和基于搜索技术的视觉无缝方法.该方案使用数码相机实现了高精度的视觉无缝画面校正,从而提高了构造多投影显示墙的效率并降低了维护成本.校正结果在多种类型的投影墙系统中得到验证和应用,对指导多投影显示墙的搭建和维护具有较高的理论与实践价值.
