隧穿问题的数值算法

本文给出一种新的数值方法，用以计算隧道效应中的透射系数和相移。这个方法适用于任意形状的势垒，不仅可以计算透射系数，还可以计算透射波和反射波的相位。分析表明该方法具有很高的精度。     

超高层建筑物下嵌岩桩荷载传递性状的长期观测

对美国费城自由广场一号塔楼下的Ｇ一１０号嵌岩桩（８．８ｍＸ２．６～３．０ｍ，设计荷载５３８４９ｋＮ）在成桩后数月及上部结构施工期间和竣工后成功地进行了荷载传递性状的连续观测。本文介绍该桩的地质条件、桩身埋设的量测元件以及历时两年半的观测成果。观测表明，该桩在不同荷载水平下桩顶荷载的６０％～７０％始终由桩侧阻力分担。这一成果与第一作者先前根据嵌岩桩静载试验结果作出的结论相吻合。     

A new precipitate phase in Al-4wt. % Cu thin-film interconnects

We report here the identification of a new precipitate phase in thin-film Al-4wt.%Cu metallization used for interconnects on integrated circuits. The phase is based on a trigonal distortion of a face centered cubic lattice. Computer simulation of electron diffraction intensities suggests that the basis structure is isomorphous with Al₂Ca but with a large and ordered population of vacancies on Cu sites. The reason for the formation of the new phase and its implications for electromigration reliability are discussed.     

带膜微通道板的工艺和特性研究

微通道板(MCP)电子透射膜是决定Ⅲ代微光像管稳定性和可靠性的主要因素。采用有机衬底掩膜技术和冷基底溅射相结合的方法在MCP输入面制备非晶态Al2O3电子透射膜，测量了带膜MCP紫外光辐照清洗前后的电学特性。讨论在多孔MCP输入面形成连续电子透射膜与气体辉光放电的关系，工艺失败对MCP的危害性。     

污垢对冷水机组的影响

通过对两个工程实例的冷水机组测试结果对比分析，得出污垢对冷水机组造成了热阻增加，接热效果变差，制冷量减少以及制冷效率下降等严重后果，并推算出机组由此所带来的运行费用的增加。运行管理人员应该注意对机组加强清洗保养工作，以提高机组的经济运行水平。     

磷酸盐激光玻璃非激活吸收系数测量研究

介绍了高功率激光放大器系统中磷酸盐激光玻璃的静态透过率测量。在正常运行条件下,4片长按布儒斯特角放置的国产N31钕玻璃片对1.054um的激光波长平均静态透过率为94.5%,介质的损耗系数为0.294%cm-1,平均非激活吸收系数为0.146%cm-1。在此基础上对片状放大器的增益系数的测量结果进行了修正,获得了5.25%cm-1的小信号增益系数。     

Nd3+ Doped Silicate Glass Photonic Crystal Fiber with Random Hole Distributions

The fabrication of one kind of large core area Nd3 doped silicate glass photonic crystal fiber, and demonstration of the fiber's waveguidence properties were reported. This fiber owns a random air hole distribution in the cladding. The measured minimum loss of this kind of fiber is 10 dB·m-1 at 660 nm. These fibers can sustain only a single mode at least over wavelength ranging from 660 nm to 980 nm.     

Delay-insensitive codes — an overview

The problem of delay-insensitive data communication is described. The notion of delay-insensitive code is defined, giving precise conditions under which delay-insensitive data communication is feasible. Examples of these codes are presented and analyzed. It appears that delay-insensitive codes are equivalent with antichains in partially ordered sets and with all unidirectional error-detecting codes. Tom Verhoeff received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in mathematics from Eindhoven University of Technology, The Netherlands, in 1985. He is currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Mathematics and Computing Science of the same university. His main research interests are parallel computations, especially formalisms for their specification and design, and their implementation as delay-insensitive VLSI circuits.
