3H-labeled S. typhimurium cells inactivated by gamma-radiation (60Co) and by formaldehyde (5%) were used to determine if cell viability affected attachment to poultry skin. Both gamma-irradiated and formal-dehyde-treated cells attached like live cells. There was no difference in attachment between cells grown in a chemically defined medium (SCDM) or in brain heart infusion broth (BHI). Live and gamma-irradiated cells and BHI-grown and SCDM-grown cells had similar surface hydrophobicity. Live and gamma-irradiated cells had similar cell surface charges, whereas BHI and SCDM-grown cells had different surface charges. 探索变体机翼蒙皮拉伸变形测量的可行性,对波纹式复合材料蒙皮的变形测量方法进行研究。通过新配方制作了波纹式蒙皮试件,对其进行力学拉伸试验,分析蒙皮的力学性能。制作模块化的智能夹层,对安装在蒙皮上的智能夹层输出特性进行测试,并与直接粘贴在蒙皮表面的应变片输出特性进行对比分析。结果表明:通过新配方制作的柔性蒙皮线弹性范围达到0~7%;在蒙皮线弹性范围内智能夹层能有效测得应变数据,其应变灵敏系数相对于应变片由2.08降至1.84;由应变反推的蒙皮伸长量与实际伸长量较吻合。 相似文献

In this paper, the MCI (multipath crossover interconnection) technique for octagon single and symmetrical spiral inductors has been presented to improve the quality factor. The metal wires of the single and symmetrical inductors formed by the top metal are divided into multiple segments according to the depth of the skin effects. The outermost path of the metal is crossover-interconnected to the innermost path by the underlayer metal and via The crossover technique makes the lengths of the total current paths between two ports approximately equal to each other. Therefore, the induced magnetic flux and resistance of each path can be balanced and the Q-factor of spiral inductors can be enhanced. The proposed MCI technique has been validated by the electromagnetic simulation with the 130-nm 1P6M SiGe BiCMOS process. For the devices with occupying areas of 240×240μm2, results of electromagnetic simulation show that about 24% improvement in the Q-peak (3.3 GHz) of the MCI single inductor as compared to conventional single inductors (3.1 GHz), and about 88.1% improvement in the Q-peak (3.2 GHz) of the MCI symmetrical inductor as compared to conventional symmetrical inductors (1.8 GHz). 相似文献

由于人眼透视非线性的事实,在对雕塑手稿进行等比例放大后均需根据所观察到的透视效果对大型雕塑进行透视纠正。原来雕塑家需对照手稿人工制作透视正确的放大雕塑,由于大型雕塑体积大,手工制作工作量大,为了减少工作量,文中研究并开发了一种雕塑透视纠正系统。在该系统中,首先读入雕塑手稿的三维扫描模型数据,为雕塑设计者可使用计算机对雕塑模型数据在虚拟环境下进行放大模拟和透视纠正,随后通过将计算机生成的模型分割后进行机械加工得到大型雕塑,从而减少了真实雕塑纠正和放大所耗费的时间。 相似文献

Cutaneous muscles drive the texture-modulation behavior of cephalopods by protruding several millimeters out of the skin. Inspired by cephalopods, a self-morphing, stretchable smart skin containing embedded-printed electrodes and actuated by Twisted Spiral Artificial Muscles (TSAMs) is proposed. Electrothermally actuated TSAMs are manufactured from inexpensive polymer fibers to mimic the papillae muscles of cephalopods. These spirals can produce strains of nearly 2000% using a voltage of only 0.02 V mm−1. Stretchable and low-resistance liquid metal electrodes are embedded-printed inside the self-morphing skin to facilitate the electrothermal actuation of TSAMs. Theoretical and numerical models are proposed to describe the embedded printing of low-viscosity Newtonian liquid metals as conductive electrodes in a soft elastomeric substrate. Experimental mechanical tests are performed to demonstrate the robustness and electrical stability of the electrodes. Two smart skin prototypes are fabricated to highlight the capabilities of the proposed self-morphing system, including a texture-modulating wearable soft glove and a waterproof skin that emulates the texture-modulation behavior of octopi underwater. The proposed self-morphing stretchable smart skin can find use in a wide range of applications, such as refreshable Braille displays, haptic feedback devices, turbulence tripping, and antifouling devices for underwater vehicles. 相似文献

The results and methods of calculation of resistance of hollow wire in gigahertz range by Bessel function are given. According to the results of computation, it is found that the resistor of conductor can be optimized using hollow wire with specific wall thickness. At high frequency the current distribution across a circular hollow wire is at surface of wire, which is called skin depth. We found that optimum wall thickness is proportional to skin depth and the phase abrupt change point of H field. Theoretical analysis and mechanism optimized round hollow wire will be presented in this paper. Subjects with medium to dark skin and many exhibiting facial age spots or discolorations participated in this twelve week study to evaluate the skin whitening ability of lactic and ascorbic acid. Using clinical and biophysical test methods we observed prolonged treatment with 8.8% L(+) lactic acid resulted in no significant effects on skin pigmentation. However treatment with L(+) lactic acid supplemented with ascorbic acid (1%) did produce a whitening effect which becomes apparent after three months. These effects were demonstrated clinically by the test panelists, and trained clinicians, and with objective instrumental methods.
