用快切装置替代备自投装置提高厂用电安全可靠性

指出目前厂用电切换装置存在的不足，分析了快切装置的基本原理以及厂用电事故下的成功快切对电厂安全生产的意义，说明了在厂用电切换中尽快应用快切装置的必要性。     

吐丝圈径对大规格高碳盘条组织性能的影响

计算与分析了斯太尔摩冷线上盘条的吐丝圈径、搭接密度及"佳灵"装置横向布风曲线之间的关系,研究了吐丝圈径的大小对大规格82B盘条组织和性能的影响,确定了大规格82B盘条最小吐丝圈径应为980mm.     

测定钠中杂质的手动阻塞计的研究

文章介绍了测定钠中杂质浓度的手动阻塞计的原理、装置和实验结果。为了减少测量误差,我们研究了影响准确测定阻塞温度的因素,并且找到了减少测量误差的办法。在同样的杂质饱和温度下,该阻塞计测得的高、低阻塞温度所对应的杂质浓度差是很接近的。对氧其差值为1.03ppm;对氢为0.0763ppm。     

软X射线对血液有形成分表面电荷的影响——2、淋巴细胞和血小板膜电荷的变化

软X射线不仅能引起红细胞表面电荷的变化,同时也能导致淋巴细胞和血小板表面电荷下降,表现为照射后它们的电泳率下降。低剂量范围内,这种电荷的变化是暂时性的,照后4小时降到最低点,24小时后恢复到对照的水平。细胞电泳率的下降与辐射剂量相关。淋巴细胞是一个复杂的细胞群,正常状态下,按细胞在电场中泳动速度的快慢,可分为两个组分:快峰为T细胞,慢峰为B细胞。软X射线照射以后,T和B细胞的电泳率皆减慢,频数分布峰值下降,离散度加大。血小板成分单一,电泳率较一致。 从照射浓集的血小板再加回自身血浆中电泳率的下降较照射血浆再加到血小板中的电泳率下降大得多;受照射的血小板在磷酸缓冲液中电泳率下降较在血浆悬液中严重得多;2000 rad照后,悬浮于血浆中的血小板电泳率能恢复,而悬浮于磷酸缓冲液中则不能恢复,三个方面来看,血浆中可能存在抗辐射因子。超氧化物岐化酶能有效地预防血小板电泳率的下降,从而可阻止血小板的凝聚。     

CD++: a toolkit to develop DEVS models

The features of a toolkit for modeling and simulation based on the DEVS formalism are presented. The tool is built as a set of independent software pieces running on different platforms. Not only are the main characteristics of the environment presented, a focus on its use is also considered by inclusion of application examples for a variety of problems. Many models can be defined in an automated fashion, simplifying the construction of new models and easing their verification. On the Automatic Recovery of Style-Specific Architectural Relations in Software Systems

The cost of maintaining a software system over a long period of time far exceeds its initial development cost. Much of the maintenance cost is attributed to the time required by new developers to understand legacy systems. High-level structural information helps maintainers navigate through the numerous low-level components and relations present in the source code. Modularization tools can be used to produce subsystem decompositions from the source code but do not typically produce high-level architectural relations between the newly found subsystems. Controlling subsystem interactions is one important way in which the overall complexity of software maintenance can be reduced.We have developed a tool, called ARIS (Architecture Relation Inference System), that enables software engineers to define rules and relations for regulating subsystem interactions. These rules and relations are called Interconnection Styles and are definedusing a visual notation. The style definition is used by our tool to infer subsystem-level relations in designs being reverse engineered from source code.In this paper we describe our tool and its underlying techniques and algorithms. Using a case study, we describe how ARIS is used to reverse engineer high-level structural information from a real application.     

Trace elements in particles of motor vehicle exhaust in Shanghai

A nuclear microprobe with high spatial resolution and high analytical sensitivity was applied to analyze trace elements,especially lead,in vehicle exhaust of Shanghai city.The result shows that the chemical composition and its corresponding x-ray relative intensity are different among different vehicle exhausts.There are many kinds of metal elements in particles of vehicle exhaust.most are harmful to people,such as Ti,Cr,Mn,Pb,etc.We found that the lead concentration was 6820μg/g and the bromine concentration was 5300μg/g in the exhaust from Santana using leaded gasoline(SULG).which is higher than any other kinds of vehicle exhausts.We have also detected the minimum lead in the particles of unleaded gasoline and its content varies from one to another.Its mean concentration was 450μg/g and the highest reached 6210μg/g.The unleaded gasoline‘s Pb existed in the whole particle while the leaded gasoline‘s enriched in the surface of the particle and was more harmful to the human beings.     

冷轧带肋钢筋直径与拉丝机卷筒直径的匹配

采用被动式工艺生产冷轧带肋钢筋须经过减径、成型两台轧机连续轧制．要求钢材的秒流量相等，否则将造成断线停产或线材在拉丝机卷筒上打滑，致使卷筒严重磨损．用双层卷筒拉丝机提供动力生产冷轧带肋钢筋时，线材直径与卷筒直径的匹配是在一个小的调整范围，通过轧机拉力控制在一定范围变化，可保证成品尺寸符合公差要求而不产生打滑，从而避免了卷筒严重磨损．     

1978年前我国高校工农阶层子女入学优惠政策研究

从高校招生的演变历史看，中国在1978年以前对工农阶层子女实行高校入学优惠政策主要源于国家对这一阶层的特殊偏好而实行平均主义分配政策所致。国家通过报考资格政策、优先录取政策和免试推荐入学政策人为地大幅度提高了工农阶层子女在高校大学生中所占的比例。从公平视角看，这项政策不仅违背了公平原则，而且降低了人才选拔的质量。     

基于DELPHI的镍氢电池管理系统软件设计

通过对镍氢电池性能的研究，给出了一个应用ISA总线技术构建的、基于DELPHI编程平台的镍氢电池管理系统的设计方案，重点介绍了该系统的软件技术和实现方法。
