Thermal explosion in a hot gas mixture with organic gel fuel droplets

Recent experimental evidence has uncovered the peculiar behavior of certain gel droplets which, under appropriate ambient thermal conditions, evaporate and burn in an oscillatory fashion. In this work a preliminary foray is made into the theoretical analysis of the nature of the evolution of a hot gas mixture containing organic gel fuel droplets with oscillatory evaporation within the context of thermal-explosion theory. The problem is modeled as a system of highly nonlinear singularly perturbed ordinary differential equations. Non-dimensionalization of the equations enables identification of the parameters that play a major role in determining the dynamical regimes of the system of equations. The method of integral manifolds is exploited for the analysis and it is found, that for certain parametric regions, the system exhibits new dynamical behavior that is quite different from that found for conventional liquid droplets.     

Growth of La2Mo2O9 films on porous Al2O3 substrates by radio frequency magnetron sputtering

Synthesis conditions of La₂Mo₂O₉ thin film by radio frequency (RF) sputtering technique on Al₂O₃ ceramic substrates are studied. It is found that the deposition temperature and oxygen partial pressure are the most important factors for obtaining pure La₂Mo₂O₉ films. Varying both parameters, Mo-rich, stoichiometric, and Mo-deficient films are obtained. With increasing the La:Mo ratio, films become denser. A crust layer is observed on top of the Mo-rich and the Mo-deficient films. The formation of the La₂Mo₂O₉ phase is discussed with respect to the sputtering mechanism.

进行了以钴钼废催化剂为原料制备仲钼酸铵试验研究，采用加碱焙烧、湿式球磨、沉钼酸和氨溶工艺路线。研究结果表明，焙烧温度、时间和纯碱加入量对钼的提取率均有一定的影响，沉钼酸过程除P效果较好，产品仲钼酸铵质量稳定。     

从石油重整废催化剂中回收铂

介绍一种从石油重整废催化剂中回收铂的工艺。废催化剂采用低温焙烧、浸出、离子交换等方法进行处理,可制取纯铂,生产聚合氯化铝产品。该工艺操作简单,铂回收率高,对环境无污染。

铅鼓风炉喷吹粉状燃料强化熔炼工业试验

采用从风口区喷粉状燃料来部份替代冶金焦,工业试验取得很好的技术经济指标。半焦与褐煤的混合物喷吹工艺转入工业化生产一年多来,生产技术经济指标稳定,劳动强度降低。5个多月生产统计指标显示,炉床能力提高10.44%,焦率下降15%,作业成本下降19.13%,置换比1.12,铅回收率97.34%。     

撞击式浓淡分离器与弯头组合数值模拟研究

煤粉浓淡燃烧技术在稳燃、防结渣、低NOx排放等方面具有良好的性能,近年来得到了广泛应用。四角切圆锅炉的煤粉管道一般在燃烧器前有弯头,利用数值模拟的方法,分析了撞击式浓淡分离器与弯头间的相互影响,计算了不同弯头与浓淡分离器组合形式下,管道内的流场和煤粉颗粒浓缩效率。     

锅炉等离子点火技术的应用及燃油系统选择

适用于贫煤、烟煤、褐煤,可连续运行的多根碳棒等离子点火技术,较前苏联采用银棒等离子点火技术具有造价低、使用寿命长等优点。以包头第二热电厂为例,对采用等离子点火技术前后的运行情况分析比较,经济效益可观。针对丰镇电厂三期2×600MW机组,设计采用等离子无油点火技术,对燃油系统进行了优化选择,简化了油罐设置。工程具有显著的经济效益和环境效益。
