ADS expert

ADS Expert is an integrated system that (a) provides suggestions about suitable optimization algorithms for a particular structural optimization problem, (b) it offers explanations and guide lines, in the form of hypertext, that refer to the optimization strategy, optimizer and one dimensional search method, (c) it produces the required gradients for the objective function and the constraints using symbolic differentiation, (d) establishes a direct linking with ADS routines and (e) it monitors the evolution of the optimization process. The system can be used as an educational tool for structural optimization and as an efficient integrated system for small to medium size optimization problems for which the objective function and the constraints are given in the form of explicit functions of the design variables. The system is a Windows application and runs quite satisfactorily on PCs.     

变结构变参数设计方法及其在机械CAD中的应用

提出了一种新颖的机械结构设计思想－变结构变参数设计方法，并结合实例，阐述了变结构变参数设计的概念、原则、实施措施和意义。由此对Ｉ－ｄｅａｓ软件包进行了二次开发，编制了发动机曲轴专用ＣＡＤ软件程序，并用某型号发动机曲轴进行了验证。

Experimental Study of Concrete Subjected to Explosive Loading

The main subject of this paper is to demonstrate the response of structural concrete to different imposed strain rates. Attention is focused on the strain rate about 10^-2 s ^-1>, where some technical difficulties are experienced when an exact determination of mechanical properties for quasi-brittle materials is attempted. The design of a measurement system, which realizes computer acquisition, analysis, and graphic representation of data, is also presented.     

钢结构住宅的技术性探讨——以清华大学钢结构学生公寓为例

以清华大学钢结构学生公寓为实例，从结构选型、材料构成、构造技术几方面对钢结构住宅的技术性问题进行分析探讨，并提出需要进一步解决的问题。     

Psychological separation, attachment security, vocational self-concept crystallization, and career indecision: A structural equation analysis.

Structural equation modeling was used to test theoretically based models in which psychological separation and attachment security variables were related to career indecision and those relations were mediated through vocational self-concept crystallization. In contrast to previous studies, which have found either weak or no support for a relation between separation or attachment security variables and career indecision, results based on a sample of 350 college students indicated that some components of separation and attachment security did relate to career indecision in a theoretically supportable direction. Results also revealed that regardless of whether global or component career indecision measures were used, separation and attachment security effects on indecision were at least partially mediated through vocational self-concept crystallization.
