基于灰度匹配的序列影像的目标跟踪研究与实现研究

为了达到特定目标跟踪的目的,对视频帧进行匹配算法的处理。通过利用灰度匹配的算法在平台上对简单背景下的目标进行跟踪,来显示进行目标基本跟踪过程。对目标坐标系的转换、运算的速度和使用的范围进行讨论。     

Dipole moments of copolymers in relation to the distribution of polar monomer unit sequences

A method for evaluating the dipole moments of copolymers in relation to the distribution of polar unit sequences is proposed. Experimental data on the synthesis and dipole moments of styrene-p-chlorostyrene and styrene-p-methoxystyrene copolymers were used to calculate the effective dipole moment of a polar unit in a copolymer. For this purpose, we assumed the following effective moment values for the corresponding polar unit sequences along the copolymer chains: when both of the nearest neighbours are polar, μ_PP, when one of the nearest neighbours is polar and the other is non-polar, μ_PS, and when both of the nearest neighbours are non-polar, μ_SS. The relative magnitudes of μ_SS, μ_PS and μ_PP calculated for both copolymers reflect the influence of dipole-dipole interactions on the effective dipole moment of a polar unit in a copolymer molecule.     

大跨双曲混凝土组合扭壳屋盖施工拆模优化分析

由于混凝土抗拉能力较差,双曲组合扭壳抵抗悬垂线方向的主拉应力控制至关重要.如果拆模顺序不当,可能会使壳体结构产生过大的拉应力.为解决此问题,以华工扭壳为例,对平行四边形底面双曲组合扭壳的满堂脚手架施工拆模顺序进行全面优化分析,并与工程实测进行对比,得出较为合理的拆模方式.     

基于视频的人体行走状态分析

提出了一种基于多视角的人体行走状态分析方法.首先,利用基于自适应背景更新的背景差分法检测出运动人体;其次,利用4向链码提取人体上半身质心运动轨迹的周期;最后,通过训练不同运动状态的周期得到对应的模糊集,根据隶属度函数判别慢走、走和跑3种运动状态.实验结果表明,该方法能够准确分析人体运动速度并判断其运动状态,并且对背景噪声、视角变化有良好的鲁棒性.     

基于PSK调制的扩频通信研究

基于PSK调制,以直接序列扩频通信系统为研究对象,在MATLAB仿真环境下分析了直接序列扩频前后的通信系统模型的误码率性能。给出了直接扩频通信系统误码率与信噪比的关系曲线,仿真结果表明,直接序列扩频信号要比不扩频信号,更准确、可靠,因此直扩系统具有更好的性能。     

采用离散元法分析路面结构的疲劳特征

为了在考虑疲劳损伤和恢复性能的基础上,获取路面结构在重复荷载作用下的疲劳特征,采用离散元方法建立了路面结构模型,并分析了在正弦重复荷载作用下路面结构沥青层底部的受力特性.由于路面荷载的随机性,分别以荷载大小、荷载间歇时间、荷载作用次序为考察对象,分析其对路面结构沥青层底受力特征的影响.研究结果表明:随着周期荷载作用次数的增大,沥青层底部拉应力快速增大至某一基础值,并在此基础值附近呈周期性波动,拉应变则在以一定幅值波动的同时,呈现整体水平先急剧增大后缓慢增大的规律;延长荷载作用的间歇时间,虽然一定程度上增大了拉应力和拉应变的波动幅值,但却显著降低了沥青层底拉应力和拉应变的整体水平;不同的荷载作用次序在沥青层底引起的应力应变状态不同,从小至大序列的荷载对沥青层造成的损伤明显小于从大至小序列的荷载.     

长北气田山2段小层砂体三维建模

鄂尔多斯盆地长北气田山西组2段为一套海相辫状河三角洲沉积体系,为揭示不同时期小层砂体发育规模及空间分布,以高分辨率层序地层分析为基础,相控建模为指导思想,短期基准面旋回为地层单元,等时地层格架为约束条件,采用序贯指示数学方法对长北气田山2段4个短期层序的水上分流河道、水下分流河道及河口坝微相小层砂体的发育规模及空间分布进行了随机模拟.砂体展布的三维模拟结果表明,河道自北向南沿物源方向延展,其中SSC1～SSC4短期基准面上升时期,河道加宽,小层砂体沉积厚度加大,物性较好,有利储层发育;下降时期河道变窄,小层砂体沉积厚度减小,物性变差.小层砂体的三维模拟结果在该区勘探实践中得到了很好的验证.     

Isolation and identification of a sulfate reducing bacteria and sequence analysis of its dissimilatory sulfite reductase gene

A sulfate reducing bacteria was isolated from mining sewage of Daqing Oilfield by Hungate anaerobic technology. Physiological-biochemical analysis showed that the strain could utilize polyacrylamide as sole carbon and nitrogen source. The sequence analysis of 16S rDNA illustrated that the similarity of F8 and Desulfovibrio desulfuricans (AF192153) was 99%, and the similarity sequence of dissimilatory sulfite reductase gene (DSR) cloned from the strain and Desulfovibrio desulfuricans (AF273034) was 98%. Their phylogenitic analysis was basically anastomosed, and thus temporarily named as Desulfovibrio desulfuricans F8. The DSR cloned from F8 strain was 2740 bp in length consisting of three ORF, DSRA, DSRB and DSRD as a single operon (DSRABD) regulated by the same operator. DSRA contained typical conservative box of sulfate—sulfite reducing enzyme (SiteⅠand SiteⅡ), which could bind siroheme and [Fe4S4]. DSRB retained a [Fe4S4] binding site, with an uncomplimentary structure for siroheme binding. There was no conservative box in DSRD. Sequence analysis of DSR will provide a theoretical basis for quantitative detection, metabolic pathway modification through gene engineering, and sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB) suppression.
