A novel method for camera external parameters online calibration using dotted road line

On board camera is the most important information source for driver assistant application which is based on computer vision. One problem for on board camera is that the external parameters are easy to be changed when moving on the road. Traditional method either calibrates external parameters offline or calibrates external parameters semi-online, which both need human intervention. By observation, it is found that corner connection of dotted road lane can form two groups of parallel lines. Using this geometric characteristics and through theoretical derivation, a novel online camera external parameter calibration method is proposed which focus on the situation when vehicle is moving. The pro of this method is that it maintains relatively high calculation accuracy and more important, it does not require any human intervention in whole calibration process. Experimental and comparison results show that this method is simple and have accurate results which fully meet the requirements of practical application.     

Modeling and solving mixed-model assembly line balancing problem with setups. Part I: A mixed integer linear programming model

This paper is the first one of the two papers entitled “modeling and solving mixed-model assembly line balancing problem with setups”, which has the aim of developing the mathematical programming formulation of the problem and solving it with a hybrid meta-heuristic approach. In this current part, a mixed-integer linear mathematical programming (MILP) model for mixed-model assembly line balancing problem with setups is developed. The proposed MILP model considers some particular features of the real world problems such as parallel workstations, zoning constraints, and sequence dependent setup times between tasks, which is an actual framework in assembly line balancing problems. The main endeavor of Part-I is to formulate the sequence dependent setup times between tasks in type-I mixed-model assembly line balancing problem. The proposed model considers the setups between the tasks of the same model and the setups because of the model switches in any workstation. The capability of our MILP is tested through a set of computational experiments. Part-II tackles the problem with a multiple colony hybrid bees algorithm. A set of computational experiments is also carried out for the proposed approach in Part-II.

西门子Profibus-DP工业现场总线技术在工厂自动化系统中的重要地位,以华菱集团衡钢Ф340分厂精整生产线为例阐述现场总线Profibus控制系统组成及控制系统的配置方案,介绍DP网络通讯程序的编写方法和故障诊断,并分析现场总线在实际应用中的抗干扰问题。     

基于复合左右手传输线结构的新型微带天线

基于复合左右手传输线结构的零阶谐振理论,提出了一种新型双层结构的微带天线,仿真结果表明该天线具有比单层微带天线更小的尺寸。研究了天线各结构参数对天线特性的影响,并对各参数进行了优化仿真。仿真结果表明该天线具有全向辐射特性,与传统微带天线相比,该天线具有体积小的特点。

中国流行株HIV-1B/C重组亚型包膜蛋白真核表达载体的构建及稳定表达细胞株的筛选

目的获得高质量的中国流行株HIV-1B/C重组亚型包膜蛋白抗原。方法改造表达载体,以构建中国流行株HIV-1B/C重组亚型包膜蛋白基因带有筛选标记的真核细胞表达质粒,将所构建质粒转染真核细胞,用含有抗性的培养基筛选出能够高效、持续表达包膜蛋白的稳定表达细胞株。结果所构建的表达载体pVRPEnv转染细胞后可表达目的蛋白,并建立了稳定表达细胞系。结论获得了可以高效、持续稳定表达中国流行株HIV-1B/C重组亚型包膜蛋白的细胞株。     

超声CO激光的现状和展望(续)

介绍了200kWCW超声电子束连续CO激光器（SSCO－EIL）开环实物模型的能量和光谱特征的实验研究结果，以及增加SSCO－EIL的输出功率，谱线选择性，Q－开关激光作用的数字计算结果，同时讨论了SSCO－EIL的特性对几种激光技术效率的影响，由于激光能量利用率的增加和能量成本的降低，SSCO－EIL拥有的无与伦比的能量和特有的特征，将大大拓宽激光技术的应用领域。
