用废玻璃和锂云母研制仿花岗岩瓷质地砖釉

利用废玻璃和锂云母并配以长石，石英、方解石和白粘土研制出廉价的在１２００℃的温度下快烧的仿花岗岩瓷质地砖透明生料釉。     

消声瓦声学性能计算方法研究

首先建立均匀圆柱腔中弹性波的计算模型,然后利用该模型建立复合过渡型声腔结构消声瓦吸声性能计算的理论模型,并应用这一理论模型计算分析现有声腔结构消声瓦及几种变形的声腔结构声腔结构形式的消声瓦的吸声性能,讨论材料环境温度和材料参数变化对吸声性能的影响,最后总结消声瓦声腔结构和不同材料参数对吸声性能影响的基本规律.     

基于层次多项式纹理的实时草地绘制

根据草的几何结构复杂性和材质的漫反射特性,提出层次多项式纹理(layered polynomial texture,简称LPT)来表示草,可以高效真实地实现这个目标.LPT是一个五维纹理,每一个纹理单元是一组多项式系数,记录分布在多层像素的不同光照方向下亮度的拟合信息,用于在绘制时计算出纹理像素的颜色.把草表示成3个沿已知视线方向的LPT,然后基于Wang Tile的LPT合成方法生成拼图块,再映射到地面上得到草地,从而获得动态光照环境下草地的实时绘制.实验结果表明,LPT的存储量小,运算代价低,而且LPT能推广到树的表示,也可以实现树的动态阴影效果.     

Examination of C/C flat tile mock-ups with hypervapotron cooling after high heat flux testing

Two C/C flat tile mock-ups with a hypervapotron cooling concept, have been successfully tested beyond ITER specification (3000 cycles at 15 MW/m², 300 cycles at 20 MW/m² and 800-1000 cycles at 25 MW/m²) in two electron beam testing facilities [F. Escourbiac, et al., Experimental simulation of cascade failure effect on tungsten and CFC flat tile armoured HHF components, Fusion Eng. Des., submitted for publication; F. Escourbiac, et al., A mature industrial solution for ITER divertor plasma facing components: hypervapotron cooling concept adapted to Tore Supra flat tile technology, Fusion Eng. Des. 75-79 (2005) 387-390]. Both mock-ups provide a SNECMA SEPCARB^® NS31 armour, which has been joined onto the CuCrZr heat sink by active metal casting (AMC) and electron beam welding (EBW). No tile detachment or sudden loss of single tiles has been observed; a cascade-like failure of flat tile armours was impossible to generate. At the maximum cyclic heat flux load of 25 MW/m² all tested tiles performed well except one, which revealed already a clear indication in the thermographic examination at the end of the manufacture. Visual examination and analysis of metallographic cuts of the remaining tiles demonstrated that the interface has not been altered. In addition, the shear strength of the C/C to copper joints measured after the high heat flux (HHF) test has been found to be still above the interlamellar shear strength of the used C/C material. The high resistance of the interface is explained by a modification of the C/C to copper joint interface due to silicon originating from the used C/C material.     

发光陶瓷釉面砖的研制

文章介绍了一种新型的以 Sr Al2 O4:Eu2 +Dy3 +为发光材料的发光陶瓷釉面砖及其制备工艺。产品的性能满足国家 GB/ T4 1 0 0 -92标准 ,发光釉面砖在暗的环境中 8小时内能起到明显的标识作用。     

高压辊磨机在姑山铁矿的初步实践

马钢姑山铁矿针对球磨机处理能力低的问题 ,采用GM10 0 0× 2 0 0型高压辊磨机对球磨机给矿进行预处理。经过 1年多的生产 ,已初步显示其优越性 ,磨机处理能力提高 2 5 %以上。同时 ,在试生产过程中 ,对设备进行了一些改进。     

公安县砖瓦粘土资源开采与利用问题研究

公安县砖瓦粘土利用在县国民经济发展中具有一定的地位,对促进县经济的发展和提高城乡居民的收入起到了重要的作用。研究了区内砖瓦粘土的开发利用现状,针对开发过程中出现的问题做出分析,提出了指导性、建设性建议与对策,对公安县砖瓦粘土资源的利用以及全县经济的协调发展有一定的指导意义,同时有利于全县砖瓦粘土资源的长远规划和经济的合理与健康发展。     

外墙真石漆仿面砖施工工艺

目前外墙外保温系统在建筑中应用广泛,但应用EPS,XPS板外墙外保温系统,大大限制了外墙面砖和石材在外墙装饰中的使用,特别是在高层建筑施工中的使用。为使外墙装饰达到粘贴面砖和石材的效果,采用真石漆饰面,既保证了外墙立面的装饰效果,又减轻了外墙保温系统上的装饰层重量,提高了系统的安全性。     

立式水润滑可倾瓦轴承-转子试验台设计*

第三代压水堆核电站中广泛采用的立式水润滑轴承技术是制约我国核电发展的关键点之一,因此建立立式轴承试验台进行相关试验有重要的工程价值。提出一种包含加载激励约束系统、供水密封系统、测量系统的立式水润滑可倾瓦轴承试验台设计方案;通过比较卧式轴承试验台和立式轴承试验台在加载时对于轴承约束的不同,给出适合立式轴承试验台的浮动轴承约束机构方案;按照相似准则对AP1000核主泵立式水润滑可倾瓦轴承进行缩比设计,在满足Summerfeld数、宽径比和间隙比要求的条件下,设计出适合试验研究的轴承试件。试验结果显示：研制的立式四瓦可倾瓦水润滑轴承试验台,能够实现试验轴承在不同转速和加载、激励工况下瓦面温度、供水压力、静载荷、水膜脉动压力、转轴涡动等的测量,运转状态稳定,可以满足立式水润滑可倾瓦轴承动静特性的研究要求。     

Rule pool updating through Sarsa‐learning to improve adaptability in changing environments

Genetic network programming (GNP) is a new evolutionary algorithm using the directed graph as its chromosome. A GNP‐based rule accumulation (GNP‐RA) method was proposed previously for multiagent control. However, in changing environments where new situations appear frequently, the old rules in the rule pool become incompetent for guiding the agent's actions, and therefore updating them becomes necessary. This paper proposes a more robust rule‐based model which can adapt to the environment changes. In order to realize this, Sarsa‐learning is used as a tool to update the rules to cope with the unexperienced situations in new environments. Furthermore, Sarsa‐learning helps to generate better rules by selecting really important judgments and actions during training. In addition, the ε‐greedy policy of Sarsa enables GNP‐RA to explore the solutions space sufficiently, generating more rules. Simulations on the tile world problem show that the proposed method outperforms the previous ones, namely GP and reinforcement learning. © 2014 Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan.
