醋酸铅在离子液体中溶解机理的研究

通过[bmim]Cl和Pb(OAc)2混合反应后析出PbCl2沉淀,制备得到溶解有醋酸铅的离子液体[bmim]OAc。实验发现,即使使用过量的醋酸铅,PbCl2仍然不能沉淀完全,这表明离子液体中的Pb2+离子并不是以游离形式存在的,而是以配位的形式存在,并且由离子液体包裹着。因此,醋酸铅在离子液体[bmim]OAc中的溶解度得到增加,平均溶解度达到1 1mmol/ml,最大溶解度达到3 0mmol/ml。     

纳米4-H碳化硅薄膜的掺杂现象

对纳米晶SiC薄膜进行了P和B的掺杂,B掺杂效率比P高,其暗电导预前因子与激活能遵守Meyer-Neldel规则,并有反转Meyer-Neldel规则出现.掺杂效率比非晶态碳化硅薄膜高是纳米碳化硅薄膜的特点之一.非晶态中的隧穿和边界透射对输运有一定贡献.

Manufacture of carbon fibers from polyacrylonitrile precursors treated with CoSO4

Free‐radical solution copolymerization of itaconic acid and acrylonitrile was carried out in DMSO using azodiisobutyronitrile as an initiator, changing the feed rate of itaconic acid. The resulting polymerization solution was spun to form polyacrylonitrile (PAN) precursors of carbon fibers. The precursors were treated with a CoSO₄ aqueous solution on‐line. The structure and properties of untreated and treated PAN precursors and the resultant carbon fibers were characterized by SEM and TEM, a stabilization process, etc. It is suggested that CoSO₄ acts as a catalyst in the formation of a ladder structure and reduces the temperature of cyclization, and the carbon fibers developed from treated PAN fibers showed improvement in the tensile strength and the Young's modulus. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Bridging process and structure through criteria

Scholars in design face two central challenges in design methods inquiry: firstly, to integrate process and solution, and secondly, to examine developmental junctures leading to innovation. With these goals in mind, we maintain that design criteria deserve greater attention and illustrate this position with a study of noted designers' use of criteria. The primary finding was that five criteria functions were considered during the design process. The study also explored potential relationships between designer variables (i.e., professional expertise and personality type) and criteria use.
