自组织特征映射网络在水质分类中的应用

应用自组织特征映射网络对阜新新邱露天煤矿排土场附近于家沟地下水污染区的水质分类问题进行了研究,通过调用MATLAB中相关函数,在不同的训练步数下,对研究区17个采样点进行了不同精度的分类,确定出了污染范围。研究结果表明,于家沟地区的大部分地下水已受到严重污染,不可再饮用。分类结果与综合指数法、模糊综合评价、灰色关联分析等方法的分析结果基本一致,说明自组织特征映射网络应用于解决水质分类问题是可行的。     

Development and testing of a pressure probe for centerline static pressure measurement in supersonic nozzles and ejectors

This work describes the development and testing of a system for measuring static pressure along the axis of supersonic flow devices such as convergent–divergent nozzles or ejectors. The pressure probe consists of a capillary tube positioned at the ejector centerline. A hole is perforated perpendicularly on the wall of the thin tube to capture and deport the static pressure measurement to a piezoelectric sensor located at one extremity of the tube outside the ejector. The measurements obtained are compared with numerical results from computational fluid dynamics simulations and wall pressure measurements. The first tests demonstrate the good capability of the pressure probe to detect shocks occurring in the flow and to provide continuous axial distributions of the static pressure.

以太阳轮和全部行星轮的体积之和最小为优化设计目标函数,以太阳轮的齿数、齿宽、模数、行星轮的个数为设计变量,以行星轮系的传动比条件、同心条件、装配条件、邻接条件、模数条件、最少齿数条件、强度条件为约束条件,建立了行星齿轮传动优化设计的数学模型。以穷举法为优化设计方法,以VisualBasic为编程工具,研制出了行星轮系的优化设计系统,该系统能自动完成2K-H型行星轮系的优化设计。     

Critical conditions for wear in pivoted follower valve train systems

There are numerous wear problems associated with the use of pivoted cam follower valve train systems in modern high-speed automotive engines. These problems have led to the introduction of an increasing number of engines of this type as specification tests to assess the antiwear performance of lubricants. Critical conditions for wear in these systems have been identified by the application of a steady-wear process model to the kinematic analysis of the cam/follower contact cycle. The positions of maximum wear identified by this technique showed better agreement with worn engine components than the more commonly used criteria of maximum contact pressure and oil film thickness.     

轮式自动管缆伸缩装置关键技术研究

为了解决煤矿井下设备列车采用单轨吊悬挂的方式储存电缆、液管,存在高空悬挂作业、人工或绞车牵引等安全隐患,研制轮式自动管缆伸缩装置,对综采工作面动力控制设备提供安全保障。介绍了轮式自动管缆伸缩装置的工作原理以及整体结构形式,分析了伸缩装置采用的分组遥控电液控制系统、环形供液以及多传感器反馈闭环控制方式,实现了设备同步快速平稳安全运行。结果表明:该管缆伸缩装置能够适应巷道高度2.5 m以上的工况条件,取消绞车牵引、高空悬挂单轨吊以及铺设轨道,简化了劳动组织工序,有效保证工作面安全高效生产。     

The Evidence for Effective Inhibition of INa Produced by Mirogabalin ((1R,5S,6S)-6-(aminomethyl)-3-ethyl-bicyclo [3.2.0] hept-3-ene-6-acetic acid), a Known Blocker of CaV Channels

Mirogabalin (MGB, Tarlige^®), an inhibitor of the α₂δ-1 subunit of voltage-gated Ca²⁺ (Ca_V) channels, is used as a way to alleviate peripheral neuropathic pain and diabetic neuropathy. However, to what extent MGB modifies the magnitude, gating, and/or hysteresis of various types of plasmalemmal ionic currents remains largely unexplored. In pituitary tumor (GH₃) cells, we found that MGB was effective at suppressing the peak (transient, I_Na(T)) and sustained (late, I_Na(L)) components of the voltage-gated Na⁺ current (I_Na) in a concentration-dependent manner, with an effective IC₅₀ of 19.5 and 7.3 μM, respectively, while the K_D value calculated on the basis of minimum reaction scheme was 8.2 μM. The recovery of I_Na(T) inactivation slowed in the presence of MGB, although the overall current–voltage relation of I_Na(T) was unaltered; however, there was a leftward shift in the inactivation curve of the current. The magnitude of the window (I_Na(W)) or resurgent I_Na (I_Na(R)) evoked by the respective ascending or descending ramp pulse (V_ramp) was reduced during cell exposure to MGB. MGB-induced attenuation in I_Na(W) or I_Na(R) was reversed by the further addition of tefluthrin, a pyrethroid insecticide known to stimulate I_Na. MGB also effectively lessened the strength of voltage-dependent hysteresis of persistent I_Na in response to the isosceles triangular V_ramp. The cumulative inhibition of I_Na(T), evoked by pulse train stimulation, was enhanced in its presence. Taken together, in addition to the inhibition of Ca_V channels, the Na_V channel attenuation produced by MGB might have an impact in its analgesic effects occurring in vivo.
