本文介绍了采用复合吸收剂净化天然气的试验结果,在现有三甘醇等脱水剂中添加单乙醇胺,在脱水的同时脱除H_2S,在保证净化气露点低于-21℃的条件下,使净化气中H_2S含量亦低于5mg/m～3。     

Effects of a Nd—Fe—B magnetic filler on the crystallization of poly(phenylene sulfide)

The crystallization of poly(phenylene sulfide) (PPS) in a polymer–magnetic Nd—Fe—B powder suspension was studied. Isothermal crystallization behavior was analyzed by way of differential scanning calorimetry, and the kinetics were described via the Avrami equation. The Avrami parameters and the crystallization times were strongly affected by both the particle size and the presence of a coupling agent coated on the filler particles. The small Nd—Fe—B particles exhibited long induction and half‐times, whereas the large particles tended to have short crystallization times. Particles ranging from 38 to 150 μ appeared to have similar crystallization times and to have no significant change in the value of Avrami index with melt crystallization temperature. As a result of these analyses, the dynamic mechanical properties were determined to correlate the fundamental polymer crystallization characteristics and the physical properties of the PPS binder. The enhancement of the wetting of the filler to the binder was promoted through the coupling agent, as confirmed by dynamic mechanical testing performed on the samples. The storage modulus typically decreased because of the presence of the uncoated small particles. Conversely, the loss modulus was enhanced because of the presence of the coated small particles in the PPS binder. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci 83: 1091–1102, 2002

文中在阐述ＮＨ４ＮＯ３－ＮａＮＯ２－Ｈ２Ｏ发泡体系的发泡机制的基础上，推导出了就获得较低的反应速率ｒＲ和气体生成量ｎ的高ｐＨ值对高温的平衡关系，从而提出了高温发泡技术。     

阳离子化多元醇防塌剂的研制

室内研究和现场应用表明,聚乙烯醇类防塌剂表现出较明显的增粘负效应,可引起钻井液粘度的急剧增加,严重影响其推广应用.通过金属盐催化降解和阳离子化反应,研制出了抑制性好且增粘负效应低的阳离子化改性多元醇防塌剂.考察了阳离子化试剂、反应温度、反应时间对取代度、反应效率和产品主要性能的影响,得出了阳离子化多元醇防塌剂最佳制备条件,即：PVA与阳离子化试剂物质的量比为1：1,反应温度为50℃,反应时间为4 h,阳离子度可达0.435.     

一种有机硫类絮凝剂DTC的合成及性能评价

讨论了由有机伯胺或仲胺和CS2合成二硫代氨基甲酸盐DTC的反应及副反应,简介了合成工艺。根据红外光谱确认了由三乙烯四胺合成的二硫代氨基甲酸盐（以下简称DTC）的结构。以含原油350 mg/L、含悬浮固体55.1 mg/L,含Fe^2＋10.0 mg/L的模拟污水为实验水样,考察了该DTC的絮凝性能,在40℃、pH=6-7、沉降时间30分钟条件下DTC的适宜加量为20 mg/L,此时污水含油量为9.0 mg/L;使用DTC的适宜pH范围在4-8,pH=6为最佳值,适宜温度范围为10-45℃,温度高于45℃时DTC可发生热分解;DTC的除油效果随污水中Fe^2＋浓度增大而改善。在含油89.1 mg/L、含悬浮固体55.1 mg/L、含Fe^2＋13.2 mg/L的油田污水中,DTC的除油率最高,远高于常用絮凝剂PFS,PAC,CPAM,HPAM和PAM。当污水中不含Fe^2＋时,DTC无絮凝除油效果。讨论了DTC在Fe^2＋参与下的絮凝过程。图5表1参8。     

A study on UV-curable coatings for HD-DVD: Primer and top coats

This study relates to the development of coatings for optical discs in high-density digital versatile disc systems (HD-DVD or blue lay disk) that use a high numerical aperture of 0.85 at 405 nm wavelength and have a protective top layer over a primer layer for protection against damage and dust. Ultraviolet-curable raw materials of two acrylic monofunctional monomers ( isobornylacrylate, IBA and tetrahydrofurfurylacrylate, THFA) and two kinds of urethaneacrylate oligomers (OUMD and OUME) have been easily mixed with photoinitiators. Curing rate of these materials was characterized by FT-IR. In case of top coats, VTES (vinyltriethoxysilane) and acrylic acid were added to enhance the abrasion resistance. These two kinds of UV-curable resinous materials having no solvent were synthesized and investigated as means for making a blue ray disk having good optical and mechanical properties. In addition, dynamic characteristics including reflectivity, fluctuation of RF signal and noise level were also investigated.     

烧结强化剂及其在重钢生产中的应用

重钢烧结厂通过近三年的实验研究，对目前国内兴起的铁矿烧结强化剂进行了广泛的试用和筛选，找到适合自己使用的产品。在进一步通过工业试验之后，将烧结强化剂应用于生产中，并取得了较好的效果。

VRML技术作为现代一种新型计算机技术，已广泛应用到军事、教育等各个领域，充分运用现代高新技术成果，进行模拟训练已成为各军事强国在训练改革的重要目标和现代军事训练发展的指导方向。本文初步探讨了VRML技术在我军军事训练中的应用，提出了虚拟武器装备库的概念，并对我军建立虚拟武器装备库的可能性、必要性及建设构想进行了初步探讨。     

电子商务环境下的组织变革探讨

从变化的环境出发，论述了组织与环境的关系，分析了电子商务在组织变革中的作用以及组织变革的规律，进一步研究了适应这种环境的虚拟组织的组成、管理特性和运作平台。     

Research and Design of Network Management Construction Based on Mobile AGENT

The technical characters of mobile agent （MA） originated in the distributional artificial intelligence domain is introduced. A network management construction based on agent （NMCA） is then proposed. The NMCA structure features are elaborated in detail. A prototype design of NMCA is given by using the jKQML programming. The establishment of NMCA platform will be helpful to reduce the correspondence load of network management and improves the efficiency and the expansion ability of network management systems.
