CNG系列话音网关在油田卫星系统中的应用研究

介绍了使用CNG系列话音网关,通过中国石化Ku频段卫星实现油田边远小队话音通信联网。对原有设计方案的编号与计费方式提出了修改建议,阐述了CNG800和CNG300的主要功能、及电话交换机的联网方案,并详细分析了话音网关的参数配置方法。为通过卫星IP网络实现话音通信提供了又一应用实例。     

ISD2560在门禁系统语音播报中的应用

设计并实现了由AT89S51和ISD2560组成的门禁系统语音播报系统。系统通过按键方式实现语音的分段录制,应用ISD2560信息检索工作模式以及按键控制工作模式,实现语音的选择播放,并且给出了该系统的硬件电路及一些主要的软件设计流程图。     

Supporting the creative drive: investigating paralinguistic voice as a mode of interaction for artists with upper limb disabilities

For people with upper limb disabilities visual art is an important activity that allows for expression of individuality and independence. They show remarkable endurance, patience and determination to adapt their remaining capabilities to create visual art. There are significant advantages of digital technologies in assisting artists with upper limb disabilities. Paralinguistic voice recognition technologies have proven to be a particularly promising mode of interaction. Despite these benefits, technological support for people with upper limb disabilities to create visual art is scarce. This paper reports on a number of case studies of several artists with upper limb disabilities. These case studies illustrate the struggles they face to be creative and also show the significant advantages of digital technologies in assisting such artists. An investigation into people’s ability to use the volume of their voice to control cursor movement to create drawings on the screen is also reported. With motivation, training and practise, use of volume to control drawing tasks shows great promise. It is believed that paralinguistic voice has wider implications beyond assisting artists with upper limb disabilities, such as: an alternative mode of interaction for disabled people to perform tasks other than creating visual art, alternative mode of interaction for hands busy environments and as a voice training system for people with speech impairments.     

语音识别技术研究

介绍一种实时语音识别系统,对语音识别系统的硬件组成及软件技术进行了论述,所开发的系统具有较高的识别精度,有较为广阔的应用前景。     

电动汽车参数检测及报警显示系统设计

为了避免电动汽车上发生车体漏电击晕乘客等事故,设计了一个参数检测和报警系统,利用传感器实时检测电压电流,对电动汽车不正常状态进行屏幕显示和语音报警;系统以ATMEGA 64芯片为核心,采用霍尔传感器采集电压和电流值,用光耦隔离检测车门开关状态,AD模块采用查询的方式采集数据,通过液晶显示和语音报警两种方式提醒司乘人员;系统采用串口与PC机通信,系统内部采用抗干扰性较强的CAN总线进行通信;通过实际的测试应用,该系统运行良好,能满足设计要求,已经在北京公交公司准无轨电车上应用。     

An improved method for voice pathology detection by means of a HMM-based feature space transformation

This paper presents new a feature transformation technique applied to improve the screening accuracy for the automatic detection of pathological voices. The statistical transformation is based on Hidden Markov Models, obtaining a transformation and classification stage simultaneously and adjusting the parameters of the model with a criterion that minimizes the classification error. The original feature vectors are built up using classic short-term noise parameters and mel-frequency cepstral coefficients. With respect to conventional approaches found in the literature of automatic detection of pathological voices, the proposed feature space transformation technique demonstrates a significant improvement of the performance with no addition of new features to the original input space. In view of the results, it is expected that this technique could provide good results in other areas such as speaker verification and/or identification.     

Design and realization of ad-hoc VoIP with embedded p-SIP server

In this paper we design and implement the pseudo session initiation protocol (p-SIP) server embedded in each mobile node to provide the ad-hoc voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) services. The implemented p-SIP server, being compatible with common VoIP user agents, integrates the standard SIP protocol with SIP presence to handle SIP signaling and discovery mechanism in the ad-hoc VoIP networks. The ad-hoc VoIP signaling and voice traffic performances are analyzed using E-model R rating value for up to six hops in the implemented test-bed. We also conduct the interference experiments to imitate the practical ad-hoc VoIP environment. The analyzed results demonstrate the realization of ad-hoc VoIP services by using p-SIP server.     

基于DSP的矿井光纤直放系统的设计

根据煤矿井下巷道狭长、拐点多、分支多的特点,针对井下环境中移动通信系统通话质量差、可靠性低等问题,提出了一种基于DSP的矿井光纤直放系统的设计方案,详细介绍了系统基于DSP的自动监控单元和FIR数字滤波器的设计及语音激活技术在直放系统中的应用。该光纤直放系统解决了井下广域范围移动通信问题,采用DSP对系统实施自动监控,为系统稳定运行提供了可靠保障;数字滤波器的引入、话音激活技术的应用使井下通信系统性能更稳定、话音质量更好、抗干扰性更强,为矿井移动通信的最佳实现奠定基础。     

AD73322与C54X DSP接口设计

在语音设备的设计过程中,有一重要环节就是选择合适的模拟通道器件与DSP配合工作;在所完成的某小型便携式语音终端的硬件平台开发中,选取TMS320C5416用于语音编解码等复杂语音信号处理;而在众多可以与该DSP配合的AD、DA器件中,集A/D和D/A转换于一身的AD73322成为最好的选择;文中以实际设计案例给出了单片AD73322及多片AD73322级联(外部音频通道较多的场合)与TMS320C5416芯片配合使用的硬件连接方法和编程策略;对于类似的DSP+AD/DA硬件平台设计具有普遍的参考意义。     

基于CTI的语音通知系统设计与开发

数据库技术、文语转换技术和CTI语音卡集成技术共同构建语音通知系统,利用通信终端的Dtmf编码实现语音卡与信息接收者之间交互。可根据不同的单位进行实际部署,提高管理水平及日常工作效率,实际应用效果良好。
