On the absence of global solutions for quantum versions of Schrödinger equations and systems

We, first, consider the quantum version of the nonlinear Schrödinger equation

where $0<q<1$, $i^q$ is the principal value of $i^q$, $D_{q|t}$ is the $q$-derivative with respect to $t$, $\Delta$ is the Laplacian operator in ${\mathbb{R}}^N$, $\lambda \in ??\left\{0\right\}$, $p>1$, and $u(t,x)$ is a complex-valued function. Sufficient conditions for the nonexistence of global weak solution to the considered equation are obtained under suitable initial data. Next, we study the system of nonlinear coupled equations

基于雷达点迹置信度统计的目标检测方法

低信噪比环境中对弱小目标的检测和跟踪已经在雷达数据处理领域中引起人们的广泛关注。检测前跟踪(TBD)方法对弱小目标的检测非常有效,其基本思想是为了避免恒虚警(CFAR)处理带来的信噪比损失,直接对原始数据进行检测。提出了点迹置信度方法对检测的原始数据进行量化,通过局部极值选取完成目标检测。     

Optical receiver front end for optically powered smart dust

The ability to create and direct beams of light means that optical communications potentially offer a large power advantage over RF communications for sensor networks. This paper presents an optically powered receiver front end for wireless optical communications. A complete optical receiver front end including a photodetector, clock and Manchester data recovery circuits has been fabricated using the UMC 180 nm CMOS process. A novel modulation scheme is described that has been devised so that this front end can recover the clock and Manchester data from an optical beam. Experimental results show that the total current consumption of the optical receiver front end is as low as 18.8 nA for a 0.5 V supply when a 1 kbps Manchester data and 8 kHz clock signal are successfully recovered. This means that photodiodes on the same substrate as the front end circuits extract enough power from the communications beam to allow the front end to work at distances of up to 10 m from the transmitter. 基于自适应迭代的强弱信号波达方向估计

针对强弱信号难以同时检测与估计的问题,本文提出一种基于自适应迭代的强弱信号波达方向估计方法.首先将空间角度离散化,根据信号相消的性质构造空间谱函数,然后通过自适应迭代抑制强信号的能量,最后计算不同角度对应的空间谱函数,利用其谱峰估计信号的波达方向.理论分析和仿真实验表明,本文方法无需信号源的先验信息,在低信噪比和少量快拍数的条件下,可以实现强弱信号DOA的高分辨估计,有效提高弱信号的检测概率和估计精度.
