Silicon holds great promise as an anode material for lithium‐ion batteries with higher energy density; its implication, however, is limited by rapid capacity fading. A catalytic growth of graphene cages on composite particles of magnesium oxide and silicon, which are made by magnesiothermic reduction reaction of silica particles, is reported herein. Catalyzed by the magnesium oxide, graphene cages can be conformally grown onto the composite particles, leading to the formation of hollow graphene‐encapsulated Si particles. Such materials exhibit excellent lithium storage properties in terms of high specific capacity, remarkable rate capability (890 mAh g?1 at 5 A g?1), and good cycling retention over 200 cycles with consistently high coulombic efficiency at a current density of 1 A g?1. A full battery test using LiCoO2 as the cathode demonstrates a high energy density of 329 Wh kg?1.  相似文献

The oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) is under intense research due to its significance in energy storage and conversion processes. Recent studies show that interconnected and hierarchically porous structures can further enhance ORR kinetics as well as catalyst durability, but their preparation can be quite time and/or chemical consuming. Here, a simple approach is reported to prepare such complex structures by pyrolyzing composites containing NaCl and ZIF‐8. The templating effect of molten NaCl connects ZIF‐8 particles into web‐like carbon networks. During ORR activity measurements, it achieves a 0.964 V onset potential and a 38 mV dec?1 Tafel slope, which are comparable to those of the benchmark Pt/C (0.979 V and 40 mV dec?1). Due to the metal‐free feature, this catalyst exhibits a 16 mV shift in half‐wave potential after a 10 000‐cycle durability test, which is only 60% of that of Pt/C. The catalyst is also tested in Zn–air batteries and the assemblies are able to work at above 1.2 V for 140 h, which triples the life held by those with Pt/C. This study demonstrates a facile strategy to prepare metal‐free ORR catalysts with interconnectivity and hierarchical porosity, and proves their great potentials in ORR catalysis and Zn–air batteries.  相似文献

Developing efficient and low‐cost defective carbon‐based catalysts for the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) is essential to metal–air batteries and fuel cells. Active sites engineering toward these catalysts is highly desirable but challenging to realize boosted catalytic performance. Herein, a sandwich‐like confinement route to achieve the controllable regulation of active sites for carbon‐based catalysts is reported. In particular, three distinct catalysts including metal‐free N‐doped carbon (NC), single Co atoms dispersed NC (Co–N–C), and Co nanoparticles‐contained Co–N–C (Co/Co–N–C) are controllably realized and clearly identified by synchrotron radiation‐based X‐ray spectroscopy. Electrochemical measurements suggest that the Co/Co–N–C catalyst delivers optimized ORR performance due to the rich Co–Nx active sites and their synergistic effect with metallic Co nanoparticles. This work provides deep insight for rationally designing efficient ORR catalyst based on active sites engineering.  相似文献

脉冲宽度调制(PWM)整流电路结构日益复杂,对其可靠运行提出了更高的要求;对局域均值分解(LMD)用于PWM整流电路的故障特征提取进行研究,提出一种基于LMD和加权频带能量法的特征提取新方法;该方法通过逐步抽取调频调幅成分将故障信号在频域上展开,然后基于信号能量的频带分布特点,充分考虑各频带成分与故障的相关性,构造故障特征向量,实现特征提取;最后以PWM整流电路为例进行仿真,相电压380V,仿真时间0.5s,0.1s时注入故障;结果表明,该方法能有效地提取故障信号的特征,并降低特征向量的维数。  相似文献

一体化保障技术是目前提高复杂武器系统测试和保障能力的研究重点,为解决一体化保障技术中存在的指标冗余问题,结合粗糙集相关理论,提出了基于属性重要性和属性间影响度的约简算法;通过在某型一体化保障设备的柴油发电机子模块中应用该算法,在精简测试指标的同时,保证了较高的测试准确性,缩短了测试时间,验证并说明该理论可以有效地解决一体化保障技术中的指标冗余问题。  相似文献

为实现汽车前围板隔声薄弱部位的准确识别,文章提出了基于快速傅里叶变换(Fast Fourier Transform,FFT)和正交匹配追踪(Orthogonal Matching Pursuit,OMP)的反卷积(Deconvolution Approach for the Mapping of Acoustic Sourc‐es,DAMAS)波束形成方法(FFT-OMP-DAMAS)。该方法基于声源稀疏分布假设,利用正交匹配追踪思想求解反卷积问题,并进一步结合傅里叶变换和点扩散函数空间转移不变假设降低计算维度。在混响室-消声室内,分别利用延迟求和方法,DAMAS方法和FFT-OMP-DAMAS方法进行了某汽车前围板隔声薄弱部位识别试验,结果表明:FFTOMP-DAMAS方法能够有效抑制旁瓣和伪源,有效缩减主瓣宽度,从而准确识别汽车前围板隔声薄弱部位,且相较于传统的DAMAS方法,文中提出的FFT-OMP-DAMAS方法能获得更清晰的成像结果,计算效率有了明显提高。  相似文献

目的 有效分析和探索海洋船舶时空轨迹行为模式,提高船舶轨迹聚类的效率与质量,更好地检测真实船舶的异常行为。方法 针对当前船舶轨迹数据研究中存在的对多维特征信息利用不足、检测效率不高、检测精度较差等问题,提出一种精确度高、能自主识别分析多维特征的船舶异常轨迹识别方法。首先利用随机森林分类器评估多维特征重要性,构建轨迹特征的最优组合;然后提出一种降维密度聚类方法,将T–分布随机邻域嵌入(T–SNE)和自适应密度聚类(DBSCAN)模型结合,通过构建特征选择层和无监督聚类层实现对数据元素非线性关系的高效提取以及对聚类参数的智能选择;最后根据聚类结果构建类簇特征向量,计算距离阈值判别轨迹相似度,实现轨迹异常检测模型的构建。结果 以UCI数据集为例,降维密度聚类方法对4、13、30、64维特征数据集的F1分数能达到0.9 048、0.9 534、0.8 218、0.6 627,多个聚类指标均优于DBSCAN、K–Means等常见聚类算法的。结论 研究结果表明,降维密度聚类方法能有效提取数据多维特征结构,实现聚类参数自适应,弥补密度聚类中参数难以确定的问题,有效实现对多种类型船舶轨迹异常的识别。  相似文献

Polycrystalline silicon (poly-Si) is widely used as a gate layer in integrated circuits, transistors, and channels through nanofabrication. Nanoremoval and roughness control are required for nanomanufacturing of various electronic devices. Herein, a nanoscale removal method is developed to overcome the limitations of microcracks, complex procedures, and time-consuming conventional fabrication and lithography methods. The method is implemented with a mechanically induced poly-Si phase transition using atomic force microscope (AFM). Mechanical force induces the covalent bonds between silicon and fluorine atoms which cause the phase transition of poly-Si. Then, the bond structure of the Si molecules is weakened and selectively removed by nano-Newton-scale force using AFM. A selective nanoscale removal with roughness control is implemented in 0.5 mM TBAF solution after mechanical force (43.58–58.21 nN) is applied. By the magnitude of nano-Newton force, the removal depth of poly-Si is controlled from 2.66 to 21.52 nm. Finally, the nanoscale fabrication on poly-Si wafer is achieved. The proposed nanoremoval mechanism is a simple fabrication method that provides selective, nanoscale, and highly efficient removal with roughness control.  相似文献

Monte Carlo methods have attracted constant and even increasing attention in structural reliability analysis with a wide variety of developments seamlessly presented over decades. Along the way, a number of specialized reviews and benchmark studies have been provided from time to time, aiming at summarizing and comparing selected few approaches in detail, mainly from an implementation point of view. In contrast, the aim of the present survey is to play a comprehensive role as a methodological guidebook on Monte Carlo simulation and its related, especially variance reduction, techniques through a covering of 444 references in the relevant literature. To achieve this goal, we present an extensive review of formulations and techniques along with insightful summaries of developments of existing numerical methods, ranging from the general formulation, sub-categories and variants, to their combined uses with other simulation techniques and surrogate models, as well as the key advantages and assumptions.  相似文献
