增强大学生职业规划效果的宏观对策

针对目前大学生职业规划效果不佳的现状，分析了导致大学生职业规划效果不佳的原因，提出了增强大学生职业规划效果的宏观对策。     

Service life planning and performance requirements

Service life planning comprises a model for the determination of a reasonable expected service life for buildings and components, and it establishes a routine for the assessment of design alternatives. A design option is considered reasonable when it meets or exceeds performance requirements over time that have been drawn up specifically for the specific project. Due to this assessment reference, there is a very evident link to the concept of performance-based building. Any stakeholder involved in the value chain or in the design process of the building, as well as regulators and building users, can express performance requirements. Identified requirements, both in relevance and in quality, will vary with the stakeholder and his/her perspective of interest. As building sector manufacturers develop most products with reference to standards rather than with reference to specific requirements, there is no direct link from user requirements to the product design. Instead, the building designer has the responsibility to ensure performance requirements are met by the performance of products integrated into the design. As these design decisions also have to be made at the material and component level, a performance-based building would benefit from an established rationale that enables the communication of performance requirements across the relevant system levels in the relevant design processes. A path for the connection of the established concepts of service life planning and performance-based building is presented. The aim is to identify key elements that need to be developed for the successful linkage of performance-based building with service life planning.     

堆底熔穿事故的场外后果及其对策

在压水堆核电站应急计划和应急响应中，堆底熔穿事故占有重要位置。本文用法国核电厂事故源项Ｓ３（对应于堆底熔穿事故）计算了在典型气象条件下的场外放射学的后果，根据一般防护决策原则和我国颁布的干预水平，提出了保护公众的应急防护措施的建议。     

Commercial objectives,technology transfer,and systems analysis for fusion power development

Fusion is an essentially inexhaustible source of energy that has the potential for economically attractive commercial applications with excellent safety and environmental characteristics. The primary focus for the fusion-energy development program is the generation of centralstation electricity. Fusion has the potential, however, for many other applications. The fact that a large fraction of the energy released in a DT fusion reaction is carried by high-energy neutrons suggests potentially unique applications. These include breeding of fissile fuels, production of hydrogen and other chemical products, transmutation or burning of various nuclear or chemical wastes, radiation processing of materials, production of radioisotopes, food preservation, medical diagnosis and medical treatment, and space power and space propulsion. In addition, fusion R&D will lead to new products and new markets.Each fusion application must meet certain standards of economic and safety and environmental attractiveness. For this reason, economics on the one hand, and safety and environment and licensing on the other hand, are the two primary criteria for setting long-range commercial fusion objectives. A major function of systems analysis is to evaluate the potential of fusion against these objectives and to help guide the fusion R&D program toward practical applications. The transfer of fusion technology and skills from the national laboratories and universities to industry is the key to achieving the long-range objective of commercial fusion applications.

文章采用模糊规划的方法证明了期望放出体在放矿中的合理性,从而使放矿这个复杂的过程能方便地采用数学手段来处理。同时说明了如何在崩落法矿山利用期望体来解决实际生产中的放矿问题。

高等院校开展学生职业生涯规划教育的思考

职业生涯规划对于人生发展具有极为重要的指导意义,对在校大学生进行职业生涯规划教育和指导,是高等学校人才培养的一项重要环节。文章针对高校学生对今后从业的认知现状和目前高校在开展就业教育工作中存在的不足,提出高等学校必须通过全程化和系统化的职业生涯规划教育指导,有效帮助学生发现和挖掘自身潜能,引导学生根据所学专业和个人志向及特长,设定毕业后的从业方向,确立大学不同阶段的努力目标,指导学生根据社会和个人发展的实际情况,实时修正从业方向和努力目标。在不断完善学生综合素质和专业技能的基础上,促进学生顺利完成学业、从容走向社会、尽早实现人生价值。     

Renewal strategies for old industrial areas in the post-industrial age—Take “Zurich-West” in Switzerland as an example

This paper introduces and analyses the renewal planning of “Zurich-West”, an old industrial area. It points out that systematic and comprehensive target orientation, extensive collaboration in argumentation and decision-making, and the design ideas of coexistence and integration are the key to its success.
