Strengthening technology and mechanism for semi-solid die casting of aluminum alloy

Combined with theoretical evaluation,an optimized strengthening process for the semi-solid die castings of A356 aluminum alloy was obtained by studying the mechanical properties of castings solution treated and aged under different conditions in detail,then,the semi-solid die castings and liquid die castings were heat treated with the optimized process.The results show that the mechanical properties of semi-solid die castings of aluminum alloy are superior to those of the liquid die castings,especially the strengthening degree of heat treated semi-solid die castingsis much greater than that of liquid die castings with the tensile strength more than 330 MPa and the elongation more than 10％,and this is mainly contributed to the non-dendritic and more compact microstructure of semi-solid die castings.The strengthening mechanism of heat treatment for the semi-solid die castings of A356 aluminum alloy is due to the dispersive precipitation of the second phase(Mg2 Si) and formation of GP Zone.

随着办公自动化的推行,网络信息的保密问题亟待解决,文章提出了一种从物理层解决信息保密问题的方法,并给出设计的主要步骤,指出此种方式的优势所在,市场前景广阔,具有良好的可开发性。     

基于粒子群优化BP神经网络的超声波缺陷位置预测

海洋设备的无损检测对于保障设备安全使用至关重要,由于设备所处的海洋环境特殊,要实现对海洋设备缺陷位置的准确估计难度较大.论文提出了一种基于粒子群优化BP神经网络(PSO-BP)预测设备缺陷位置的方法.通过模拟了海洋检测环境,用钢板作为实验对象,用超声波探伤仪对缺陷钢板进行了数据采集,获取了水下钢板的实时数据.通过粒子群算法对BP网络进行优化后对数据进行分析,对比缺陷出现的实际位置和预测位置,证明了粒子群优化的BP神经网络对于超声波检测的缺陷出现位置具有较好的预测效果.     

基于超声传感技术在污水旋流池测量中的应用

为了能够准确地测量污水旋流池的液面高度,设计了基于超声传感技术的污水旋流池液面测量方法,通过长时间的运行,测量数据完全满足污水旋流池的生产工艺要求。     

EFFECT OF γ-IRRADIATION ON CuZnAl SHAPE MEMORY ALLOY

用透射电子显微镜和正电子湮没等分析手段,研究了CuZnAl形状记忆合金的γ辐照效应,此合金经一定剂量的γ辐照后,马氏体转变温度明显提高,而形状记忆功能仍保持不变。

高钒高速钢碳化钒形态的数值化分析

针对碳化钒的不同形态,设计出定量分析软件,并利用形状因子K,实现了高钒高速钢不同碳化物形态数值化处理,当K介于0.785～1.000之间碳化钒形态为团球状;K≤0.223,碳化钒呈开花状.高钒高速钢当碳含量达到4.2%时,K为0.86和当量直径D为0.78μm,碳化物呈团球状均匀分布.     

关联规则剪枝的运用

该文重点介绍了最新的一种关联规则后处理的方法,并且我们提出了这种方法的优化算法,能够有效去除关联规则集合中的无趣模式,并且为模式的可视化提供了良好的工具。相关实验表明该方法具有更好的模式后处理能力。     

Implementation and decoding method of OCC system based on MIMO

The application of high-frame-rate cameras as well as the complex image processing techniques will lead to a series of problems, such as high system cost and long transmission delay. In this paper, we introduce narrow-band filtering technology to reduce the impact of optical noise and reduce the complexity of image processing from the physical level. We also introduce multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) technology into the optical camera communication (OCC) system to increase system transmission rate, and propose a light emitting diode (LED) array decoding algorithm based on the directional projection method to reduce the system delay. By accumulating the target pixel values in each row and column of the image, the proposed method then determines the position and boundary of the detected target to distinguish the target area from the background. Experimental results indicate that the communication distance can reach up to 5.5 m without error bits detected. When the LED array at the transmitter of this system flashes at a frequency of 12 Hz, the transmission rate can reach 126.32 bit/s.
