Software for dynamic reconfigurable order picking systems

This paper describes an approach, conceptual framework, and software architecture for dynamic reconfiguration of the order picking system. The research and development project was sponsored by the Material Handling Research Center (MHRC), a National Science Foundation sponsored Cooperative Industry/University Research Center. The storage configuration is assumed to be an in-the-aisle order picking system in which stockkeeping units (SKUs) can occupy variable capacity storage locations and stock-splitting is allowed among zones (clusters). The product mix may include multiple product families with different life cycles, correlated demand within families and commonality of demand across families.

一种改进的VI CFAR检测器

为得到不同杂波背景下的良好检测性能,给出了一种改进的VI CFAR检测器.该检测器主要利用均值类可变性指示（MLVI）CFAR检测器和有序统计类可变性指示（OSVI）CFAR检测器的各自优点以及VI CFAR的以背景均匀程度自动选择不同检测器思想.理论分析和仿真结果表明：该检测器在均匀背景下性能基本与MLVI CFAR重合;多目标背景下具有较强的抗多目标能力;杂波边缘背景下有较好的虚警概率控制能力且运算量小,是一种稳健的检测器.     

二维直线运动平台几何误差建模与数字化分析

针对二维直线运动平台的定位精度受到绕X、Y、Z三个方向转动产生的角位移误差和沿着这三个方向的线位移误差的影响,采用一种基于三维模型的数字化方法对这些几何误差进行分析。通过参考坐标系和齐次变换矩阵建立二维直线运动平台几何误差运动学模型,并基于误差模型对运动平台的各项几何误差进行分配、计算和合成。基于以上误差分配原则对运动平台使用的导轨提出形位公差要求。通过上述工作,在虚拟样机设计阶段能对所设计结构几何误差进行预测,为后续精密运动的设计提供可靠的参考。     

视觉检测系统中亮度不均匀背景的一种去除方法

刀具形状视觉检测系统中，照明不均匀对测量结果影响很大。针对这种情况，提出了基于二维二阶多项式拟合并去除不均匀背景的方法。遵循最小均方程差原理，给出了二维二阶拟合的矩阵表达式。在编制的程序中，拟合点以人机交互形式由鼠标点击选出，程序自动记录所选点的图象人材与亮度值信息，然后拟合出背景曲面，并以二值图象形式给出去除背景后的目标图象。对一幅光照模型未知的网络图象进行了背景去除，实验结果良好。     

Consensus of Fractional‐Order Uncertain Multi‐Agent Systems Based on Output Feedback

This paper is devoted to the consensus protocol design for a set of agents with fractional‐order uncertainty dynamics where the fractional order α satisfies 0 < α < 2. For multi‐agent systems (MASs) with fixed undirected topology, a distributed static output feedback protocol is proposed with an undetermined system matrix. Based on model transformation and fractional‐order stability theory, sufficient conditions are derived to ensure the consensus of MASs in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Finally, a simulation example is employed to validate the effectiveness of the proposed consensus protocol.     

Ehrenfeucht-Fraïssé games in finite set theory

In this article, with Ehrenfeucht-Fraïssé games we prove that Δ₁≠Δ₀ on BFR, which implies Δ≠Δ₀ on BFR, and thus solve an open problem raised by Albert Atserias in his dissertation (Δ₀,Δ₁,Δ are fragments of first order logic and BFR is a class of finite sets which in essence is equivalent to a class of finite pure arithmetic structures with built-in BIT predicate).     

基于矩阵输入的ERP系统订单改进方案

本文在传统ERP系统的基础上,针对服饰、鞋帽、拉链等具有多属性产品的制造行业,提出一种运用矩阵输入对销售订单的改进方案。它从订单的特点出发,建立一般订单模型,详细介绍了矩阵式订单的设计,实现方法,论述了其适用范围和使用特点,最后分析了矩阵式录入订单的执行效率和可扩展性。
