南水北调中线总干渠无在线调蓄水库,对藻类生态调度过程中出现的问题开展生态调度实现策略和实施方式研究。主要实现策略包括:划定自身的调蓄区,隔离生态调度对下游的影响;采用高效的渠池运行方式,减少生态调度时蓄量的反复调整;综合考虑安全、快速、平稳等需求,设定生态调度实施进程和方式。具体实施方式包括:将总干渠划分为流速调控区、调蓄区和正常运行区,分别实施等体积、控制蓄量和闸前常水位方式运行;将生态调度过程划分为充水阶段和泄水阶段,基于流速调控目标值、持续时长和水位降幅约束条件,确定各阶段时长和各分区的闸门群调控方案等。基于2018年3月输水工况,采用明渠一维非恒定流模型,仿真总干渠上游15个渠池的藻类生态调度过程。结果表明,生态调度可在3.5 d内完成,各渠池的平均流速由0.48 m/s增至0.93 m/s,持续时间超过2 h。在整个生态调度过程中,水位变化平稳,水位变幅符合安全阈值要求,下游渠道的正常运行未受生态调度明显影响。 相似文献

ABSTRACTThe thermal-neutron capture cross-section (σ0) and resonance integral (I0) were measured for the 135Cs(n,γ)136Cs reaction by an activation method and mass spectrometry. Because of difficulty in the preparation of pure 135Cs samples, we used 135Cs contained as an impurity in a normally available 137Cs standard solution. An isotope ratio of 135Cs and 137Cs in a standard 137Cs solution was measured by mass spectrometry to quantify 135Cs. Cesium-135 impurity along with the 137Cs standard solution was irradiated at the hydraulic conveyer of the research reactor in the Institute for Integral Radiation and Nuclear Science, Kyoto University. Wires of Co/Al and Au/Al alloys were used as neutron monitors to measure thermal-neutron fluxes and epi-thermal Westcott’s indices at an irradiation position. A gadolinium filter was used to measure the σ0, and a value of 0.133 eV was taken as the cut-off energy. Gamma-ray spectroscopy was used to measure induced activities of 137Cs, 136Cs and monitor wires. On the basis of Westcott’s convention, the σ0 and I0 values were derived as 8.57 ± 0.25 barn, and 45.3 ± 3.2 barn, respectively. The value of σ0 obtained in the present study agreed within the limits of uncertainties with the past-reported value of 8.3 ± 0.3 barn. 相似文献

In this paper, we propose the concept of Fermatean fuzzy linguistic term sets based on linguistic term sets and Fermatean fuzzy sets. The basic operational laws, the score function, and the accuracy function of Fermatean fuzzy linguistic numbers are provided. Then we propose the Fermatean fuzzy linguistic weighted aggregation operator, the Fermatean fuzzy linguistic weighted geometric operator, and the Fermatean fuzzy linguistic distance measures. Furthermore, we extend the TOPSIS method to the proposed distance measures, and the ranking of alternatives is obtained under a Fermatean fuzzy linguistic environment. An example is provided to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method, and a comparison with the existing method is also analyzed. A tunable, passively Q-switched thulium doped fluoride fibre (TDFF) laser using a reduced-graphene oxide-silver (rGO-Ag) thin film as a saturable absorber (SA) for S band operation is proposed and its efficacy demonstrated. Over a pump power range of 91.4?mW up to 158.6?mW, passively generated Q-switched pulses are observed with repetition rates from 20 to 34.5?kHz and pulse widths from 3.1 to 7.1?µs. The highest pulse energy observed is 101.2?nJ with a signal to noise ratio of ~42?dB. ABSTRACTIn view of the complexity of current detection efficiency calibration of radioactive gas sources, a method using solid planar sources to be equivalent to gas sources was studied. For the 50 mL gas source box, an optimal equivalent scheme was selected by Monte Carlo Simulations. Then, the full-energy-peak efficiency curve of gas sources at the measurement position of 25 cm, with source-to-detector distance of 25 cm, was fitted by measuring solid planar sources with known activity. To verify the accuracy of the efficiency curve, 41Ar, 133Xe and 87Kr gases were produced and determined by length-compensated method. Then, their full-energy-peak efficiencies at 25 cm position away from the detector were directly calibrated. The percentage efficiency deviations between interpolation from the efficiency curve and direct calibration are all less than 2.5%, which proves the accuracy of the equivalent method. This calibration method is a general one and can be also used for some other radioactive sample measurements, such as non-destructive analysis of gaseous fission product samples with a suitable source-to-detector distance. 相似文献
