Microscale Patterning of Mesoscopic PZN-PT Single Crystal Films by Crystal ion Slicing and Laser-Induced Etching

Advances in the fabrication of solid-solution single crystal relaxor ferroelectrics have made it possible to produce highly efficient piezoelectric crystals, and have attracted renewed interest in the use of these crystals for a new generation of piezoelectric transducers, actuators and sensors. Of particular interest is their incorporation into micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS). In this paper we report on the laser-induced wet chemical etching of lead zinc niobate-lead titanate (PZN-PT) in hydrochloric acid (HCl). Argon-ion laser radiation at power levels up to 4 W is focused to a spot diameter of about 15μm and results in the chemical etching of grooves at patterning speeds up to 5μm/sec. Crystal ion slicing, an ion-implant-based film separation technique, is used in combination with laser etching to form 5 to 10μm-thick patterned and freestanding films for incorporation into micro-electromechanical devices.

Integrated scheduling of flexible manufacturing systems employingautomated guided vehicles

Centralized and distributed automated guided vehicle system (AGVS) models for materials handling, and the model for part processing are integrated into a single coherent model. This formulation can be used to collectively schedule and control the entire flexible manufacturing system (FMS) as opposed to the traditional separate scheduling of part processing and material handling. The two AGVS models are based on Petri nets and can be directly used in the scheduling method that uses Petri nets for formulation and heuristic search for solution. This method employs a global search to seek the optimal operation of an entire FMS. Scheduling examples are presented and the method compares favorably with the results simulated using heuristic dispatch rules     

提高E^2PROM中NMOS管源漏穿通电压的实验研究

为了提高Ｅ＾２ＰＲＯＭ中Ｎ管源漏穿通电压，用实验的方法对制造工艺进行了研究。结果表明，高能量注入是提高ＶＰＴ的有效手段，但受到ｐｎ结击穿的限制，只适用于低区短沟Ｎ管；ＤＤＤ工艺大幅度高ＶＰＴ，但ｐｎ结击穿电压低于２０Ｖ，不能应用于高压ＭＯＳ管；采用适量的防穿通注入和适当增大沟道长度为最理想的工艺途径。

通过对资本一般概念的分析，结合资本一般的运动功能论述，认为在经济全球化和网络条件下，资本增值属性必然导致对规则和标准的争夺与控制，标准战是资本一般在新的经济社会形态下发展的必然逻辑结果。     

Effect of temperature on polymer migration II: Concentration equation

Polymer migration is a generally well-known phenomenon in a flow field, and it has been verified that the sources of such phenomena are nonhomogeneity of the flow, concentration effects and hydrodynamic interactions between the polymer molecules. In addition, temperature effects were found to be another source of polymer migration. The Langevin equation for a polymer molecule was first derived from single chain dynamics using a kinetic theory for the bead-spring elastic harmonic dumbbell model, as described in part I (reference [1]). In this paper the diffusion equation and concentration profile of the polymer molecules induced by a temperature gradient are obtained from the Fokker-Planck equation. A new differential operator is also introduced to calculate the concentration profile. From the concentration equation obtained in the general flow geometry, we find that in dilute polymer solution there are significant effects on the polymer migration not only due to the nonhomogeneity of the flow field but also due to temperature gradients.     

Nanocrystalline CeO2 in SBA-15: Performance of Pt/CeO2/SBA-15 Catalyst for Water-gas-shift Reaction

CeO₂ particles confined within the pores of an SBA-15 mesoporous silica host were prepared by incipient wetness impregnation (IMP) and deposition precipitation (DP) methods. The materials were characterized by XRD, N₂-adsorption and temperature programmed reduction (TPR) to evaluate the structure, texture, and redox properties. The preparation procedure had significant impact on the assembling mode of CeO₂ inside the SBA-15 mesopores. A high dispersion of CeO₂ particles was achieved via DP, whereas the dispersion of CeO₂ prepared by IMP was found to be inhomogeneous and CeO₂ partially blocked the pores. The CO conversion in the water-gas-shift reaction was enhanced over 1 wt% Pt supported on CeO₂-modified SBA-15 obtained by DP.     

基于TCN的地铁列车控制方案的研究

本文针对地铁车厢内控制设备分散的问题,设计了基于TCNRTP的地铁列车控制网络系统。采用NS2网络模拟软件构建的虚拟网络环境,编写消息数据传输层协议,通过测试列控网络的通信效率,得出了影响通信效率的因素;通过配置列控通信设备的基本功能和设定装置运行参数达到配置网络化通信的目的。     

Application of structural curvature of coalbed floor on CBM development in the Zaoyuan block of the southern Qinshui Basin

Based on controls of structural style and the position in coalbed methane(CBM)development,we used a method of curvatures to study its relations with CBM development parameters.We calculated structural curvatures of contours of the No.3coal seam floor of the Shanxi Formation in the Zaoyuan block of the Qinshui Basin and analyzed its relations with development parameters of coalbed methane wells.The results show that structural curvature is negatively related to coal reservoir pressure,while positively related to permeability.With an increase in structural curvature,the average production of coalbed methane wells increases at first and then decreases,reaching the highest production at 0.02 m-1 of structural curvature.Therefore,structural curvature can be an important index for potential evaluation of coalbed methane development and provide a basis for siting coalbed methane wells.
