本文对2013年全球发表的天文学天体物理学SCI论文进行了计量分析。结果表明,美国和法国国家科研中心分别是发文最多的国家和机构,而加拿大和史密森尼学会的论文相对引文影响指标最高,中国和俄罗斯以及中国科学院和俄罗斯科学院的论文引文影响力低于世界平均水平。此外,天文学天体物理学领域的基金资助机构以各类科学基金会、国家政府部门和国立科研机构为主。美国是提供基金资助最多的国家,其中又以美国国家科学基金会和国家航空航天局为主。

某新型灌水器流道水力性能的数值模拟

采用RNG紊流模型,对不同压力进口条件下的某新型灌水器内部流道进行了三维数值模拟,通过与实测结果进行对比,验证了所选数学模型的可靠性和正确性,并得到该新型灌水器水头损失和流量关系以及上下游压差力和流量的关系,可以为微灌灌水器的研发提供技术支撑。

模糊数学综合评判法在菜肴感官评定中的应用——以川菜代表性菜肴鱼香肉丝为例

感官评定是控制烹饪菜品质量的重要途径之一,文章以川菜代表性菜品——鱼香肉丝为评定对象,选取色、香、味、形、质等因素并设置合理的权重,对同一试验小组A、B、C、D、E等5道鱼香肉丝菜肴进行模糊数学综合评定。试验结果表明,用模糊数学综合评判法,能客观而准确地区分出不同烹饪菜肴的差异程度和等级,即5道鱼香肉丝感官评定等级从高到低为：C〉D〉E〉A〉B。     

Rapid and Sensitive Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry for Quantification of Glycyrrhetic Acid in Human Plasma

A simple, rapid and sensitive liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS) for the determination of glycyrrhetic acid in human plasma with ginsenoside Rh2 as internal standard was developed and validated. The plasma samples were prepared via liquid-liquid extraction with ethyl acetate. Chromatographic separation was accomplished on a Venusil MP-C18(50 mm×2.1 mm, 5μm i.d.) column at 25℃. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile/5 mmol·L-1 ammonium acetate(10:90, volume ratio) at a flow rate of 0.4 mL/min. Negative electrospray ionization was utilized as the ionization source. Glycyrrhetic acid and internal standard were determined via the mutiple reaction monitoring of precursor→production ion transitions at m/z 469→425, 409 and m/z 621→161,respectively. Each sample was chromatographed within 2.5 min. The lower limit of uantification was 0.50 ng/mL for 200 μL of plasma sample and the linear range was from 0.50 ng/mL to 800 ng/mL. The intra-and inter-day precisions were less than 8.76% in terms of relative standard deviation(RSD), and the accuracy was within a range of -3.25%-1.32% in terms of relative error(RE). The method was successfully applied to the pharmacokinetic studies of glycyrrhetic acid in healthy male Chinese volunteers after a single oral administration of 75 mg of glycyrrhizin.
