中国石油管道公司

中国石油管道公司作为中国石油天然气股份有限公司的地区分公司．主要承担国内陆上大部分油。气田油气外输管道的建设组织及运营管理任务．公司下辖大庆．长春．沈阳．大连．锦州．丹东，秦京。中原，长庆．塔里木．乌鲁木齐．兰州．兰成渝．华中，廊坊油气储运等15个输油（气）分公司和4个管道工程项目经理部、1个管道科技中心．所属单位分布在中国17个省．自治区，直辖市，运营管理的原油．成品油．天然气管道总长约9000公里．年输油能力约7700万吨．输气能力约80亿m^3。     

Construction of One-Million-Ton-Class Ethylene Project Kicked off at Dushanzi

The construction of a 10-Mt/a oil refining and 1.0 Mt/a ethylene project at PetroChina Dushanzi Petrochemical Company （DPC） was kicked off in August 2005. This project includes 20 petroleum refining units and 12 chemical units with the budgeted investment amounting to 26.2 billion RMB. The construction of refining units is expected to be finished in 2007, while the construction of chemical units is slated for completion in 2008. After commissioning of the process units a production capacity of 5.5 Mt/a of finished petroleum products and 1.82 Mt/a of chemical products will be formed.     

连云港万海120万吨重油深加工项目开工

苏北最大的石油化工项目一期工程——连云港万海石油化工有限公司年产120万吨的重油深加工项目，日前在赣榆县开工建设。     

The Proposal for Revamp and Expansion of Ethylene Project at Guangzhou Petrochemical Complex Approved

The project for revamp of the ethylene unit at SINOPEC Guangzhou Petrochemical Branch Co. has been approved by the State Development and Reform Commission to expand the ethylene capacity from the current level of 200 kt/a to 800 kt/a. Completion of this revamp project will modify the current small ethylene capacity that cannot match the large refining capacity at Guangzhou Petrochemical Complex （GPC）.The 15 Mt/a refining capacity coupled with the 800 kt/a ethylene capacity can make the integration of oil refining and chemical production at GPC to optimize the product slate,
