)TiO3 ceramics have been measured as a function of holmium concentration x. It has been found that the DC resistivity of (Ba1−x
Ho
x
)TiO3 is strongly dependent on the Ho content: it decreases three orders of magnitude and reaches a minimum at x = 0.4%. Doping with 0.6% holmium increases the permittivity of BaTiO3 by approximately three times (from ∼1,300 to ∼4,000), with only a slight increase in the corresponding dielectric loss. The
local electron density and defect concentration estimated using positron annihilation technique conforms well to the features

The time dependence of magnetization is usually expressed as M(t)=M0-SInt [see Proc. Phys. Soc. 62, 562 (1949)] for magnetic viscosity experiments. Considering magnetic interaction during the thermal activation process, a form as M(t)=M0-SIn(t+t0) is deduced. The dipolar interaction and exchange coupling in a magnet can lead to positive and nonpositive t0, respectively. In the experiments of the magnetic viscosity for nanocrystalline Pr2Fe14B ribbons, the existence of positive t0 is confirmed. 相似文献

提出了一种监狱人员定位可视化管理系统的设计和实现方法。该系统基于WLAN的RTLS定位技术,实现对服刑人员、干警、访客等人群的可视化定位管理。文章结合监狱的应用需求,首先给出了系统的总体设计原则;同时在总体原则约束下,对系统功能、总体实现方案、实现框图、应用流程、网络安全等部分进行阐述,给出了标签软硬件设计、定位管理系统的平台选型和软件架构;最后对设计的系统进行了测试。测试结果显示,该可视化定位管理系统的定位精度达到了预期效果。在进一步优化和完善后,即可大规模推广使用。 相似文献

The ability to track individual cells in space over time is crucial to analyzing heterogeneous cell populations.Recently,microlaser particles have emerged as unique optical probes for massively multiplexed single-cell tagging.However,the microlaser far-field emission is inherently direction-dependent,which causes strong intensity fluctuations when the orientation of the particle varies randomly inside cells.Here,we demonstrate a general solution based on the incorporation of nanoscale light scatterers into microlasers.Two schemes are developed by introducing either boundary defects or a scattering layer into microdisk lasers.The resulting laser output is omnidirectional,with the minimum-to-maximum ratio of the angle-dependent intensity improving from 0.007(-24 dB)to>0.23(-6dB).After transfer into live cells in vitro,the omnidirectional laser particles within moving cells could be tracked continuously with high signal-to-noise ratios for 2 h,while conventional microlasers exhibited frequent signal loss causing tracking failure. 相似文献

In-situ studies of electron field emission of single carbon nanotubes inside the TEM 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Electron field emission characteristics of individual multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were investigated in situ inside the transmission electron microscope (TEM). For a single MWCNT it was found that while field-emission can hardly occur from the side of the nanotube, a curved nanotube may result in finite side emission and the best emission geometry is the top emission geometry. Current-voltage (I-V) measurements made at different vacuum conditions and voltage sweeps emphasize the importance of the adsorbates on the electron field emission of MWCNTs. For a contaminated MWCNT, although the field emission current was reduced, the stability of its emission was improved. A current of up to several tens of μA was observed for a single MWCNT, but it was found that long time emission usually results in drastic structure damage that may lead to sudden emission failure. 相似文献

Flakes of natural carbyne were found in Liao-Ning diamond mine, China, and examined by HRTEM, XRD and EDX. Lattice fringes and clear SAD patterns were obtained. The interlayer spacings obtained with SAD were in good agreement with those determined on the powders found in Ries crater meteorite by X-ray diffraction. However, they are different in color and shape, the one found in China being black and flaky, but the one in Ries crater meteorite being silver-white and particulate. Hydrogenolysis of biomass-derived glycerol is an alternative route to sustainable production of propylene glycol. Cu–ZnO catalysts
were prepared by coprecipitation with a range of Cu/Zn atomic ratio (0.6–2.0) and examined in glycerol hydrogenolysis to propylene
glycol at 453–513 K and 4.2 MPa H2. These catalysts possess acid and hydrogenation sites required for bifunctional glycerol reaction pathways, most likely involving
glycerol dehydration to acetol and glycidol intermediates on acidic ZnO surfaces, and their subsequent hydrogenation on Cu
surfaces. Glycerol hydrogenolysis conversions and selectivities depend on Cu and ZnO particle sizes. Smaller ZnO and Cu domains
led to higher conversions and propylene glycol selectivities, respectively. A high propylene glycol selectivity (83.6%), with
a 94.3% combined selectivity to propylene glycol and ethylene glycol (also a valuable product) was achieved at 22.5% glycerol
conversion at 473 K on Cu–ZnO (Cu/Zn = 1.0) with relatively small Cu particles. Reaction temperature effects showed that optimal
temperatures (e.g. 493 K) are required for high propylene glycol selectivities, probably as a result of optimized adsorption
and transformation of the reaction intermediates on the catalyst surfaces. These preliminary results provide guidance for
the synthesis of more efficient Cu–ZnO catalysts and for the optimization of reaction parameters for selective glycerol hydrogenolysis
