Chemical Composition and Microstructure of Polymer‐Derived Glasses and Ceramics in the Si–C–O System. Part 2: Characterization of microstructure formation by means of high‐resolution transmission electron microscopy and selected area diffraction Liquid or solid silicone resins represent the economically most interesting class of organic precursors for the pyrolytic production of glass and ceramics materials on silicon basis. As dense, dimensionally stable components can be cost‐effectively achieved by admixing reactive filler powders, chemical composition and microstructure development of the polymer‐derived residues must be exactly known during thermal decomposition. Thus, in the present work, glasses and ceramics produced by pyrolysis of the model precursor polymethylsiloxane at temperatures from 525 to 1550 °C are investigated. In part 1, by means of analytical electron microscopy, the bonding state of silicon was determined on a nanometre scale and the phase separation of the metastable Si–C–O matrix into SiO₂, C and SiC was proved. The in‐situ crystallization could be considerably accelerated by adding fine‐grained powder of inert fillers, such as Al₂O₃ or SiC, which permits effective process control. In part 2, the microstructure is characterized by high‐resolution transmission electron microscopy and selected area diffraction. Turbostratic carbon and cubic β‐SiC precipitate as crystallization products. Theses phases are embedded in an amorphous matrix. Inert fillers reduce the crystallization temperature by several hundred °C. In this case, the polymer‐derived Si–C–O material acts as a binding agent between the powder particles. Reaction layer formation does not occur. On the investigated pyrolysis conditions, no crystallization of SiO₂ was observed.     

石匣小流域坡地水土流失监测系统的建立及应用

以石匣小流域为坡地水土流失监测试点,以遥感及地理信息系统技术为手段,以坡地径流小区定位观测为依据,建立石匣小流域坡地水土流失监测系统,定位、定性、定量监测各种坡地类型的水土流失量、污染物流失量,为水土流失监测预报提供数据,为全市山区水土流失监测预报工作提供经验及方法,为制定水土流失防治方针政策及水土流失生态环境建设提供依据.     

Surface Areas of Nitrated Hydrotalcites

Hydrotalcites in the nitrate form were prepared using microwave irradiation in the hydrotreatment step. The surface area (BET) of nitrated hydrotalcites was evaluated. Solids were characterized by atomic absorption, X-ray diffraction and BET analysis. Thermal pretreatment temperature determined the surface area of the hydrotalcites.     

Analysis of junction temperatures in high-power GaN-based LEDs

We presented the analysis of the incomplete conduction in bonding medium in high power GaN-based light-emitting diode (LED) packages. A numerical study was carried out with parametric model to understand the junction temperature variation due to bonding medium defects. Transient thermal measurement was performed to evaluate LED’s junction temperature. Thermal resistance from chip to lead frame was 20 K/W in our sample LED. It was suggested that only 60% of the surface area of the bonding medium was involved...     

Dynamic equivalent method of interconnected power systems with consideration of motor loads

The existing equivalent methods usually only deal with static load models and neglect the dynamic characteristics of loads such as induction motors.This paper presents a dynamic equivalent method which considers motor dynamics.At first,the clustering criterion of motor loads is given.The motors with similar dynamic characteristics are classified into one group.Then,reduction of motors in the same group is carried out.Finally,parameters of the equivalent motor are calculated and the equivalent system is thus...     

Zipf定律在划定经济区域内的实证研究——以长江三角洲经济区为例

国外关于Zipf定律的实证研究的区域空间多采用国家层次,而国内关于Zipf定律的实证研究则涉及国家、跨省的经济区及行政省的不同层次,于是这就有可能存在经济区域空间划定是否合理的问题。现以长江三角洲地区为例,通过修正的引力模型计算城市之间的经济联系强度及潜能,以此进行长江三角洲经济区域的空间划定,并在划定的经济区域内进行Zipf定律的实证研究,以验证经济区域空间划定是否合理。研究结果显示了经济区域空间划定的合理性。
