对梅山技工培训工作方向之浅见

根据梅山公司发展的需要，以提高技工岗位绩效和缩小技工现有技能水平与理想绩效行为差距为目的，对技工培训的今后工作方向提出了个人的看法。要想促进技工培训工作更上一层楼，必须进一步完善培训体系，遵循ADIE进行运作；按需求分析，确立培训目标，制定切实可行的计划，编制针对性和可操作性强的技工培训教材，以“请进来、送出去”的方法培训和优化师资力量，不断改进教学方法。     

An ant direction hybrid differential evolution heuristic for the large-scale passive harmonic filters planning problem

This article presents a heuristic which combines the orthogonal array experiment technique and an ant direction hybrid differential evolution algorithm (ADHDEOA) for planning of a large-scale passive harmonic filters problem. The addressed problem has a multi-bus and under abundant harmonic current sources in the system. In this study, an orthogonal array is first conducted to obtain the initial solution. Next, an ant direction hybrid differential evolution (ADHDE) is applied to search for a near optimum solution. The objective is to minimize the cost of the filter, the total demand distortion of harmonic currents and the total harmonic distortion of voltages at each bus simultaneously. In order to determine a set of weights of each term in the objective function, the simplest and most efficient form of triangular membership functions has been considered. The designed heuristic ADHDEOA is applied to a practical harmonic problem in a steel plant, and three design schemes are compared to demonstrate the performance of the ADHDEOA.     

Form finding of shells by structural optimization

Shell structures are known to be extremely parameter sensitive; even small changes of the initial design, e.g., to the shape of the shell, may drastically change the internal stress state. The ideal case for concrete shells is a pure membrane stress state in compression for all loading conditions. Since in many realistic situations the solution for an optimal shape is not obvious, the need for form finding methods is evident. This paper presents computational methods of structural optimization as a general tool for the form finding of shells. The procedure as a synthesis of design modelling, structural analysis and mathematical optimization is discussed with special emphasis on the modelling stage. Several examples show the power of the approach and the similarities to experimental solutions.     

发展无严重事故风险核电站的曙光具有完全非能动安全冷却系统的压水堆核电站

本文提出了用自然力直接触发启动压水堆核电站一整套完全非能动的停堆安全冷却系统.这里的自然力主要是指一回路运行工况转换时由于其压力分布变化所形成的压差力.在这一系统中,当进行停堆或发生某种一回路事故工况时,相应的安全冷却系统便自然地投入运行,立即缓解事故后果,将事故时一回路释放的能量及堆芯余热非能动地排入最终热阱.在全过程中不依靠自动控制系统、能动设备及任何人为因素的介入,即可确保对堆芯余热无限期的安全冷却能力,完全避免压水堆核电站发生向环境泄漏放射性物质的严重事故,排除对核电站周围居民进行事故疏散的必要性,彻底解除公众对核电安全的疑虑.实施本文中提出的压水堆核站完全非能动停堆安全冷却系统,完全立足于采用现有成熟技术,因而在近期内即可应用于无严重事故风险新型第三代压水堆核电站的设计与对现有第二代压水堆核电站的技术改造项目.立足于现有压水堆核电站的运行经验,只要进一步采用完全非能动原则,实现固有安全,排除严重事故风险,那么压水堆核电站在近期内即能够成为电网的主要支柱,为破解全人类所面临的严酷环境问题做出重大贡献.     

基于三点工况下的无源滤波器组优化设计

无源滤波器组的参数设计通常均针对系统单一工况(通常为最大工况)进行。当系统运行在其他工况时,有可能无论退出哪一组滤波器的运行均无法同时满足系统的无功补偿和谐波治理要求。为此基于系统的3种典型工况(最大、平均和最小工况)对无源滤波器组进行优化设计,确定合理参数,以在最小的投资费用下达到谐波治理与无功补偿的最优匹配。算例结果验证了该方法的可行性。     

普适计算中的上下文及纯方位定位模型

室内高精度定位问题是普适计算中位置感知研究的首要难题。介绍了普适计算中上下丈的概念,就上下文中的位置问题进行了探讨。通过分析目前室内定位中存在的问题,给出了一种利用红外无源定位技术定位的模型,通过测得的方位角计算出用户的位置。对该模型进行了证明,证明结果显示该模型可以定出目标的准确位置。     

Torsion sensor based on two cascaded long period fiber gratings fabricated by CO2 laser pulse irradiation and HF etching technique respectively

A novel torsion sensor is proposed, which is composed of one long period fibre grating and one asymmetrically corrugated long period fibre grating based on the high-frequency CO₂ laser pulses technology and burning fibre coating and etching cladding technology, respectively. By combing the advantages of the two aforementioned elements, a sensitivity of 331.7 and 310.3 pm/(rad/m) towards clockwise and anticlockwise direction, respectively, is reached in the experiments.

Dynamic characteristics and stability criterion of rotary galloping gait with an articulated passive spine joint

Based on the simplified planar quadruped model with a passive spine joint, this paper focuses on studying the effect of the spine joint on the dynamic performance and the stability of the rotary galloping gait. The stable, periodic, and symmetric rotary galloping gait is achieved by the particle swarm optimization method without any parameter symmetry for leg motion and without any limitation for spine motion. By analyzing the symmetric pattern of the rotary galloping gait, the stability criterion is derived: the closer to zero is the pitching angle at peak time of the center of mass, the better is the stability of the galloping gait. Then, we study the effect of rear leg touchdown angle and spine stiffness on the stability. Moreover, the unstable rotary galloping gait can be stabilized by adjusting one or more of the touchdown angle, spine stiffness, and leg stiffness. Furthermore, the effect of the spine stiffness on the key kinematic and kinetic properties is also studied for different initial values and mechanical parameters. The presented stability criterion and the achieved dynamic performance analysis results will be instructive for the design and control of the quadruped robot.
