The energy band-gap and related factors of tantalum pentoxide with hexagonal phase were investigated using hybrid functional B3 LYP and s X-LDA methods. The results showed that both s X-LDA and B3 LYP techniques reveal the indirect semiconductor nature of δ-Ta2O5, whereas the obtained value of energy band-gap is much higher than previous theoretical reports but closer to the experimental data. The optical bandgap of δ-Ta2O5 is expected to originate from the O 2p→Ta 5d transition which may benefit from the d-s-p hybridization.  相似文献

本文采用一维非恒定流非均匀沙的水沙数学模型,以长江中游螺山汉口河段为背景,进行了根化数值模拟试验,分析了该概化河段平衡纵剖面的变化规律及其与上游来水来沙条件的关系,并和相应的理论公式进行了比较。在此基础上,对水沙条件发生较在变化时的平衡纵比降以及带来的对长江中下游防洪的影响进行了分析。  相似文献

Based on the binary alloy phase diagram of Re-Ti, the weldability of Re and BT5-1 titanium alloy was analyzed. Using two methods of direct electron beam welding (EBW-D) and intergradafion electron beam welding (EBW-I), Re and BT5-1 was welded. Experimental results show that the joint figuration of EBW-D between Re and BT5-1 is not fine, and the joint is inclined to brittleness rupture. The joint figuration of EBW-I between Re and BT5-1 is fine. No cracking and other disfigures occur in the intergradation joint. The element distribution of Re, Me, and Ti in the weld metal is progressional diversification.  相似文献

A differential pulse voltammetric method was developed for the sensitive and selective determination of Cu(Ⅱ) at 4-methoxy-2,6-bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazoyl)-l,3,5-triazine modified carbon paste electrode in 0.05 mol/L KHC8H4O4 solution (pH = 4.02). The oxidation peak of Cu(Ⅱ) was observed at 0.065 V(vs Ag/AgCl) by scanning the potential in positive direc-tion. The analysis procedure consisted of an open circuit accumulation step in stirred sample solution. It was followed by medium exchange to a clean solution and subsequently an anodic potential scan was affected to obtain the voltammetric peak. The current was proportional to the concentration of the Cu(Ⅱ) ion in a range of 1× 10-7-1×10-4 mol/L for 6 min accumulation; the most of metal ions did not interfere with the determination. The developed method was applied to Cu(Ⅱ) determination in coal-ash sample, the results agreed with that of atomic adsorption spectroscopy(AAS).  相似文献

The electron velocity distribution function and the incoherent scatter spectra during ionospheric heating in low ionosphere region are presented with consideration of the elastic collision between electrons and neural particles and the excitation of rotation energy level. The effects of pump frequency and electric fields on the spectra are discussed. With the increase of electric field, the non-Maxwellian feature is enhanced, and with the increase of heating frequency, the non-Maxwellian feature is weakened. The non-Maxwellian factor will bring a large error in ionosphere parameters, which must be considered in the inversion. 三峡水库运用改变了下泄水沙条件,坝下游弯曲河型均呈现“凸冲凹淤”演变规律,以致碍航问题日益突出。为研究弯曲河型滩槽演变特点及其成因,以下荆江河段荆江门弯道为例,利用三峡蓄水后近15 a实测地形资料,采用逻辑推理及统计分析方法分析其影响因素并预测了航道变化趋势。结果表明:三峡工程运用后,凸岸边滩年际间呈持续冲刷趋势,冲刷位置不断下移导致河段展宽引起航道条件恶化;在平滩流量(20 000~25 000 m3/s)持续时间>15 d的年份,凸岸边滩冲刷后退,反之淤长;冲淤幅度与年均来沙量,尤其细沙(d≤0.125 mm)含量密切相关,基本呈同步变化趋势;荆江一期工程实施后,在当前水沙条件下凸岸边滩会继续受冲,形成枯水双槽,航道条件将恶化。水沙过程的改变是弯曲河型滩槽演变的主要原因,遇大水且来沙量较少的年份,荆江门河段很可能出浅碍航,这可为下荆江弯曲河段航道治理提供一定的参考价值。  相似文献

ZnO thin films were deposited on Si(111) substrates through a radio frequency (rf) magnetron sputtering system. Then the samples were annealed at different temperatures in air ambience and ammonia ambience respectively. The structure and composition of the ZnO films were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The morphology of the samples was studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Measured results show that ZnO films with hexagonal wurtzite structure were grown on Si(111) substrates when annealed in the two ambiences. The volatilization process of ZnO in the ammonia ambience at high temperature was discussed and the mechanism of the reaction was analyzed.  相似文献

The effect of electric pulse modifying on the solidification structure of an Al-15%Si alloy was investigated. The result shows that the primary silicon disappears sometimes and the eutectic phase is refined after the treatrnent of EP (electric pulse) though there are different modalities in different treating durations. DSC (differential scanning calorimetry) analysis indicates that the super-cooling texture decreases and the freezing range narrows evidently after the electric pulse treatment.  相似文献

Application of terrain-vehicle mechanics for determination and prediction of mobility performance of autonomous wheeled mobile robot(AWMR) in rough terrain is a new research area currently receiving much attention for both terrestrial and planetary missions due to its significant role in design,evaluation,optimization,and motion control of AWMRs.In this paper,decoupled closed form terramechanics considering important wheel-terrain parameters is applied to model and predict traction.Numerical analysis of traction performance in terms of drawbar pull,tractive efficiency,and driving torque is carried out for wheels of different radii,widths,and lug heights,under different wheel slips.Effects of normal forces on wheels are analyzed.Results presented in figures are discussed and used to draw some conclusions.Furthermore,a multiobjective optimization(MOO) method for achieving optimal mobility is presented.The MOO problem is formulated based on five independent variables including wheel radius r,width b,lug height h,wheel slip s,and wheel rotation angle θ with three objectives to maximize drawbar pull and tractive efficiency while minimizing the dynamic traction ratio.Genetic algorithm in MATLAB is used to obtain optimized wheel design and traction control parameters such as drawbar pull,tractive efficiency,and dynamic traction ratio required for good mobility performance.Comparison of MOO results with experimental results shows a good agreement.A method to apply the MOO results for online traction and mobility prediction and control is discussed.  相似文献
