This draft addresses the exponential stability problem for semi-Markovian jump generalized neural networks (S-MJGNNs) with interval time-varying delays. The exponential stability conditions are derived by establishing a suitable Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional and applying new analysis method. Improved results are obtained to guarantee the exponential stability of S-MJGNNs through improved reciprocally convex combination and new weighted integral inequality techniques. The method in this paper shows the advantages over some existing ones. To verify the advantages and benefits of employing proposed method is explained through numerical examples.

This proposed research work aims to investigate the problem of uncertain BAM neural networks with leakage and discrete time‐varying delays in the sense of asymptotic stable by applying convex combination approach, discrete‐time Wirtinger inequality. It is pointed out that a novel summation inequality is entrenched based on discrete type Wirtinger based inequality. By the aid of novel inequality, reciprocally convex combination technique, time‐varying delays are examined to certify the stability of neural networks. Here, the uncertainties are considered as a randomly occurring parameter uncertainties and it conforms certain mutually uncorrelated Bernoulli‐distributed white noise sequences. The important feature of the results reported here is that the probability of occurrence of the parameter uncertainties are known a priori. To demonstrate the theoretical results of this research paper, numerical examples are given to expo the validity and efficiency of our results with the help of LMI Control toolbox in matlab .  相似文献

This paper deals with the extended design of Mittag‐Leffler state estimator and adaptive synchronization for fractional‐order bidirectional associative memory neural networks with time delays. By the aid of Lyapunov direct approach and Razumikhin‐type method, a suitable fractional‐order Lyapunov functional is constructed and a new set of novel sufficient condition are derived to estimate the neuron states via available output measurements such that the ensuring estimator error system is globally Mittag‐Leffler stable. Then, the adaptive feedback control rule is designed, under which the considered FBNNs can achieve Mittag‐Leffler adaptive synchronization by means of some fractional‐order inequality techniques. Moreover, the adaptive feedback control may be utilized even when there is no ideal information from the system parameters. Finally, two numerical simulations are given to reveal the effectiveness of the theoretical consequences.  相似文献

In real‐world problems, neural networks play an increasingly important role in terms of both theory and applications. In this paper, the asymptotic stability analysis issue is investigated for uncertain impulsive discrete‐time bidirectional associative memory neural networks with leakage and time‐varying delays. With the assistance of novel summation inequality, reciprocally convex combination technique, and triple Lyapunov‐Krasovskii functionals terms, many cases of time‐varying delays are examined to certify the stability of neural networks. Here, the uncertainties are considered as a randomly occurring parameter uncertainty, and it conforms certain mutually uncorrelated Bernoulli‐distributed white noise sequences. An important feature of the results reported here is that the probability of occurrence of the parameter uncertainties specify a priori estimate. In this draft, we consider the problem of robust extended dissipativity for uncertain discrete-time neural networks (DNNs) with time-varying delays. By constructing appropriate Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional (LKF), sufficient conditions are established to ensure that the considered time-delayed uncertain DNN is extended dissipative. The derived conditions are presented in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Numerical examples are provided to illustrate the superiority of this result.

This paper addresses Master–Slave synchronization for some memristor‐based fractional‐order BAM neural networks (MFBNNs) with mixed time varying delays and switching jumps mismatch. Firstly, considering the inherent characteristic of FMNNs, a new type of fractional‐order differential inequality is proposed. Secondly, an adaptive switching control scheme is designed to realize the global projective lag synchronization goal of MFBNNs in the sense of Riemann‐Liouville derivative. Then, based on a suitable Lyapunov method, under the framework of set‐valued map, differential inclusions theory, fractional Barbalat's lemma and proposed control scheme, some new projective lag synchronization criteria for such MFBNNs are obtained. Finally, some numerical examples are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed theoretical analysis.  相似文献

This article explores the extended dissipativity conditions for generalised neural networks (GNNs) including interval time-varying delays. Extended dissipativity criterions are proposed by making proper Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional. The improved reciprocally convex combination and weighted integral inequality techniques are together applied in main results to establish the new extended dissipativity conditions of delayed GNNs.
