The HCl heat extracted antigen derived from Fusobacterium necrophorum was partially purified by CM cellulose column chromatography and treatment by freeze-thawing. It demonstrated relatively high enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay values to anti-F. necrophorum sera. In sodium dodecyl sulphate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, the partially purified preparation exhibited one definite and two faint bands. The approximate molecular weight of the former was estimated as 16 kD. 相似文献

Recently, optical voltage and current measuring methods based on a principle different from that of the existing apparatus have been developed. As the most promising method among them, a voltage measuring method which uses an electrooptic effect called the Pockels effect and a current measuring method which uses a magnetooptic effect called the Faraday effect have been proposed. The authors have developed an optical voltage measuring system based on the electrooptic effect in bismuth germanium oxide Bi4Ge3O12 and a current measuring system based on the magnetooptic effect of borosilicate crown glass for the purpose of utilization in electric power systems. As a result of the development, high accurate voltage and current measuring systems such as non linearity error less than ±0.4% and temperature stability less than ±1.0% were obtained. Furthermore, short-circuit current was measured with the current measuring system, and an accuracy within 0 to -4% in the range of 30 kApeak to 150 kApeak was obtained. When the measuring systems were mounted on the model of 70 kV class gas insulated switchgears, it was verified that the measuring systems had satisfactory linearity and temperature stability. 相似文献

We have analyzed the evolution of recognition of tRNAsSerby seryl-tRNA synthetases, and compared it to other type 2 tRNAs, which contain a long extra arm. In Eubacteria and chloroplasts this type of tRNA is restricted to three families: tRNALeu, tRNASer and tRNATyr. tRNALeuand tRNASer also carry a long extra arm in Archaea, Eukarya and all organelles with the exception of animal mitochondria. In contrast, the long extra arm of tRNATyr is far less conserved: it was drastically shortened after the separation of Archaea and Eukarya from Eubacteria, and it is also truncated in animal mitochondria. The high degree of phylo-genetic divergence in the length of tRNA variable arms, which are recognized by both class I and class II aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases, makes type 2 tRNA recognition an ideal system with which to study how tRNA discrimination may have evolved in tandem with the evolution of other components of the translation machinery. 相似文献

The cytotoxic effects of a toxic preparation from Clostridium novyi type A were demonstrated on tissue-cultured bovine kidney cells. The cytotoxic response was dose-dependent and could be neutralized by homologous antiserum. Scanning electron microscopy revealed damaged kidney cell surfaces. These findings indicated that the cytotoxicity may contribute to the formation of the foci in bovine tissue during an infection with C. novyi. 相似文献
