Binding of taurocholate by pectin was examined in vitro, using low-methoxyl pectin and calcium lactate. Water in calcium pectate gel was partially separated from the gel by filtration through a glass-filter. Taurocholate bound by pectin was calculated after measurement of taurocholate in the filtrate by the UV absorption method. The amount of taurocholate bound by pectin increased linearly with increase in pectin concentration but independent of time. One gram pectin bound a maximum of 6.0 μmole of taurocholate. 相似文献

Wireless power transfer using a metallic tube with an axial slit was attempted to demonstrate the wireless power transfer using magnetic resonance coupling to the diagnostics infrastructure. The transmission efficiency with variable distance was measured using the transmission and receiver resonators in the tube. Besides, the transmission and receiver resonators were, respectively, set outside and inside the tube. These experiments are carried out in the computational study using FDTD method. 相似文献

Changes in lipid components, particularly glycerophospholipids, in the adducto; muscle of giant ezo scallop during storage at −20C were investigated. During storage, the contents of total lipids (TL) and polar lipids (PL) decreased, but that of nonpolar lipids increased. Thiobarbituric acid reactive substances and peroxide values of the TL increased with duration of storage. Glycerylphosphorylcholine (GPC) and glycerylphosphrylethanolamine (GPE) decomposed considerably during storage, and decreased by 50% and 15% of the initial content, while lyso-PC (LPC) and free fatty acids (FFA) increased, respectively. The percentages of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) such as 20:5n-3 and 22:6n-3 in the TL and PL during storage decreased, however, those of the PUPAs in the NL increased. Diacylglycerylphosphorylcholine (diacyl-GPC) and diacylglycerylophosphorylethanolamine (diacyl-GPE), major components in the GPC and GPE subclasses, showed a marked decrease with duration of storage. Particularly, diacyl-GPC decreased by 68% of the initial contents of the PL. In the alkenylacyl-GPE and diacyl-GPC, the percentages of the molecular species having longer hydrocarbon chains on the sn-l positions of glycerol moieties decreased at 相似文献

泥水式盾构工法是水底软土隧道施工的首选工法,施工时泥水压力过大可导致开挖面前方地层劈裂,引发泥水喷发、河(海)水倒灌事故。以此类现象为研究对象,研究地层劈裂发生、伸展机制及不同泥水压力对地层劈裂的影响。研究结果表明:水底隧道泥水式盾构施工时,开挖面前方地层微小劈裂纹不可避免,但泥水喷发现象能否发生与盾构掘进参数、泥水性质、地层特性及盾构覆土厚度密切相关,通过理论分析和盾构掘进模型试验,得出了泥水喷发半经验公式,在此基础上提出了防止泥水喷发现象发生的相关措施。 相似文献

High-density Si3 N4 ceramics with nitride additives such as TiN, AlN, ZrN, VN, NbN, YN, TUN, Mg3 N2 , and HfN were fabricated by isostatic hot-pressing. Mixed oxides with the same chemical composition as yttrium iron garnet (YIG) were maintained at 900°C and 20 kbars for 30 min. X-ray diffraction showed that the product was single-phase. Since the diffraction pattern could be indexed as a structure similar to yttrium ortho-ferrite, YFeO3 , the product was considered to be a deformed type of perovskite. Subsequently, the lattice constants were calculated to be a = 5.27, b = 5.57, and c = 7.59 A. Both measured and calculated densities were about 6% greater than those of YIG. This material, therefore, can be called a dense allotropic form of YIG. Ferrimagnetism was observed in this phase; the Curie temperature and the magnetic moment at room temperature were estimated to be 625° C and 63 emu/g, respectively. This dense form converted to YIG on heating at 900° C for 4 hr in air. The transformation of YIG to a dense form at high pressures is inconsistent with the results reported by Marezio et al. Some possible reasons for this discrepancy are discussed. 相似文献

SUMMARY –Formation of nitric oxide myoglobin was studied under anaerobic conditions. NADH (reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) and NADPH (reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate) as reducing agents alone did not produce nitric oxide myoglobin from metmyoglobin and nitrite. However, in the presence of FMN (flavin mononucleotide), either NADH or NADPH readily produced nitric oxide myoglobin. FAD (flavin adenine dinucleotide) and riboflavin also were effective for the formation of nitric oxide myoglobin by NADH. In the absence of myoglobin, the NADH-FMN system did not reduce nitrite to nitric oxide. Similarly, a diaphorasemethylene blue system readily produced nitric oxide myoglobin, but in the absence of myoglobin it did not reduce nitrite to nitric oxide. On the other hand, nitric oxide myoglobin was produced from deoxymyoglobin by the action of nitrite in the absence of reducing agents under anaerobic conditions. Deoxymyoglobin can directly reduce nitrite to nitric oxide; the NADH-FMN and diaphorase-methylene blue systems may participate in the formation of nitric oxide myoglobin by means of reduction of metmyoglobin to the deoxy form. 相似文献
