An edge-based approach for the segmentation of 3-D range images of small industrial-like objects is presented. It is illustrated that the gradient edge operators are mostly suitable for detecting jump boundaries. They may produce misleading responses and may also miss detecting roof edges. We also show, using numerical analysis techniques, that the residual norms of fitting planes at surface points where the residuals are measured in the z-direction have large magnitudes at the jump boundaries. At the folds or creases they have large enough magnitudes but are shifted by one pixel from the crease. We show however that the residual norms of the fitting planes where the residuals are measured in the direction normal to the planes are more suitable for detecting the various image edges. Experimental results for the segmentation of 3-D range images of small industrial-like objects, using the histograms of such residual norms are given with comments.  相似文献

Hybrid power source three‐level inverter is proposed as a main circuit system with energy storage device for increasing regenerative power. This paper proposes a charge and discharge control method to utilize the regenerated energy. ABSTRACT

Leakage current mechanism of the polycrystalline BiFeO3 film annealing at 923 K with Pt electrodes was discussed based on Schottky-emission conduction, Poole-Frenkel trap limited conduction, Fowler-Nordheim tunneling conduction and space charge limited current (SCLC). The leakage current mechanism at room temperature is as follows; Schottky-emission or Poole-Frenkel was the candidate leakage current mechanism at low electric field and then leakage current mechanism was changed to the SCLC at high electric field. When decreasing the measuring temperature, the leakage current mechanism at low electric field was Poole-Frenkel trap limited conduction, though the electric field region of the PF trap limited conduction was much broader than that of the room temperature.  相似文献

For the demonstration of feasibility and loss‐reduction effect of the larger‐capacity amorphous core transformers (AMT), this paper proposed the support structure and design method of the iron‐loss reduced amorphous wound cores with a weight of 7 tons. We designed and manufactured 10 MVA single‐phase test model with the cores inserted in a support cage having structures of the stress‐buffered core support, the proof electromagnetic force from the windings, and the stray loss‐reducing shields. The 50%‐loaded total loss of the test model estimated from the calculated and measured results has been reduced by 35% compared with a conventional silicon‐steel core transformer (SST) with the same power capacity.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Bi-rich BiFeO3 films were fabricated by chemical solution deposition followed by a post-deposition annealing at 823 K in air. Not only the polycrystalline BiFeO3 phase but also the bismuth oxide phases were formed at high excess Bi contents. This suggested that the Bi atoms were not significantly evaporated. The remanent polarization decreased as the excess Bi contents increased at 90 K, though the remanent polarization of 33 μ C/cm2 was still obtained at the excess Bi contents of 30 at.%. The magnetization monotonically decreased as the excess Bi content increased. It could be considered that the optimal Bi content is the stoichiometric value of BiFeO3 in the preparing way of the CSD followed by the annealing at 823 K.  相似文献
