A multi-center collaborative study was conducted in curatively resected gastric cancer patients at Stages II and III to compare oral 5-FU (Group A), oral Tegafur (Group B) and i.v. MMC + oral 5-FU (Group C). From May 1982 to April 1985, 1,012 cases were enrolled at 55 institutions. Some 138 (13.8%) were excluded, and 874 were analyzable. In the analysis of background factors, Group B had more cases with tumor of large diameter and advanced Stage. Adverse effects were relatively mild in all groups, and there was no problem in drug tolerance. Five-year survival rate was 67.6%, 62.4% and 68.6% in Groups A, B and C, respectively, reflecting no significant difference among them. It was 85.0%, 83.0% and 81.1% in Stage II and 52.5%, 51.0% and 59.0% in Stage III of Groups A, B and C, respectively. No significant difference was found, but Stage III of Group C showed a slightly higher survival rate. Supportive clinical study will be required to assess the usefulness of MMC as an introduction therapy. We found no difference in efficacy between 5-FU and Tegafur as maintenance therapy. The life-prolongation effect of fluoropyrimidines in comparison with surgery alone should be studied separately.  相似文献

The paper studied the performance characteristics of a three-phase cage induction motor using a 3D finite element technique. Especially, the effects of rotor skew and the rotor end-rings and the distribution of the electromagnetic field toward the axial direction, which have not been able to be analyzed accurately by 2D analysis, were investigated. Since the 3D analysis enabled the analysis of the continuity of the air gap flux density at the core ends and to take into consideration the rotor end-ring impedance, the motor parameters were calculated with high accuracy, compared with 2D analysis. Firstly, the authors made the relation of the rotor end-ring current with the rotor bar current clear, by analyzing the harmonics of the rotor bar current and the rotor end-ring current in the cases of motors without rotor skew and with rotor skew. Secondly, the torque and the rotor axial force were calculated from the distribution of the electromagnetic field obtained by the 3D analysis in the case of rotor skew. They also calculated the axial forces on the both end-rings in the case of rotor skew. The results obtained in the paper show the importance of 3D analysis for the design of induction motors  相似文献

Electron and nuclear transitions in the nuclear excitation by electron transition (NEET) process have been investigated. The NEET transitions for nuclei are presented in a table in which the electron and nuclear transitions, their transition energies, transition multipoles, and nuclear spin angular momentum are given. The elements are listed for which the difference between the electron and nuclear transition energy is <5 keV, because the NEET probability will be appreciable if the electron transition energy is close to the nuclear transition one. As both the experimental and theoretical studies for NEET are at an early stage, only the elements and their parameters related to NEET are listed here. The present compilation, however, provides a useful direction for future studies of NEET and its applications to nuclear science.  相似文献

An experimental study of a high-speed induction motor with various rotor constructions is described. The electrical characteristics of a solid-core-type induction motor are inferior to those of a laminated-core-type motor. A new equivalent circuit for a solid-core-type motor is presented. The behavior of the solid core as secondary conductors is considered. The stray load loss with respect to the rotor construction and the influence of the supply frequency are discussed  相似文献

A new simple analytical method for radial magnetic pull force in salient pole machines with eccentric rotors is presented. Calculation results are verified by experiments. As this method presents the precise calculation of flux density in the air gap of the entire circumference and the saturation effect of magnetization, the estimation of radial magnetic pull has been improved.  相似文献

This study was undertaken to clarify the effects of nicorandil on electrophysiological changes during acute ischemia and following reperfusion. We prepared an acute ischemic heart model by ligating the left anterior descending coronary artery in 27 dogs. After 10 minutes, reperfusion was performed. The changes in ventricular effective refractory period (ERP) and intramyocardial conduction time (ICT) were compared between the nicorandil group (n = 12) which received nicorandil intravenously before the coronary ligation and the control group (n = 15). In the control group, the ERP was shortened during ischemia, and rapidly shortened immediately after reperfusion, but was slightly prolonged 10 minutes after reperfusion. The ICT was prolonged during ischemia, but returned to the pre-ischemia value after reperfusion. In the nicorandil group, the changes in ERP and ICT were significantly inhibited compared to those in the control group. The incidence of ventricular fibrillation (VF) during reperfusion was 42% in the control group. However, there was no VF during reperfusion in the nicorandil group. Therefore, nicorandil may correct both the delayed conduction and the uneven ventricular effective refractory period detected during acute ischemia and following reperfusion, inhibiting the development of ventricular arrhythmia during reperfusion.  相似文献
