BaxSr（1—x）TiO3多层膜椭偏光谱研究

用溶胶－凝胶技术在Bi(100）衬底上制备了单层和渐变型多层的BaxSr(1-X)TiO3薄膜，其膜层组分分别为：Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3,Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO,Ba0.9Sr0.1TiO3,BaTiO3，对生长制备出的多层BaxSr(1-X)TiO3薄膜进行了变角度椭偏光谱测量，通过椭偏光谱解谱分析研究，首次得到了BaxSr(1-X)TiO3多层膜结构不同膜层的膜厚和光学常数，其结果显示：椭偏光谱分析得到的不同膜层的膜厚与卢瑟福背向散射测量得到的结果基本相符；渐变型多层膜中BaTiO3薄膜的折射率比单层BaTiO3薄膜折射率大许多，与体BaTiO3的折射率相接近，这说明渐变型多层膜中BaTiO3薄膜的光学性质与体材料的光学性质接近。     

Stress in Thin Films;Diffraction Elastic Constants and Grain Interaction

Untextured bulk polycrystals usually possess macroscopically isotropic elastic properties whereas for most thin films transvers isotropy is expected,owing to the limited dimenionlity .The usually applied models for the calculation of elstic constants of polycrystals from single crystal elastic contants(so-called grain interaction models)erroneously predict macroscopic isotropy for an(untextured) thin film.This paper presents a summary of recent work where it has been demonstrated for the first time by X-ray diffraction analysis of stresses in thin films that elastic grain interaction can lead to macroscopically anisotropic behaviour (shown by non-linear sin^2φ plots).A new grain interaction model,predictin the macroscopically anisotropic behaviour of thin films,is proposed.

波长为515nm的氩离子激光器的频率稳定

用声光晶体对氩离子激光作频率调制,获得了碘分子的差拍饱和吸收信号。将得到的斜率极陡的—阶微商形式的饱和吸收信号作为鉴频曲线把氩离子频率激光稳定到~(127)I_2分子的p(13)43—0的a_3超精细分量上。通过与一稳定到相同精细分量的稳频氩离子激光拍频,给出激光频率稳定性优于±6.5×10~(-12),重复性优于±3.4×10~(-11)。     

PSoC-based embedded design and quartz tuning fork for low-temperature measurement system design

This article describes a commercial quartz tuning fork (QTF), 8 mm in height by 3 mm in diameter, holding a two-terminal electronic component with a nominal frequency of 32.768 kHz and 12.5 pF typical load capacitance packed in a vacuum-sealed metal container, which has been used as a sensor for low-temperature measurement with good sensitivity, repeatability, and reliability. An embedded readout design with the support of a programmable system on-chip (PSoC) and virtual instrument control program, which uses a personal computer as an input/output device, provides online data acquisition of the QTF frequency data, which will in turn provide the measurement of the low-temperature bath in which the QTF is immersed. The embedded PSoC readout captures the varying frequency signals from the QTF as a response to the measurement temperature, processes it, and sends the frequency value to a personal computer, where LabVIEW, a graphical language ("G" language), displays the data in a graphical format. The QTFs for low temperature (300 K to 77 K) are well studied, whereas a sensor using a PSoC embedded design as a readout is a novel design implementation.
