微型卫星通信站在消防通信中应用研究

卫星通信技术已经发展的比较成熟,卫星通信系统的覆盖范围广、带宽高、通信容量大等特点完全能够弥补传统的消防通信系统的种种弊端,完全可以实现数据的交换、音视频传输、文件传输等通信任务,本课题研究的主要内容便是微型卫星通信站在消防通信中的应用。     

Flow choking characteristics of slit-type energy dissipaters

In this paper, the behavior of the flow choking, including the critical and developing states, was experimentally investigated by means of five slit-type outlets, characterized by the outlet width, the contraction angle and the opening of the working gate. The results showed that the approach flow Froude number of the critical choking decreases if the outlet width increases, or the contraction angle decreases, or the opening increases. There is the hysteresis when the flow choking develops, i.e., the Froude numbers of the appearance and disappearance of the flow choking at the increasing discharge regime are all larger than those at the decreasing discharge regime. For various widths of the outlets, the differences between the critical Froude numbers at small opening are much larger than thoset at large opening. The change range from appearance to disappearance of the flow choking at small opening is smaller than that at large opening.     

Integrative Extraction of Ergosterol, （1→3）-α-D-Glucan and Chitosan from Penicillium chrysogenum Mycelia

Abstract Ergosterol,（1→3）-α-D-glucan and chitosan are important biomaterials. In this research, a process has been developed to integratively extract ergosterol, （1→3）-α-D-glucan, and chitosan from Penicillium chrysongenum mycelium. First the mycelia are pretreated with 0.1mol·L^-1 of NaOH. After recovery by centrifugation the solid portion is made to undergo saponification and deacetylation reactaons by addition of 2mol·L^-1 NaOH and et anol.After reaction, extraction is carried out by addition of petroleum ether, which separates the reaction mixture into two phases. The upper layer of petroleum ether contains extracted ergosterol, and the .bottom layer of NaOH solution contains （1→3）-α-DEglucan; the chitosan is on the mycelia residuum. After isolation, the recovery yield of ergosterol is 0.52% of dry mycelium. That of （1→3）-α-D-glucan is about 8.2%; and chitosan is 5.7% with 86% deacetylation. The compositions have been characterized by 1R, HPLC analyses.     

基于组合特征和SVM的视频中人体行为识别算法

针对复杂场景中的人体行为识别困难的问题,提出了一种基于组合特征和SVM的行为识别算法.该算法使用光流特征、HOG特征、重心特征和3D SIFT特征构成的组合特征来描述人体的各种行为;使用一对一的方式训练SVM分类器对提取出的特征进行分类,并以投票的方式得到具体的行为类别.使用包含4个场景的KTH数据集进行仿真.结果表明,所提出的算法能适应各种复杂环境,且相比只采用单一特征的识别算法具有更高的分类精度.     

自沉积涂料用环氧丙烯酸酯共聚乳胶的合成

以苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯腈(AN)、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)及环氧EPON 828等为主要原料,采用乳液共聚法合成了可用于自沉积涂料的环氧丙烯酸酯共聚乳胶。采用红外光谱仪、核磁共振仪、示差热分析仪、扫描电镜研究了其结构和性能。结果表明:丙烯酸酯单体与环氧树脂发生了良好的共聚反应。当乳化剂中十二烷基硫酸钠、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和乙烯基磺酸钠的质量比为2∶1∶2,功能单体MAA、乳化剂和环氧EPON 828的用量分别为总单体质量的3%,3.8%和30%时,聚合过程稳定性和乳液储存稳定性最好,聚合物胶乳的性能最佳。     

用于卫星次镜座结构的光纤光栅温度传感器设计

针对太空环境下在轨卫星内部次镜座结构的特殊性,为监测其温度状态,设计了一种金属基底的光纤光栅温度传感器来贴合次镜座使用。通过变换固定点距离,结合光纤温度传感原理以及弯曲栅区的应变状态,设计了结构小、质量轻且可同时多位置测量温度的基底结构。实验测试结果表明,该结构温度传感器中三个波段的线性度均达到了0.999,灵敏度分别为10.78,10.81和10.36pm/℃,同一温度下的中心波长波动在±3pm内,受外界应力影响较小,有良好的重复性。     

基于Buck电路的矩阵变换器风机直接转矩控制

针对恒速恒频风力发电机控制困难和易受电网谐波影响的问题,提出了一种基于Buck电路的矩阵变换器的风机直接转矩控制方法.利用Buck电路简化传统的三相-三相矩阵变换器控制策略来构造三相-单相矩阵变换器,将该矩阵变换器应用到永磁直驱风力发电机的直接转矩控制系统中,并使用反馈线性化法来简化系统的控制策略.利用Matlab软件的仿真测试结果表明,所设计的矩阵式变换器能显著提高系统的动态响应性能,且提出的控制策略具有良好的稳定性和鲁棒性.     

八面河油田联合系统注水伤害及水质改善技术研究

八面河油田联合系统水质综合达标率由91%下降到58%,水质恶化严重。分析八面河油田注水系统水质恶化因素及伤害机理,认为联合系统主要腐蚀因素为细菌腐蚀,电化学腐蚀在该注水管网中影响较弱,建议在南区联合站尝试投加杀菌剂,以此抑制细菌滋生及细菌腐蚀。通过开展注水适应性研究,单剂筛选以及配伍性研究,制定了相应的水处理药剂投加方案并应用于实际,收到较好的效果。
