The pressing bonding of steel plate to QTi3.5-3.5graphite slurry was studied. The bonding conditions were 620℃ for preheating temperature of steel plate, 530℃ for preheating temperature of dies, 50 MPa for pressure and 2 min for pressing time. The relationship between the solid fraction of QTi3.5-3.5graphite slurry and the interracial mechanical property of bonding plate was obtained. The results show that when the solid fraction of QTi3.5-3.5graphite slurry is smaller than 45.8%, the interracial shear strength of bonding plate increases with the increasing of solid fraction. When the solid fraction is larger than 45.8%, the interracial shear strength decreases with the increasing of solid fraction. When the solid fraction is 45.8%, the largest interracial shear strength of bonding plate 127 MPa can be got, and the interface is made up of Fe-Cu solid solution. 相似文献

The ratio of Fe-Al compound at the bonding interface of solid steel plate to Al-7graphite slurry was used to characterize the interfacial structure of steel-Al-7graphite semi-solid bonding plate quantitatively. The relationship between the ratio of Fe-Al compound at interface and bonding parameters (such as preheat temperature of steel plate, solid fraction of Al-7graphite slurry and rolling speed) was established by artificial neural networks perfectly. The results show that when the bonding parameters are 516 ℃ for preheat temperature of steel plate, 32.5% for solid fraction of Al-7graphite slurry and 12 mm/s for rolling speed, the reasonable ratio of Fe-Al compound corresponding to the largest interfacial shear strength of bonding plate is obtained to be 70.1%. This reasonable ratio of Fe-Al compound is a quantitative criterion of interfacial embrittlement, namely, when the ratio of Fe-Al compound at interface is larger than 70.1%, interfacial embrittlement will occur. 相似文献

Relationship between solid fraction of slurry and property of steel/mushy Al-20Sn semi-solid bonding 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
The slurry of Al-20Sn alloy was prepared using electromagnetic-mechanical stirring method.The bonding of steel/mushy Al-20Sn was conducted using casting rolling technique.The bonding parameters were 505℃ for preheat temperature of steel plate and 10mm/s for rolling speed.The interfacial mechanical property and structure of steel/mushy Al-20Sn bonding plate were studied.The results show that the relationship between solid fraction of Al-20Sn slurry and interfacial shear strength of bonding plate is S=52.9 0.998ψs-0.0144ψs^2(where S is interfacial shear strength,ψs is solid fraction.)The largest interfacial shear strength is 70.2MPa when solid fraction is 34.6%.The interface of bonding plate is made up of Fe-Al compound and Fe-Al solid solution alternatively. 相似文献

Fe-Al compound at the interface of steel-mushy A1-28Pb bonding plate was studied quantitatively. The relationship between ratio of Fe-Al compound at interface and bonding parameters such as preheating temperature of steel plate, solid volume fraction of Al-28Pb slurry and rolling speed, was established by artificial neural networks perfectly. The results show that when the bonding parameters are 546℃ for preheating temperature of steel plate,43.5% for solid volume fraction of Al-28Pb slurry and 8.6 mm/s for rolling speed, the reasonable ratio of Fe-Al compound corresponding to the largest interracial shear strength of bonding plate is obtained as 71.5%. This reasonable ratio of Fe-Al compound is a quantitative criterion of interracial embrittlement, that is, when the ratio of Fe-Al compound at interface is larger than 71.5%, interracial embrittlement will occur. 相似文献
