In polymer modified cementitious materials, it is hard to set up a chemical connection between the added polymer and the cement moiety. In this study FS (functional silane) was adopted to form this connection as a bridge component which has the functional group forming bonds with polymer. To testify the connection between FS and cement moiety, Q2/Q1 ratio (Qx: intensity ratio) investigation was carried out by the means of quantitative solid state 29Si MAS NMR. The results show that the Q2/Q1 ratio has increased with the addition of FS which indicates that the silicon chain length has increased, and the quantity of silicon atoms at site of Q2, chain site, has enhanced, showing that the silicon atom of FS has connected to the silicon chain of cement moiety by the bond "-Si-O-Si-" formation.  相似文献

Polymer modification in the field of construction engineering has a history nearly 90 years. Mechanical properties, water resistance, chemical resistance and durability to some extent have been improved by different polymer modification although those modifications are classified into physical modification. To obtain better performance of cementitious materials, chemical modifications have been tested. In this study, epoxy has been designed as a predominant modifier in the modified system with its corresponding hardener. Amino sulfonate, the additive, has been used to improve the system’s workability. Functional silane, as it has special functional groups, was used to set up the connections among epoxy, cement moiety and amino sulfonate. The investigation carried out by IR, Raman spectroscopy, DSC and NMR reveals that the chemical connections have been set up among all the components in the modified system. Flexural tests results present the good effect of the chemical modification as the flexural strength and strain have been improved substantially.  相似文献

为满足对聚变堆面向等离子体材料中氘氚滞留问题的研究,北京大学4.5 MV静电加速器在原束线基础上新增核反应分析系统,该系统使用能量0.8~3.6 MeV的H+、D+3He+4He+粒子束流,可对核反应微分截面和样品中元素浓度的深度分布进行测量分析。本文对核反应分析原理、核反应分析系统的设备布局和实验方法进行了讨论,并以D(3He,p)4He核反应为例,分析了微分截面计算和样品中氘元素浓度深度分布的数据结果,其深度分辨小于1.5 μm,实验误差约为7.5%。  相似文献

Single-component epoxy cement system is an interesting material used in construction engineering, and it is different from traditional two-component epoxy-cement system. We studied the interaction mechanism of single-component epoxy-cement system only in the range of macro mechanical performances, and used the cement and single-component epoxy directly to investigate the interaction between the both. Solidstate 13C NMR, FT-IR, Raman spectroscopy and XRD were employed to trace the change of the system. Results showed that the epoxide rings in cementitious environment had been opened by cement ingredients. It was true that single-component epoxy could be used as reactive additive in cementitious system.  相似文献
