Na2S-SO2反应体系中H2S产生的过饱和态分析

向Na2S溶液中通入低浓度SO2气体以生成H2S，H2S从液相中逸出时，存在一突跃现象。本文根据这一现象，结合Y．T．Shah等提出的吸收－反应－解吸体系中过饱和态存在的条件，通过理论分析，得出在Na2S-SO2-H2S4反应体系中H2S解吸存在过饱和现象。     

Modeling the performance of an integrating-cavity absorption meter: theory and calculations for a spherical cavity

A mathematical model for photon behavior within a spherical integrating-cavity absorption meter (ICAM) that does not depend on the assumption of a homogeneous energy density within the cavity has been developed. Explicit expressions for the proportion of emitted or reflected photons that survive a single transit across the cavity, the average number of collisions with the wall per photon, and the average path length per photon, are derived for an absorbing nonscattering medium. Monte Carlo modeling shows that operation of the ICAM is essentially unaffected by scattering, in agreement with the experimental observations of Fry et al. [Appl. Opt. 31, 2055 (1992)]. Calculations for the performance of the absorption meter as a function of the cavity diameter, the absorption coefficient of the medium, and the reflectivity of the cavity are presented.     

Optical diagnostics of mercury jet for an intense proton target

An optical diagnostic system is designed and constructed for imaging a free mercury jet interacting with a high intensity proton beam in a pulsed high-field solenoid magnet. The optical imaging system employs a backilluminated, laser shadow photography technique. Object illumination and image capture are transmitted through radiation-hard multimode optical fibers and flexible coherent imaging fibers. A retroreflected illumination design allows the entire passive imaging system to fit inside the bore of the solenoid magnet. A sequence of synchronized short laser light pulses are used to freeze the transient events, and the images are recorded by several high speed charge coupled devices. Quantitative and qualitative data analysis using image processing based on probability approach is described. The characteristics of free mercury jet as a high power target for beam-jet interaction at various levels of the magnetic induction field is reported in this paper.     

高硫煤基高比表面积活性炭的制备与表征

以高硫、低阶煤为原料，采用硝酸钾预氧化后加KOH化学活化的工艺制备高比表面积活性炭.结果表明，在碱炭比为2.5：1，活化温度为850℃，活化时间为1.5h的工艺条件下可以制备出比表面积为2579.76m^2/g，苯酚吸附容量高达280.07mg/g的活性碳，最后对该活性炭产品进行了初步表征.     

煤气中的硫化氢对苯在活性炭上吸附性能的影响

小型焦化厂的焦炉煤气净化工艺都比较简单，不宜采用传统的洗油吸收法从煤气中回收粗苯。当采用吸附法时，除煤气中焦油，萘等会污染活性炭外，硫化氢是否会使活性炭吸附粗苯的性能下降，对此很少有文献报道。本研究使用市售活性炭，以混入苯蒸汽的氢气代替焦炉煤气进行了只附试验。结果，经氢对活性炭的吸附性能没有明显影响。     

Evidence for a Male-Produced Sex Pheromone in the Western Flower Thrips Frankliniella occidentalis

Olfactometer bioassays of walking adult western flower thrips Frankliniella occidentalis (Pergande) (Thysanoptera: Thripidae) showed that virgin females (1- to 3-d postemergence) were attracted to the odor of 25 adult males, but not to the odor of 25 adult females, providing behavioral evidence for a male-produced sex pheromone in this species. In contrast to earlier findings, mixed-age adult males were attracted to the odor of adult males. GC analysis of odors collected on SPME fibers revealed two major components and five minor components that were present in the male odor and not in the female odor. The compounds were not present in hexane extracts of males, indicating that these compounds are produced on demand and not stored.
