双片共振栅网亚毫米波带通滤波器的研究

本文研究了双片共振栅网亚毫米波带通滤波器的片间距离与其滤波特性的关系。我们用亚毫米波付里叶变换谱仪在40至200cm~(-1)范围内研究了片间距离从0至80微米变化时滤波器的波谱特性,并用多光束相干理论对这些实验结果进行了理论分析。理论和实验结果很好地一致。
