中压负荷开关、接触器和断路器的选择

在中压电力系统中经常会碰到负荷开关、接触器和断路器3种开关电器的选择问题，由于其具有各自不同的特性，它们的应用环境也有所不同，也就是说它们的保护对象是不同的。

大型核能发电机转子运输包装技术研究及应用

核能发电机转子包装在运输过程中对保护产品起着重要的作用。为了更好的保护产品,提高转子包装质量,对某核电转子包装进行有限元分析。本文对核电转子包装进行三维建模、网格划分,依据产品运输过程中的实际情况,选取满载弯曲、起吊过程、惯性冲击、运输包装转弯四种典型工况对核电转子包装加载载荷和约束,分析求解各种典型工况的应力、应变,并在实际运输过程中进行验证。本文通过对核电转子包装结构进行有限元分析,为理论计算提供强有力的依据,对公司实际生产具有指导意义,使得包装设计方法更趋科学完善。     

The Effects of Nonuniform Thermal Boundary Condition on Thermal Stress Calculation of Water-Cooled W/Cu Divertors

The thermal boundary condition has very important effects on the accuracy of thermal stress calculation of a water-cooled W/Cu divertor. In this paper, phase-change heat transfer was simulated based on the Euler homogeneous phase model, and local differences of liquid physical properties were considered under one-sided high heating conditions. The steady-state temperature field and thermal stress field under nonuniform thermal boundary conditions were obtained through numerical calculation. By comparison with the case of traditional uniform thermal boundary conditions, the results show that the distribution of thermal stress under nonuniform thermal boundary conditions exhibits tbe same trend as that under uniform thermal boundary conditions, but is larger in value. The maximum difference of maximum von Mises stress is up to 42% under the highest heating conditions. These results provide a valuable reference for the thermal stress caleulat.ion of water-cooled W/Cu divertors.     

Seismic response analysis for equatorial diagnostic port plug of international thermonuclear experimental reactor

Modal analysis and seismic response analysis were carried out for the equatorial diagnostic port plug of international thermonuclear experimental reactor (ITER). The aim of the theoretical analysis is to verify structural strength and reliability of the device. The working condition includes one-dimensional seismic wave and two-dimensional seismic wave. Modal analysis of the device shows that primary vibration is inclined to occur in low-order modes. The horizontal (X-direction, Y-direction) maximum vibration appears at the first and the fourth eigen modes, with the natural frequency of 70.59 and 215.88 Hz respectively, and the vertical (Z-direction) primary vibration appears at the second eigen mode with the natural frequency of 82.85 Hz. According to the results of the finite element analysis (FEA) program, the weak portions of the device are distributed in the joint of port body with blanket shielding module (BSM) and inner side wall of ribbed plate for lifting flange, the maximum von Mises stress is 14.8 MPa with the Y-direction seismic wave. In accordance with the design criteria, the destructive effect is far below the failure boundary, and the structural reliability of the equatorial diagnostic port plug can meet the requirements of the design specifications. Optimization and Update of EAST In-Vessel Components in 2011

For safe operation with active water cooling plasma facing components (PFCs) to handle a large input power over a long pulse discharge, some design optimization, R&D and maintenance were accomplished to improve the in-vessel components. For the purpose of large plasma current (1 MA) operation, the previous separated top and bottom passive stabilizers in the low field were electrical connected to stabilize plasma in the case of vertical displace events (VDEs). The design and experiments are described in this paper
