基于LCoS芯片的微型电视系统设计与实现

介绍了LCoS芯片在电视接收系统中的应用，重点讨论了LCoS芯片的结构与特点。自主开发的LCoS模块采用模拟视频接口、兼容隔行和逐行扫描方式，可以简化系统电路设计，降低系统功耗。同时论述了LCoS微型电视机在信号接收、模拟视频处理、时序控制和音频电路等方面的特点，并给出了相关电路的设计方案。     

Formation mechanism of subtrenches on cone-shaped patterned sapphire substrate

In this paper, the cone-shaped patterned sapphire substrates (PSS) were etched by an inductively couple plasma with BCl 3 as the reacting gas. The influence of the operating pressure and the RF bias power on subtrenches of the cone-shaped PSS and the formation mechanism of subtrenches were investigated. Comparative Analysis of Ti,Ni,and Au Electrodes on Characteristics of TiO2 Nanofibers for Humidity Sensor Application

The effect of metal（Ti,Ni,and Au） electrodes on humidity sensing properties of electrospun TiO₂ nanofibers was investigated in this work.The devices were fabricated by evaporating metal contacts on SiO₂ layer thermally grown on silicon substrate.The separation between the electrodes was 90μm for all sensors.The sensors were tested from 40%to 90%relative humidity（RH） by AC electrical characterization at room temperature. When sensors are switched between 40%and 90%RH,the corresponding response and recovery time are 3 s and 5 s for Ti-electrode sensor,4 s and 7 s for Ni-electrode sensor,and 7 s and 13 s for Au-electrode sensor.The hysteresis was 3%,5%and 15%for Ti-,Ni-,and Au-electrode sensor,respectively.The sensitivity of Ti,Ni,and Au-electrode sensors are 7.53 MΩ/%RH,5.29 MΩ/%RH and 4.01 MΩ/%RH respectively at 100 Hz.Therefore Ti-electrode sensor is found to have linear response,fast response and recovery time and higher sensitivity as compared with those of Ni- and Au-electrode sensors.Comparison of humidity sensing properties of sensors with different electrode material may propose a compelling route for designing and optimizing humidity sensors.     

Metal Organic Deposition of Lanthanum Zirconate Buffer Layer on Biaxially Textured Ni-5%W Substrate

Ⅱ-Ⅵ族化合物(Hg_(1-x)Cd_xTe)非晶薄膜的半导体性质

本文对用蒸发法制备的非晶和多晶碲镉汞(Hg_(1-x)Cd_xTe)薄膜的结构特性及其光学和电学性质进行了研究。在800—2600nm的波长范围内测量了样品的透过率,得到了非晶和多晶状态相应的光学隙分别为1eV以上和0.65eV左右。对非晶样品的退火实验发现,在90—100℃区间退火使非晶样品的结构转变为多晶,同时电阻率突然变小约5个数量级和光学隙由1eV以上突变为0.62eV左右。在20—300K的温度范围内,分别测量了非晶与多晶样品的电阻率,所得结果可用现代非晶半导体理论进行解释。     

GaAs/AlGaAs量子阱中的Г-X混和及谐振态和非限定态的研究

本文使用单带双谷理论研究了GaAs/AlGaAs量于阱中的Г-X混和现象.介绍了Г态、X态和能级高于势垒的谐振态的特点.给出了谐振态能级随势阱和势垒层宽变化的关系.阐述了超薄层量子阱和非限定态的一些有趣的特性.在此基础上提出了一个超晶格能带的形成模型并对最新的一些实验结果给出了恰当的解释.     

Percolation transport and magnetic transitions in a phase-separated manganite La_(0.55)Ca_(0.45)MnO_3

Low voltage organic devices and circuits with aluminum oxide thin film dielectric layer

Low voltage operating organic devices and circuits have been realized using atomic layer deposition deposited aluminum oxide thin film as dielectric layer. The dielectric film has per unit area capacitance of 165 nF/cm2 and leakage current of 1 nA/cm2 at 1 MV/cm. Improved performance of GaAs-based micro-solar cell with novel polyimide/SiO_2/TiAu/SiO_2 structure
