The modern acoustic circuits have experienced significant progress with the development of artificial structures, including phononic crystals, metamaterials or metasurfaces. Among the most intensive topics, the reconfigurable acoustic guides are achieved through several mechanisms. In this work, we report on the rainbow guiding for the lowest-order antisymmetric Lamb(A_0) mode in a phononic crystal plate, where the linear waveguides are constituted by erecting aligned pillars either solid or hollow. We show both numerically and experimentally that the whispering gallery modes(WGMs) in the hollow pillars can be generated by the defect mode that propagates in the waveguide. Then, the reemission of A_0 mode by the WGMs to the outer lateral areas can lead to spatial control of frequency selective wave guidance called "rainbow guiding". Our approach allows for an accurate control of the wave guiding and facilitates the integration of waveguides within other devices in the acoustic circuits.  相似文献

The mobility of the two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) in AIGaN/GaN hetero-structures changes significantly with AI content in the AIGaN barrier layer, while few mechanism analyses focus on it. Theoretical calculation and analysis of the 2DEG mobility in AIGaN/GaN heterostructures with varied AI content are carried out based on the recently reported experimental data. The 2DEG mobility is modeled analytically as the total effects of the scattering mechanisms including acoustic deformation-potential, piezoelectric, polar optic phonon, alloy disorder, interface roughness, dislocation and remote modulation doping scattering. We show that the increase of the 2DEG density, caused by the ascension of the AI content in the barrier layer, is a dominant factor that leads to the changes of the individual scat- tering processes. The change of the 2DEG mobility with AI content are mainly determined by the interface roughness scattering and the alloy disorder scattering at 77 K, and the polar optic phonon scattering and the interface roughness scattering at the room temperature. The calculated function of the interface roughness pa- rameters on the AI content shows that the stress caused AIGaN/GaN interface degradation at higher AI content is an important factor in the limitation of the in- terface roughness scattering on the 2DEG mobility in AIGaN/GaN heterostructures with high AI content.  相似文献

水力溢流分级精度较高,足目前常用的超细颗粒分级方法,本文通过水力溢流分级,研究了超声波,分散剂等因素对超细α-Al2O3,水力分级的影响,结果表明,分散剂虽然可以消除分级过程中的小颗粒现象,但是也对分级结果产生负面影响,使得分级后的产品粒度分布变宽;加入分散剂,同时超声处理后样品可以得到较好的分级结果。  相似文献

A new nonlinear multiregression model based on a pair of extreme nonlinear integrals, upper and lower nonlinear integrals with respect to signed fuzzy measure, is established in this paper. A data set with the predictive features and the relevant objective feature is required for estimating the regression coefficients. Owing to the nonadditivity of the model, a multiobjective optimization using genetic algorithm is adopted to search for the optimized solution in the regression problem. Applying such a nonlinear multiregression model, an interval prediction for the value of the objective feature can be made once a new observation of predictive features is available. We apply our model on synthetic data and weather problem. The results testify the performance of the multiregression based on upper and lower nonlinear integrals. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

针对无线局域网实时视频传输中存在的画面模糊、马赛克等问题,分析了采用无线网卡进行实时视频传输的特点,在DIVX编解码的基础上提出了一种实时视频传输策略,并给出了从压缩、组包、存储、发送到接收解压等整个流程的思想、具体实现。实验结果表明,采用该方法在无线局域网中传输视频能够取得令人满意的效果。  相似文献
