Nanovaccine-Mediated Cell Selective Delivery of Neoantigens Potentiating Adoptive Dendritic Cell Transfer for Personalized Immunization

Neoantigen vaccines and adoptive dendritic cell (DC) transfer are major clinical approaches to initiate personalized immunity in cancer patients. However, the immunization efficacy is largely limited by the in vivo trajectory including neoantigens’ access to resident DCs and DCs’ access to lymph nodes (LNs). Herein, an innovative strategy is proposed to improve personalized immunization through neoantigen-loaded nanovaccines synergized with adoptive DC transfer. It is found that it enables selective delivery of neoantigens to resident DCs and macrophages by coating cancer cell membranes onto neoantigen-loaded nanoparticles. In addition, the nanovaccines promote the secretion of chemokine C-C motif ligand 2 (CCL2), CCL3, and C-X-C motif ligand 10 from macrophages, thus potentiating the access of transferred DCs to LNs. This immunization strategy enables coordinated delivery of identified neoantigens and autologous tumor lysate-derived undefined antigens, leading to initiation of antitumor T cell immunity in a personalized manner. It significantly inhibits tumor growth in prophylactic and established mouse tumor models. The findings provide a new vision for potentiating adoptive cell transfer by nanovaccines, which may open the door to a transformative possibility for improving personalized immunization.     

Effect laws and mechanisms of different temperatures on isothermal tensile fracture morphologies of high-strength boron steel

The fracture behaviour and morphologies of high-strength boron steel were investigated at different temperatures at a constant strain rate of 0.1 s-1 based on isothermal tensile tests. Fracture mechanisms were also analyzed based on the relationship between microstructure transformation and continuous cooling transformation(CCT) curves. It is found that 1) fractures of the investigated steel at high temperatures are dimple fractures; 2) the deformation of high-strength boron steel at high temperatures accelerates diffusion transformations; thus, to obtain full martensite, a higher cooling rate is needed; and 3) the investigated steel has the best plasticity when the deformation temperature is 750 °C.     

层叠顺序对UHMWPE-铝合金板抗冲击性能影响

为探究层叠顺序对双硬度UHMWPE-铝合金板抗冲击性能影响,以高分子聚乙烯(UHMWPE)板、7075高强铝合金板为对象,利用一级轻气炮开展一系列平头和卵形弹打靶试验,对靶板弹道极限速度、能量吸收率、破坏模式等进行分析.揭示板材层叠顺序对接触式高分子聚乙烯-铝合金靶板防护性能的影响规律.结果表明:平头弹撞击下,UHMWPE板在前铝合金板在后的叠放顺序("软+硬")防护性能更高;卵形弹撞击下,两种叠放顺序靶板防护性能相近;两种叠放顺序靶板在平头弹撞击下均发生"冲塞破坏",在卵形弹冲击下均发生"延性扩孔"破坏.     

基于一种特定混沌映射的跳频序列

使用一种简单的分段线性映射构造混沌跳频序列。用于跳频通信中取代传统的伪随机序列（PN序列），分析了此混沌序列的周期性。平衡性，汉明相关特性和线性间隔，最后给出了混沌序列的神经网络实现。仿真和实验结果表明，此序列具有较好的统计特性。应用于跳频多址通信中，可获得较好的抗干扰。抗截获能力。

Differential effects of aging on directional and absolute errors in visuospatial memory.

Studied memory for visuospatial arrays in 28 male and 34 female healthy dextral adults (aged 20–90 yrs). 10 abstract figures were presented in each hemispace over a series of learning trials, and then delayed free recall of figure placement was obtained. Figures were misplaced significantly downward and leftward in both hemispaces. Both vertical and horizontal absolute error increased significanty with age, but no age effects on directional errors were observed. The increase in absolute error over age is consistent with decreased anterograde memory and visuospatial skills in the elderly. The directional errors are believed to result from an attentional shift toward proximal peripersonal space, in combination with attentional shifts from differential left vs right cerebral activation. 轻质高效保温材料掺杂硅气凝胶

利用正硅酸甲脂（ＴＭＯＳ）为原料的溶胶－凝胶过程，摸索了不同反应条件下形成凝胶的规律，并选用ＴｉＯ２粉末及玻璃纤维作为掺杂剂，采用超临界干燥处理制备出掺ＴｉＯ２的硅气凝胶，通过对红外光谱以及不同温度和气压条件下热导率的测量，讨论了不同成份配比以及相应的热传输过程对材料热导率的影响。结果表明，密度为２６０ｋｇ／ｍ＾３的掺杂硅气凝胶在８００Ｋ时的热导率为０．０３８ｗ／ｍ．ｋ，是一种新型的轻质高效保温材     

小型压裂技术的应用

在加砂压裂施工前进行小规模压裂，能使加砂压裂更加有效。通过对近两年来胜利油田应用小型压裂指导压裂设计的4口井实例的总结，说明了为确保加砂压裂施工的成功，尤其对端部脱砂压裂设计，小型压裂必不可少。同时介绍了Nolte方法和步骤，及小型压裂为加砂压裂设计提供的必要参数，讨论了参数解释的影响因素。为配合小型压裂工作，全面提高压裂技术水平，应选部分井进行岩石力学参数解释工作、适当延长压降测量时间，并测出瞬时停泵压力等。
