With its advantages in wirelength reduction and routing flexibility compared with conventional Manhattan routing, X architecture has been proposed and applied to modern IC design. As a critical part in high-performance integrated circuits, clock network design meets great challenges due to feature size decrease and clock frequency increase. In order to eliminate the delay and attenuation of clock signal introduced by the vias, and to make it more tolerant to process variations, in this paper, we propose an algorithm of a single layer zero skew clock routing in X architecture (called Planar-CRX). Our Planar-CRX method integrates the extended deferred-merge embedding algorithm (DME-X, which extends the DME algorithm to X architecture) with modified Ohtsuki’s line-search algorithm to minimize the total wirelength and the bends. Compared with planar clock routing in the Manhattan plane, our method achieves a reduction of 6.81% in total wirelength on average and gets the resultant clock tree with fewer bends. Experimental results also indicate that our solution can be comparable with previous non-planar zero skew clock routing algorithm. 在分析了目前国内SCADA/EMS系统的结构以及网络数据安全状况的基础上,结合现代计算机网络技术(P2P计算模型、三层结构技术等),提出在SCADA/EMS系统中采用Internet/Intranet技术的构想,并给出了新型SCADA系统的具体结构、通信模型,以及应采用的一些相关技术。在对两种SCADA系统成本效益分析后,得出新型系统具有良好的性价比。此外,为了提高原有设备的利用率,也提出在传统SCADA中增添网关设备,将其改造成基于Internet技术的SCADA系统的方法。  相似文献

Chelate-assisted phytoremediation has been proposed as an effective tool for the extraction of heavy metals from soil by plants. However, side effects of the addition of chelate to soil microbial community are usually neglected. We studied the potential effects of chelate (glucose and citric acid) amendment on phytoextraction of copper and microbial community composition in soil under laboratory conditions. A copper (Cu) accumulator, Elsholtzia splendens, and a non-accumulator, Trifolium repens, were grown on a sandy loam soil containing 317 mg kg(-1) Cu. Microbial community compositions were analyzed by using polymerase chain reaction-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (PCR-DGGE). The results showed that the biomass of E. splendens grown with the chelate did not differ from that of the control. Addition of citric acid decreased the biomass of T. repens in comparison to that of glucose treatment. Application of glucose or citric acid significantly increased the extractable Cu concentration in planted and unplanted soils. Concentrations of Cu in the shoots of E. splendens were 2.6, 1.9 and 2.9 times of those of T. repens under no chelate, citric acid and glucose treatments, respectively. PCR-DGGE fingerprint analysis revealed that there were negative correlations between bacteria diversity and NH4NO3 extractable Cu under glucose or citric acid treatment. It was indicated the amendment of glucose to the plant T. repens increased the bacteria diversity in soil as compared to that in soils of non-chelate treatment. The above results indicated chelate addition facilitated phytoremediation of soil Cu and did not have a negative effect on microbial community.  相似文献

Co0.6Cu0.16Ni0.24Fe2O4/multi-walled carbon nanotube nanocomposites (CCNF/MWCNTs) were synthesized by solution filling method.The phase structure,thermal stability,morphology and electrical-magnetic properties of the samples were characterized by means of modern testing technology.The effect of iron concentration,filling time,sintering temperature on their electrical and magnetic performance was discussed.The results indicated that conductivity was related to the content of MWCNTs,while the magnetism correlated with the volume fraction of the filled CCNF in the composites.When the optimal condition satisfied the filling time of 18 h,ferric concentration of 0.25 mol L-1 and sintering temperature of 350°C,the prepared composite had the best magnetic loss performance,and its minimum reflection loss reached-22.47 dB on 9.76 GHz,the available bandwidth was beyond 2.0 GHz.Hence,the obtained composite can be used as advancing absorption and shielding material due to its favorable microwave absorbing property.  相似文献

研究了激光CVD合成纳米硅(平均粒径为14nm)的可见发光特性。用300-450nm波长激发时,在400-650nm区间观测到了发射宽峰。首次发现粒径大于10nm的纳米硅在室温下具有可见发光,该现象可用量子限制/发光中心模型来作定性解释。  相似文献
