A novel temperature-tolerant foamed resin for enhanced oil recovery

The synthesis and performance of a novel temperature-tolerant foamed resin for enhanced oil recovery were investigated using various methods, including infrared, NMR, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and displacement experiments. Polycondensation of furfuryl alcohol prepolymers was confirmed by the infrared and NMR results. The poor temperature tolerance of furfuryl alcohol prepolymers after gelation at high temperatures is mainly due to the fracture of furan rings. The addition of ester additives is an effective method of increasing the temperature tolerance of the prepared foamed resins and can effectively reduce the weight-loss rate of the polycondensation products. The SEM results show that the skeleton structure of the foamed resin remains intact after high-temperature treatment. Thus, the novel plugging agent system has excellent thermal stability and still has a high strength (>0.8 MPa) after high-temperature aging treatment for 40 days, giving the prepared foamed resin a good plugging performance (plugging rate > 91%) at 250 °C. © 2018 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A novel bio‐based phthalonitrile resin derived from catechin: synthesis and comparison of curing behavior with petroleum‐based counterpart

The development of bio‐based thermosetting resins with good thermal stability can potentially afford sustainable polymers as replacements for petroleum‐based polymers. We report a practical route to a novel catechin‐based phthalonitrile resin precursor (CA‐Ph), which contains free phenolic hydroxyl groups that result in ‘self‐curing’ at elevated temperatures to afford a thermostable polymer. Comparison of the performance of this CA‐Ph resin with that of a conventional petroleum‐based bisphenol A phthalonitrile resin (BPA‐Ph; containing 5 wt% of the curing agent 4,4′‐diaminodiphenylsulfone) revealed that CA‐Ph exhibits a lower melting point and curing temperature. Cured CA‐Ph resin retains 95% of its weight at 520 °C under a nitrogen atmosphere, which compares favorably with results obtained for BPA‐Ph resin that retains 95% of its weight at a lower temperature of 484 °C. Kinetic results indicated that the curing reactions of both CA‐Ph and BPA‐Ph systems follow an autocatalytic mechanism. These results suggest that catechin is a useful bio‐based feedstock for the preparation of self‐curing and thermally stable phthalonitrile resins for advanced technological applications. © 2017 Society of Chemical Industry     

声波测井换能器激发响应实验研究

声波测井换能器的激发响应由换能器振动时所表现出来的动态阻抗和激发电路参数决定。而换能器的动态（阻抗）参数随压电晶体及其装配方式（力学边界条件）改变。为了测量换能器动态参数的影响，采用声波测井仪器常用的压电晶体和升压变压器，通过改变激发脉冲宽度和直流电压进行了实验，结果发现：在换能器两端的瞬态响应中，一共有三个二阶网络响应，分别对应于不同的频率。最低的一个影响声波测井波形的基线、与换能器主频接近的一个决定激发效率以及电路与压电晶体之间的匹配关系，是激发电路设计中比较关键的，其参数可以通过导纳圆测量仪器得到。     

提高电脱盐效果的措施

中国石油天然气股份有限公司庆阳石化分公司常压蒸馏装置一、二期技术改造结束后,装置加工能力由0．5 Mt/a增加到1．0 Mt／a,最高时达到1．3 Mt/a。但电脱盐装置脱后原油中盐的质量浓度一直在4．0-5．0 mgNaCL／L居高不下。为了降低脱后原油中盐的质量浓度,提高催化裂化装置催化剂活性,对电脱盐装置进行了技术改造,优化了操作参数,这到了脱后原油中盐的质量浓度小于3 mg- NaCl/L的预期效果,取得了较好的经济效益。     

阜阳地区石炭-二叠系煤系烃源岩特征

阜阳地区石炭-二叠系煤系地层发育，但由于勘探程度较低，对该区煤系地层烃源岩的生烃潜力认识不清，严重制约了该区的油气勘探。在已有资料的基础上，通过有机地球化学和有机岩石学方法并结合模拟实验，探讨了该区煤系烃源岩的生烃潜力。研究结果表明阜阳地区石炭-二叠系煤系烃源岩有机质丰度达到中等-好烃源岩标准，有机质类型以腐殖型为主，盆地模拟结果显示阜阳地区石炭-二叠系煤系地层油资源量为（30.47~152.33）×10⁶t，气资源量为（266.7～1333.7）×10⁸m³，展示阜阳地区石炭-二叠系煤系地层具有较好的生油气潜力。     

网络展开图与符号网络分析

采用封闭网络模型,按照电路元件参数,采用开路、短路和着色运算,将电路图逐层分解,得到网络展开图.给出网络展开图的概念和运算规则,指出网络展开图中从根到末稍每个路径的值就是网络行列式展开式中的一个有效项,从而由网络展开图得到符号网络函数.该方法直接对电路图进行运算,不需要建立任何形式的电路方程和行列式,适用于一般的有源电路,而且能生成各种类型的网络函数.     

MEMS移相器及其在微型通信系统中的应用

从传统移相器的构造和原理出发，进一步分析了MEMS移相器的结构、特性。结果表明，MEMS移相器具有传统移相器所无法比拟的体积小、损耗小、成本低、频带宽、易于集成等突出优点。随着高阻硅衬底在微波领域应用的扩展，MEMS移相器介质损耗大幅度降低，将能与信号处理电路一同集成于硅衬底上，便于相控阵雷达等通信系统实现微小型化。     

空分设备系统操作中的物料平衡

本文以济南鲍德气体有限公司 2 0 0 0 0m3 /h空分设备为例 ,从物料平衡的观点出发 ,阐述了操作中一些应注意的问题及解决的措施。     

基于Protel DXP的电路仿真设计

Protel DXP是集所有设计工具于一身的电子设计自动化(EDA)软件.文中运用其内嵌的仿真器叙述了分压式偏置电路放大器的仿真设计过程,设计过程简单、方便.在电子线路理论教学过程中引入电路设计仿真环节在不同情况下对电路进行实时分析,不仅可以提高学生的学习兴趣,而且能够在较短时间内加深学生对理论知识的理解;在工程设计过程中利用仿真工具对电路进行即时测试,可以缩短设计周期,提高设计效率.     

月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硝酸酯助燃降污性能的研究

通过柴油发动机台架试验证明 ,月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硝酸酯用作柴油添加剂 ,既可提高柴油的燃烧性能 ,又可降低排放尾气中的一氧化碳 (CO)、未燃碳氢化合物 (HC)、氮氧化物 (NOx)含量及烟度等多种功能 ,是一种良好的多功能柴油助燃消烟添加剂。
