钢拉杆是大跨度建筑物中重要的受力构件,通过螺纹联接成为一体,共同抵抗外力.其承载力的大小决定于拉杆本身的强度及螺纹联接的强度,因此对钢拉杆螺纹联接进行强度分析及确定合理的旋合扣数是设计的关键.文中通过理论分析和试验验证,确定不同旋合扣数下钢拉杆的破断载荷及在保证联接接头不破坏情况下所需的最少旋合扣数;通过对螺纹联接进行有限元建模和计算,分析并比较不同载荷及不同旋合扣数下螺纹牙的应力状态、应力分布、轴向弹塑性变形及各螺纹牙接触面间的压力和滑移变形规律. 相似文献
