A new method of rapid quality detection of vacuum insulation panels

A new method of measuring gas pressure in vacuum insulation panels(VIPs)is reported in this study,which provides a fast and efficient quality control option of production.Although there are different methods of measuring gas pressure for VIPs,connecting an internal measurement gauge to external data acquisition units is problematic.The thin high barrier film covering the panel’s core usually prevents external electrical wires or mechanical devices being connected to the inside of the VIPs.To solve this problem,a micro capacitive pressure sensor with 0 to 250 Pa detection range is developed to detect the vacuum pressure.The sensor has high linearity and a sensitivity of 10 mV/Pa.Moreover,through the communication mode study,an ultrasound communications system for VIPs is designed.It shows from operation that this system is stable and reliable,and quick for communication speed.This new method enables the quality detection of VIPs to be completed within 1 second.The minimum detectable pressure of VIPs is below 1 Pa,and the measurement error can be controlled around 5%.     

基于VB 6．0的地形图管理信息系统设计与开发

目前的地形图查询系统存在着依赖GIS二次开发平台、功能不够全面等不足,本文基于Visual Basic 6．0开发语言和Access数据库系统,设计实现了一个功能较完善的地形图管理系统。该系统具有单点图幅查询、区域图幅查询和地形图数据管理功能。针对矩形区域查询的不足,提出了基于斜率的内插算法,能批量输出且仅输出该区域所属国家基本比例尺地形图图幅。     

有机硅—丙烯酸酯共聚乳液合成方法及胶膜性能的研究

本文用—次投料法、预乳化法和引发剂滴加法合成了有机硅一丙烯酸酯共聚乳液，通过时聚合过程、胶粒形态及乳液稳定性的观测，发现预乳化法是合成该共聚乳液的最佳方法，研究了预乳比法法有机硅含量对聚合反应及胶膜性能的影响。     

Theoretical analysis and numerical simulation on behaviour properties of large span cable-supported structures under fire conditions

Large span cable-supported structures have been developed rapidly in China, and they always adopt high-strength steel cables as structural members. However, the modulus of elasticity and yield strength of steel material will decrease seriously under fire conditions while fire protection is unlikely to be provided for steel cable. Several typical large span cable-supported structures such as cable truss, beam string structure and prestressed cable net are studied on their structural behaviour in this paper. Theoretical formulae are derived in terms of geometrical and material nonlinearity with high temperature effect. Finite element models are also established to simulate the structural performance under fire conditions. The calculation formulae for fire-resisting design are suggested for these three types of structures, while displacement and prestressed force variation rules are also given.     

交联聚乙酸乙烯酯胶乳的合成

分别以二乙烯基苯、双甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯和甲基丙烯酸烯丙基酯（ＡＭＡ）为交联剂，十二烷基硫酸钠（ＳＬＳ）为乳化剂，过硫酸铵为引发剂，合成了交联聚乙酸乙烯酯（ＰＶＡｃ）胶乳。结果表明，ＡＭＡ是乙酸乙烯酯乳液聚合最理想的交联剂，其用量为单体量的２％时，交联度可达到８５％以上。所用ＳＬＳ的浓度为１１．６ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ时，合成了交联度为８７．４％、粒径为８４．５ｎｍ的交联ＰＶＡｃ胶乳。     

数据仓库实现过程及在线分析

数据仓库技术是近几年来出现并迅速发展的一种技术，它可以充分利用数据仓库中已存储的信息，帮助决策者进行决策。本文在介绍数据仓库的定义和数据仓库决策支持系统原理的基础上，详尽地讨论了数据仓库中的数据抽取与转换方法，并对数据仓库实现过程进行了实例探索和在线分析，最后根据数据挖掘方法进行了实际的应用。本文就是采用微软SQL Server 2000数据仓库技术设计了一商业用的数据仓库，使读者可清楚了解数据仓库的决策支持系统的实现过程。     

水平加强层对超高层钢框架-支撑结构的影响

超高层钢结构体系设计中,为提高结构的整体刚度,通常沿高度方向设置一道或多道水平加强层,而水平加强层的设置对其抗震性能有较大的影响.利用ANSYS有限元计算软件,分析了设置水平加强层后超高层钢框架-支撑结构地震响应.通过32层结构模型的6种不同设置加强层的方案比较,研究了加强层的数量对结构的侧向刚度、地震作用下构件内力以及内筒和外框架水平层剪力分配的影响.以68层的武汉国际证券大厦为例进行验证,用振型分解反应谱方法方法分析了常遇地震作用下的结构响应,对水平加强层的运用有借鉴价值.     

几种常见气体传感器的研究进展

气体传感器日渐发展,其应用的范围越来越广,特别是在环境质量检测和工业生产过程安全检测、保障人民的生命安全等方面越加广泛.简要介绍了各种气体传感器的工作原理,并对常见几种有毒性气体(一氧化碳、二氧化碳、二氧化硫及氮化物)和可燃性气体(氢气、甲烷)的各种类型传感器的研究进展和工作机理以及敏感材料进行了介绍,同时对MEMS工艺制作气体传感器进行了展望.
